With four pools, seven restaurants and a private beach, this hotel has everything you need under one roof.
The hotel has a great spot between Marmaris and Icmeler. Its nearest neighbours are a pine forest and a private beach kitted out with sunlounger-filled jetties. Plus, there are shops and bars 5 minutes’ walk away.
There are four pools, each with a different pace, and seven restaurants, including an Italian à la carte. In the evenings, two venues – the amphitheatre and the beach – host live music and shows.
Buffet meals - breakfast 07.00-10.00, late breakfast 10.00-10.30, lunch 12.30-14.00 and dinner 19.00 - 21.30. Table service at the beachfront Italian and seafood restaurants. 1 visit per stay to the Turkish or Chinese à la carte restaurants.
Select local alcoholic drinks 10.00-00.30. Lobby bar open 24 hours for soft drinks.
Self-service snacks in the food court area, 12.00-15.00.
The buffet restaurant is an indoor restaurant with open sides, plus outdoor seating. It offers early suppers with a children's menu, and adults-only dining for ages 14 and over from 15th June to 1st October.

Excellent; it feels like a small private complex in the forest
Although I do not like big all inclusive hotels, I like Grand Yazici a lot. I really recommend this hotel. At Grand Yazici you do not have the feeling that you are on a big complex. The location is organized in a very smart way. So you do not see all the people all the time. And because the houses/restaurant/swimming pools are divided over the complex in the forest it just feels like a small private complex.
Tip for the best room: choose a room up the hill (ask in your reservation). This is only for people who are not disabled.
I also like the refrigerators with take a way bottles of water all over the place. At the beach there are enough sun beds, so there is no need for stress for a bed. There is even free WiFi at the beach! :-)
The main restaurant is very clean & decent and there is enough variation in the food during the day and the week. One day sushi, one day Italian food, one day Turkish food ed. Also the other restaurants for a snack, lunch, afternoon snack, tea time, ice cream are very good.
In the evening there is much to do on the complex. The shows in the theater are very good (hot chocolate ed). We also liked the beach parties at the beach club, especially the white party (do not forget to bring white clothes). I also recommend the boat trip organized by the hotel. It is cheap and nice.
At the swimming pool they work with a deposit for every day clean towels. At the end of your holiday you get your deposit back. Tip: exclusive for people from The Netherlands. Give a big smile, greet in Dutch and ask for 2 towels per person instead of 1 towel per person. The men at the towel kiosk speaks Dutch!
For your a la cart choice you really need to go to the Italian restaurant. Be aware that you need an empty stomach otherwise you can not eat the 6 courses :-)
It is also nice that there is a big boulevard. When you walk to the right +/- 7 km you go to Icmeler, when you walk to the left +/- 5 km you go to Marmaris. If it is to hot for a walk you can take a Dolmus bus for 2,5/5TL. At the front of the hotel (reception side) you walk straight ahead. Then you meet a crowdy road. Cross the road when you want the Dolmus to Iclmeler. Do not cross the road when you want the Dolmus to Marmaris. Marmaris is a hot spot for shop a holics.More
We arrived late at night after being delayed by an hour at Bournemouth Airport. We had a private transfer which was fab they were still waiting for us to arrive we stop on route to hotel to get bottle from the transfer company which was very welcome. We checked in with ease and was given block B which was I adult only block, we had already emailed the hotel requesting this block so it does work. We were given a roll when we arrived at checkin. The rooms we were given at first were not great as the balcony was with a high wall as it was in the eaves. So we asked to change they said come back in morning and they would see what they could do. So of we went for a drink or two then went for midnight soup delicious.
We got up next morning and went for breakfast what can I say it was lovely really couldn't fault it we had breakfast in the Adult block they also do evening meals in there which I have to say we only eat in twice as we used all the a la carte resturants couldn't fault them either.
We did get our room changed in same block down to level 2 brilliant. We were very luck to be moved with our friends as well with rooms next door to each other so happy days.
So once we had moved into our new rooms it was of to get some sunshine round the pool in the adult block only brilliant.
For lunch we went to the cake cafe omg you will put on weight while you stay at this hotel.
Entertainment in evening is ok but we were a 4 Person group so we had a great time any way.
I could go on and on I can truly say I had an amazing holiday and we will be returning here.More
This hotel is a hidden gem which I can't wait to return to. We booked two double rooms but were put in a 2 bedroom villa with ab amazing view. I've done a detailed review below but the fact we booked one week and extended it whilst there to two should say it all
Setting - relaxing with palm trees and a beautiful ocean view . Music made a great atmosphere as did the games but there was a quiet pool or the beach if you wanted quiet.
The food was very good , fresh and there was a huge variety . You can choose Italian , Chinese , fish or buffet and pay extra for the steak house . The steak house was worth the extra , the buffet actually better than the Al a carte with bbq and local dishes . The Italian has a lovely setting on the beach with decent food . Chinese wasn't that great food disappointing but setting lovely
The entertainment was great for kids and adults and the beach club after dark was fantastic bonus. For the kids I have never been to a hotel that caters for them so well . Own pool , play area , soft gym, own pool , fair rides , games room, pizza making , disco etc it was fantastic
All inclusive hit and miss - red wine lovely white needs improving , some did cocktails if asked others wouldn't which was a shame , bottle water everywhere to help yourself which was lovely , spirits not top self stuff but pretty decent stuff
The coffee house serving cakes and ice cream was a real bonus throughout the day and a nice addition
The crazy golf needs immediate renovation its old and dirty which is a shame as this was a great offer by the hotel
The villa we had does need to remove its carpets which were old and tired making the room uninviting but the size , balcony , view and bathroom facilities were super and make up for the decorations tiredness and still recommended
The walk to the beach or other shops is short and a bus takes you to and from the other towns which have a lot to offer . You can even take a ferry to Rhodes which we plan to try next
Overall I thought this place was friendly , good value for money , lovely setting but best of all amazing facilities and entertainment
One serious factor the manager must address though is the training of its life guards . We discovered they don't know CPR which ended badly when a tourist needed help . Not good to see but turkey is catching up and if the hotel get ahead of the game this will be one of the top hotels to go to
We will return this summer and hopefully secure the same room and bring friends
Spacious and relaxing
Very family oriented hotel and resort, lots of fun activities for the kids and families. Wouldn't recommend it for friends though. The place itself is amazing with the shore and views. We got a suite in the hotel which has a quiet pool. Ultra all inclusive club with nice snacks, wide variety but the food taste was not extraordinary. Multiple places, cafes and restaurants to chill at. The shows at night were really professional and various! More
My twelve year old son and I stayed here in october half term. It was our first holiday just me and him so i was a little nervous. Luckily there was no need to be! We had a great time. The hotel was lovely, lots of choice for food. No problem getting a sunbed by the pool or deck. We done the turkish spa and cleopatra island trips which were both great. I have seen some reviews about rude staff we didnt see any! It really does help if you learn a few Turkish words though. My son made friends with many members of staff by talking some Turkish to them. When in rome and all that! As it was the end of season a lot of the local bars were closed but you didnt need to leave the hotel if you dont want to. Evening entertainment was good, something for everyone. Oh and the wifi was fantastic! Would really recommend staying here!More
