This hotel comes with first-rate evening entertainment, with everything from belly dancing to magic shows. And during the day you’ve got a good-sized pool – complete with countryside views – to relax by.
The restaurant does a big selection of Turkish and home-from-home dishes. And for more choice, the centre of Marmaris is just a 5-minute drive away. It’s the same distance to the beach.

I will try to be as honest as possible.
We did not travel on a package, we booked the flights, transfers and apartments on line. Three times I mailed the owners stating that both my wife and I had trouble with stairs and asked for a ground floor apartment, we did ask the question before booking and were assured that we would have a ground floor room. On arrival we were given an apartment on the top floor where there was 4 flights of stairs. We were told that we would be moved in two days time, we were tired after the journey so we did not make a fuss. the guys who checked us in did take our cases to the room, just as well really as we would not have managed to take them up on our own.
We arrived on Saturday night and on Monday we were told that our ground floor room was now available, I did struggle, on my own to take our cases from the top floor to the bottom of the stairs and then some guests did see I was struggling so they did help, as soon as Chezz saw me he did get help from the staff and they helped us into our ground floor apartment.
This was really when our holiday began.
Good points: -
Chezz, Katrina, Columbo, Mehmet, Roberto, Jose, were all fantastic and could not do enough for you, they were very busy so sometimes you had to wait a bit but not too long.
The gardens and apartments were well looked after and were clean.
The Location is very good and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance (even for us with bad legs).
The food at the Sun was very good, we had breakfast and lunch here every day and the prices were as good as anywhere (they have a good chef).
The not so good points: -
The pool area could be much cleaner, the painted floor is starting to peel and it was rarely cleaned. Your feet were filthy when you walked on it. The sunbeds were very close together and you had the usual where towels were placed on beds at night, only to sit empty all day till people returned from their trips out at 4:30pm.
The music was sometimes loud but was turned down when asked but the selection of music was sometimes very bad with lots of swearing in the lyrics.
I am not a prude but I now understand that it is not the Germans or Russians who spoil holidays, it is the British. I have never heard such language or behavior from people. I do understand that they are also on holiday and want to have a good time but no respect for women or children was given by the guests.
The pool is one depth, I am 5'11" and could not touch the floor. Shame there was no "shallow end".
Would I return to these apartments? No I don't think so. I have come to the conclusion that when you book cheap the type of tourists may not be exactly respectful to others.
Not the hotel's fault but I have noticed that the level of service in Turkey is starting to fall down, I have been holidaying in Turkey for the last 12 years and have noticed this of late, even to the point where I started to clear my own plates from the table even after asking them to be moved.More
Once again thank you Sun Apt for a first class stay at your apartments, lovely apartment overlooking pool, fantastic maid service as usual. Food in the restaurant excellent and bar prices very good. The pool is an excellent feature of these apartments, extremely clean and very well looked after. Staff extremely helpful, polite and cannot do enough for you. Thank you once again Roberto, Mehmet, Carli, Kadriye and Columbo, look forward to seeing you all next year.More
Thomson let down!
To be honest I expected better from a Thomson Hotel. This is a very basic hotel which clearly needs a lot of money investing in it to bring it up to a half decent standard. Despite our apartment being massive it desperately needed a good clean and a lick of paint and on arrival the sheets and pillow cases were grubby looking, but as it was 3 in the morning we covered the pillows in the bath towels and made do, as the security man who greeted us spoke very little English, so there was no point complaining to him. We were self catering but as we eat out each evening it didn't really matter that there was virtually no equipment in the large kitchen with its fridge that needed defrosting as it had no door on the freezer compartment. Please be advised that there is a mosque in very close proximity and there is a very loud 'call to prayer' at 4.45 every morning and throughout the day, there are also cockerels and chickens next door to the apartments which usually started at 6 o'clock in the morning and seemed to go on for the rest of the day. It's clear that if you are a return guest you are favoured over new arrivals but in general the staff are friendly particularly Chezz who was in charge of the bar. Perhaps the biggest bugbear were the selfish guests who made the effort to get up early in a morning to throw their towels on sunbeds, to then promptly disappear for the rest of the day returning for the last hour of sunbathing. Not once did staff attempt to make room by removing towels, for those guest that stayed there all day. Very little cleaning seemed to take place round the pool area either and again this area started to look grubby by the end of the week. There is entertainment on during the day and evening but it is a little cheesy, bingo takes place on a daily basis with the opportunity to win a weeks stay at the apartments in May and October next year, needless to say we didn't partake for fear of wining the prize. We didn't eat at the restaurant but there is a half & full board option if you wanted to upgrade. There are numerous restaurants and bars within a short distance of the apartment and we would certainly recommend Septembers, The English Pub & Ibiza's. Excellent value for money, decent food & very friendly staff. I think the one positive we had from the holiday and a saving grace for Thomson, was the Rep, Farrah, she was so helpful, friendly & professional and attempted to sort the issues out for us. Will we return to Sunaprt? Thank you but no.More

Another great holiday
Yet again Sunaparts has provided a great family holiday.
A safe environment to stay for all the family and plenty of interaction from all stay. Being a family run business they deliver a family packed experience for all.
Catering for disabled people with well thought out ground floor apartments which have ease of access showers and wide doorways for wheelchairs.
The staff each year provide entertainment and service through out the day and offer full support for any needs.
Roberto and Mehmet provide excellent accommodation at very affordable prices.
This is definitely a place close to my family and my hearts and would fully endorse it to any potential guests.More
