Scousers 10 visit Club Evin Again

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Club Evin, excellent hotel, staff and management brilliant, from Memet & Ali to Isobel, Pam, Alisdair-Head of security, Pedro, T.J.the Pool Manager, Mario, Rocco & Jack and the rest of the staff who all make you very welcome, Restaraunt is very good only one down side they changed the Chef half way through our stay and he was not as good as the previous one, to many spices in the food, otherwise good, The changes they have made at the Bar has improved the hotel no end and they have also added a gym down stairs, Brilliant stay, Entertainment most nights, Alisdair needs to brush up on his Mrs Brown act, ???More

Even better than last year

We Just got back last night after 14 glorious nights, what can i say Club Evin is an absolute peach of a place to stay, the staff are fabulous and make you feel very welcome and relaxed,it was our Daughters 21st while we were there and all the guys/gals made it a very special night,Mario worked tirelessly and ensured that the table setting's and decorations were perfect.even the lovely cleaners wrote in a card and laid flowers in her room which was very sweet, Everyone at Club Evin work very hard to ensure your stay is memorable and it most certainly was, Mehmet is very charming and kept us supplied with delicious Turkish Delight, Pam,Dot,Izzy always there to help and advise, Ali runs a tight ship and ensures everything that comes out of the kitchen is nothing but the best, TG keeps all and sundry well served and entertained around the pool during the day and is a breath of fresh air, theres never a dull moment when he's around great fella, Alex works very hard to make sure things run smoothly, Mario left last year whilst we were there but it was nice to see him back again and very attentive as per usual, Jack always had a smile on his face which usually meant he was upto mischief but he worked very hard, all the other lads were very hard working and very consientious. All in all an excellant safe place to stay which was also exceptionally clean. We will definitely be returning next year for more of the same.More

First rate hotel and staff.

This was our first visit to Turkey and our party of 6 ranged from 6 years to 60+. Upon arrival, we were immediately welcomed to the hotel by the owner and despite the late hour, we were happy to accept the offer of hot fresh food - very welcome after the flight and coach transfer. We were shown to our 2 bedroom apartment which was immaculate. I understand our block was constructed last year and it was clean, light and very spacious. A basic kitchen was provided, which was ample for simple meals - we didn't cook, but enjoyed fresh fruit, local bread and cold food duiring the day, with a cooked meal in the evening, usually in the hotel restaurant. We had a double room, a twin bed room and two single beds in the lounge/dining area. Three full height patio doors could be opened, two onto our private balcony and one onto the poolside. A table and chairs were provided on the balcony area, in addition to the dining table and stools in our communal area. The staff were brilliant - the owner usually 'spoiling' the children with lollies; Pam in reception was helpful and chatty and was always willing to give local directions and advice; the bar staff, waiters and everyone else were very friendly and always ready to help. My 5 girls had their favourites - Alex, Mario, TJ to name but three, but all combined to provide a restful break. There was entertainment each evening and muted poolside music during the day. Not being a night-bird, I often retired by around 10pm and despite having a room adjacent to the restaurant terrace, I never found late night music caused me any disturbance. Occasionally, the late night 'goodnights' could be heard as the last guests headed for bed, but this is certainly not the fault of the Hotel or its staff. Everyone likes to enjoy themselves and 99.9% were polite, friendly and considerate to fellow guests. Even in the best hotels, you occasionally get the odd guest whose 'volume control' needs adjustment! ;) What was booked as an economy holiday, proved to be a wonderful relaxing and restful stay and I look forward to returning. I could not fault the Hotel, its facilities or its staff. Thankyou for a wonderful holiday!More

The jewel of Marmaris

Arriving at this hotel we were greeted by a wonderful lady named Pamela who made us feel very welcome indeed. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, very spacious with nice decor and absolutely immaculate. The pool area was extremely well kept with a lovely pool and plenty of sun loungers.also a lovely sun terrace too! It was an absolute pleasure not having to get up really early to secure a sun bed for the day unlike many other places I have visited in the past. The staff around the pool area and bar were both friendly, amusing, attentive and polite, nothing was too much bother for them. We ate at the hotel on a number of occasions at the food and service were second to none and very reasonably priced too. The cleaning lady who visited each day did a marvellous job and again very friendly and polite. The walk to the beach was only a ten minute stroll away and Marmaris town at the most twenty minutes from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation as it was one of the best holidays we have ever had in Turkey.More
