Club Turquoise

The Club Turquoise has handy location, a lively pool area and regular Turkish themed nights.

This place has nabbed a great spot, just outside Marmaris’ town centre. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the old bazaar, and the area’s shingle beach is closer still – just 10 minutes away.

Inside, the décor is traditional. The lobby features wood beams, a wrought-iron chandelier and a terracotta-flagged floor. Rooms follow a similar style, with Ottoman-esque arched windows and dark-wood furnishings.

Nice chilled week in turkey

Booked holiday last minute through thomson for october school week. Me and 2 girls 8,10. Got a great deal. Arrived late at night.reception really quick getting rooms sorted. We had a 1 bedroom apartment.2 single beds and a sofa bed.lots of storage.air conditioning (free) in living 2 cooking rings, toaster fridge and sorted for self catering. The bar at pool did food.breakfast was 10 lira.pint of tuborg was 8.50 lira.i didnt eat anything else but prices were ok. Hotel were changing english notes to a rate of 3.5 lira to pound. Hotel is near lots of restaurants mainly doing deals like 20 lira for soup,chicken/pasta/pizza dish and ice cream. Prices get steaper nearer the harbour and beach bars quite pricy. Thursday market is now just fruit and veg as mayor stop clothes etc. All in all hotels nice.maid service every day.staff wifi in reception area and every bar.quite a big pool with shallow end into splash pool and a jacuzzi at the bar.just ask them to turn it on I'd go back tomorrow if i could.More

Excellent Holiday

Just returned from a weeks family holiday couldn't fault the hotel itself, staff friendly and did whatever they could to help, rooms really clean and done everyday. Only fault was the entertainment which really let the hotel down apart from that would def go back again.More

Will not be going back!!!!!!

My family and I have just returned from Club Turquoise for our long awaited 2 week holiday to Marmaris. We booked after seeing excellent reviews on trip advisor. From first day we were disappointed!!! The pool bar charged me four different prices in the space of one day. When I queried this, the bar staff could say or do nothing but look at each other blankly. The apartment itself was basic but on arrival was clean and well equipped however, I had to contact reception on two separate occasions for daily cleaning issues. Our room was not cleaned or linen changed for 3 days and baring in mind Club Turquoise pride themselves on their daily room cleaning and linen change every other day ( this is stated in their guest information book). I also had a cockroach 2 inches in length sharing my shower and a locust/cricket in our room which dived bombed my husband. The windows were shut at all times and we were on the 3rd floor (work that one out!!!) On again contacting reception we were told it would be fumigated the next day!! Surprise, surprise it wasnt. Pool area clean, and most of staff very friendly. All in all this didn't spoil my holiday in Marmaris as we are looking at booking next year already just not staying here.More

Tracey T,

nice hotel.

just got back off hols. the hotel location is excellent just 10 min walk to main drag. the room we stayed in was E3, there was VERY POOR LIGHTING on the stairs to the room, we had to buy a small torch. the air conditioning is only in the living room so bedrooms stay hot. the living room floor dirty. the pool area is first class. it was just my wife and I on hols, there were a few children there the entertainment team for them was excellent. we didn't eat there in the evening, but the morning & afternoon choice of food was very good. would I go back yes but the rooms could do with a make over.More

Stayed for 1week in August 2014 with our 14yr old daughter. Very polite, accommodating, entertaining + friendly staff (all of them!), rooms superb. the room we had was very spacious (4th floor overlooking pool, 2 bed apartment). Food great (+ reasonably priced) and available all day. Slight issue with pool beds, but can be dealt with quickly by staff if you ask them. Would suggest avoiding booking day trips etc with Thompson Holidays as the exact same trips can be found VERY much cheaper outside the complex with no difficulties. Scuba diving trip (even for beginners) is a must! Turkish Bath - fantastic experience - but be aware they're a bit like a conveyor belt + every client will get told they have problems with their backs, knees, elbows etc whilst telling you the price to fix it!! First trip to Turkey, would definitely come back to Club Turquoise. Fab holiday - would definitely recommend Club Turquoise, nice clean complex (pool is smashing), good facilities + brill staff. A holiday is what you make it + this was a great value holiday. If you're going to complain about little picky things then maybe you should look elsewhere.More
