The Club Turquoise has handy location, a lively pool area and regular Turkish themed nights.
This place has nabbed a great spot, just outside Marmaris’ town centre. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the old bazaar, and the area’s shingle beach is closer still – just 10 minutes away.
Inside, the décor is traditional. The lobby features wood beams, a wrought-iron chandelier and a terracotta-flagged floor. Rooms follow a similar style, with Ottoman-esque arched windows and dark-wood furnishings.

First time to Turkey
Was given this hotel 2 weeks before we were due to travel as our original choice decided to close early. The reason I have scored as I have is because this was my first visit to Turkey and have nothing to compare against. Saying that, check in was fast and efficient, and although the one bedroom apartment was a little tired it was spotlessly clean the towels were changed daily and there was no sign of any cockroaches in any part of the complex that I visited. The food (breakfast and evening meals) was good and reasonably priced with good service from ALL of the staff who were helpful and friendly. Due to it being the end of the season and not many people around the entertainment was mostly supplied by two lovely people, Zoe and Bruno who were there day and night time (I would imagine that there would be more variation high season) butit suited me. Would I go back again? DefinitelyMore
Just back from Club Turquoise. Stayed in the 2 bedroom self catering apartment. The apartment overall is very spacious, but very poor self catering facilities. No microwave and very little space for preparing food. On arrival the apartment wasn't very clean with the dish rack absolutely filthy and when I lifted the toaster, it had lots of crumbs and a couple of coloured sweets underneath it. 1 of the sweets was also under the open stair case on arrival and still there on departure! The apartment overall is a bit dated and in need of an upgrade. There was no bedside lights so had to get out of bed to switch off the lights when going to sleep. The breakfasts were not great in that I ordered scrambled egg on toast and was given fried egg chopped up. Poached eggs were more often than not freezing when served. The pool sunbathing area beside the dj box was never cleaned once in the week we were there. Tables dirty and ground dirty with dead bees, food and dirty footprints. Bizarrely the other side was cleaned daily despite nobody using it! When we asked if we could keep on our rooms, reception were very awkward about it and refused then after going back numerous times were told we (3 rooms of people) could all share 1 room which wasn't 1 of our original rooms meaning we had to carry our luggage from our rooms and move to a room up 3 flights of stairs without any help. When we questioned why others could keep rooms on, we were told they had refused to move.... which was nonsense. At this time of year the complex is very quiet and clearly quite under occupied. Entertainment staff were always friendly and worked hard with the little guests they had to work with, other than them, and the jeweller touting for business, no other staff were friendly or went out their way to make conversation. I have been visiting turkey for the last 7yrs going to Cettia, Club Aida and would definitely say the standard was not as good but all that said I would visit again if the price was right! Turquoise is situated in a good location for restaurants and getting the bus into town. More
