The Club Turquoise has handy location, a lively pool area and regular Turkish themed nights.
This place has nabbed a great spot, just outside Marmaris’ town centre. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the old bazaar, and the area’s shingle beach is closer still – just 10 minutes away.
Inside, the décor is traditional. The lobby features wood beams, a wrought-iron chandelier and a terracotta-flagged floor. Rooms follow a similar style, with Ottoman-esque arched windows and dark-wood furnishings.

A lovely hotel but not a restful holiday!
As a 50 yr old couple with grown up children we found ourselves holidaying with friends with 2 children this year aged 12 and 14. So it was with some reluctance that we booked into a 'family' hotel for 2 wks. Club turquoise was a great hotel, the rooms were spacious and clean and we had our towels and bedding changed every other day. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We booked bed and breakfast and enjoyed a wide choice of breakfast options every morning at the pool bar. The pool area was immaculate and the bar staff and entertainment team were great. BUT.... If you are looking for a peaceful and restful holiday this is not for you. Events got started early at the pool and most people were up early reserving their sunbeds at 6am!!!...there was only just enough sunbeds to go round but if you were up any later than 7.30am most of them were taken. Loud disco music was played most of the day accompanied by noisy pool games and lots of dancing round the pool. Most people seemed to have 3 or 4 children and at times we felt we were surrounded by prams, rubber rings and screaming children. Most of the guests also smoked most of the time, round the pool, and during meals.... Although we wouldnt go again.. If you are a young couple with kids you would probably love it! Also not suitable for anyone with mobility problems as loads of steps and no lifts.More

Amazing place with lovely staff
I have stayed at marmaris twice now, 2 running and wow, the hotel rooms are lovely, a great size with a kitchen/living room (with sofa that folds into sofa bed) a nice size bathroom and a bedroom with comfy bed wardrobe and bedside cabinets. All apartments also have air con which is free of charge unlike other hotels which charge high prices for air con. Lockers are available in the reception area for the small fee of £7 a week although I have previously left valuables in the room during the day and have never had anything go missing as all staff are very honest. The food is also nice, I have only really had breakfast and lunch there as I find the prices for dinner a bit high compared to other places we go in marmaris and we prefer to go out anyway but we go self catering so if you are all inclusive the price shouldn't be a problem. The facility's such as the pool, tattoo shop and loungers are all clean and have never had any problems during the 4 weeks I have stayed here (2 weeks each year). The entertainment teams have also been great both years with fun games and activity a from day to night!More

"Second amazing holiday here!"
Just returned from 2 amazing weeks holiday. Club Turquoise has everything for a fun filled holiday. It is situated about a 10 minute walk from the sea front, not in the noisiest part of town but with easy access to the restaurants and night life should you want it. Jack, Bally, Chris and Chelsea work extremely hard to provide a brilliant fun filled programme of entertainment and do their best to make sure everyone is included. The food in the bar and restaurant is fantastic and is served by a very efficient and friendly staff who go the extra mile to make you feel well looked after. The rooms are a good size and are cleaned everyday. Air conditioning is standard which is great as in many hotels it has to be bought extra to the price of the room. The pool is a good size and benefits from the sun for most if the day. The only problem, although the management are trying to deal with it, is that you have to be down pretty early to get a sun lounger and some guests think that they have a right to reserve a bed even if they don't intend to spend most of the day there. Barring that small problem I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Marmaris. We certainly wish to return there next year.More

We stayed here for two weeks in July - I used to come with my parents twice a year from the age of 6 until 2009. The place hasn't changed.. still has lovely staff, great atmosphere, great location, etc. The hotel is always packed with regulars that return every year so there is a very friendly vibe. The rooms were clean and always spotless after the cleaners had been in. BBQ night (every sunday) is fantastic! Great starters and salads, meats and rice, great entertainment. My only negative was that our room didn't have air conditioning in the bedroom so it got quite hot, we did hire a fan though. The hotel is great for families, loads of things to keep you occupied if need be; kids club, evening entertainment, organised bar crawls, beauty centre, jewellers, pool games, cafe/bar, restaurant, hairdressers, gift shop and mini market. The staff were always there to help, excellent manager - Irfan! Staff go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. I would definitely recommend :)More

After reading other reviews I was of mixed feelings about my holiday. I returned on the 19th August, and I have already booked again for next year. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff are tireless in trying their best to look after every bodies needs. I did hear a few moans about the size of the studio apartments, but I had a 2 bed apartment (room 301) which in my opinion had the best view of the whole hotel & pool, it had a basic kitchen and lounge area (with a tv) it was also on the 3rd floor with no lift, so not great for prams or people with walking difficulties, but we loved it. I went with my mum (62) 13 year old son and his 12 yr old friend, and we all loved it. Cris, jack, bally and Chelsea the entertainment staff were brilliant in getting everybody involved. The food was great, and you can upgrade to half board for a small charge too. The onsite shop and barbers, are really good value too. This hotel is a little gem, and is centrally located for everything. There was a small problem with sunbeds (people putting towels out at 4am) but management got involved and solved the problem quickly, this is something I would expect in aug. In short this was a brilliant holiday, and I personally feel some peoples expectations of a self catering hotel are a little high, if you want a 5* luxury then this may not be the place for you, but we loved it. See you next year CT.More
