Great hotel

Yeah it can be a bit shabby round the edges if you look closely, but it is a fabulous hotel. Sigh of relief arriving here after seeing some of the other hotels on the coach stops. Absolutely beautiful outside, great views on the beach. I was with a big family group of 14 and everyone enjoyed it, especially the children who cried on the last day not wanting to leave. The rooms are great, I had a double family room and having a bathroom and a toilet/shower room was very helpful with having two toddlers. Air-conditioning could be better, sometimes we would open the doors in the evening to cool the room. Didn't spoil my sleep or holiday though. If I'm honest the cleaners were not great with throwing out the rubbish with us. One day we came back to 15 empty bottles of water still on the table. We never got our coffee replenished after the first day. Also there is no nappy bin so we had a carrier bag on the bathroom door and if we were out and they didn't take it away then we had to run around trying to find them. But by the third day they did leave bags for us. Again this was a minor problem. The housekeepers were really kind ladies. Most of staff were friendly and helpful. The choice of food is absolutely brilliant, so is the food itself. Can't understand why people say anything negative about it. Put it this way, if you're going to go in that dining room and pick up a bit of everything in one sitting then yes, you will be bored by the end of the holiday. If you are sensible, then you should have no problem finding something different each night. Some of the food I wouldn't mind eating every night for a week. Yes the dining rooms packed and loud, but that didn't spoil it for us. We also got to go in early with the children which was a nice bonus. The children enjoyed the entertainment, we didn't go every night due to having two small children who were Absolutly tired out by that time. Got to sit on the balcony though and enjoy the lovely atmosphere. Brilliant holiday, just book it don't listen to the greedy moaners.More

Fantastic!!!! Go there immediately!!

I'm not normally a fan of an all inclusive but this place is awesome!! Go immediately, do not pass go, do not collect £200!! I'm a huge foodie and it didn't disappoint!! Really healthy yet yummy options too!! Sometimes you couldn't decide what to have because there was so much choice!! The beach is lovely and the adult only pool is like heaven!!! The italian restaurant was yummy and in such a romantic setting!! All the staff are really friendly and helpful!! Seriously? Why haven't you packed yet? More

Lovely location, tired looking and disappointing all inclusive experience.

While I am conscious that I have gotten used to high standards of facilities and service, I still feel that despite cultural differences, this hotel needs to pull up its socks. This was a long awatied family holiday due to my husbands contracts never matching school holidays for 5 years. We really did consider the options and had never been on a typical package holiday and the all inclusive made sense. We were aware of it being very much the end of the season for both services and climate but not overly worried. First impressions of the hotel and great, very leafy and grand. The overall feel of the hotel is space but its tired with all areas of decor with strange wasted space areas. The rooms are well appointed with balconies and 2 showering facilities and plenty of space. The fridge barely chilled mind you and the air conditioning would of been up to scratch in my opinion for the height of summer. The balcony for us was very handy for drying clothes but wasn't a picturesque view over a barren piece of grass looking towards the flumes. The services are limited in ways of shops but there is a place to pick up snacks etc just down by the beach. Presuming its normal for Turkey not to have facilities for guests to wash clothes other than the very expensive hotel service? Lovely big pool though not heated so in the mild end of season, hard to stay in for too long. Private little stretch of beach great to have. watersports directly available at a good cost. Located very nicely between Icmeler and Marmais with the little buses bombing back and forward all the time but be prepared to cram on. It is possible to walk each way for those a bit more up for it. I would not book an all inclusive holiday on the basis of my food experience here at all. No way we got our moneys worth and again it may be a cutural thing but very underwhelmed with the hectic dining room experience that churned out the same thing everyday. Transfers from the hotel are just at the limit I would want with 1.5 hours with the travel co allowing a comfort break. We did try the kids club but my son wasn't too impressed as there was quite restricted hours and choice due to the end of the season. Whilst there are table tennis facilities and pitch and putt, they look to have been neglected for a few seaons now. Staff - ok but lack of cheerfulness - again culture? I don't know.More
