This is at the heart of the hotel and makes a great place for all the family with a large water slide into the pool at one end. There's a large sun terrace surrounding the pool with sunloungers and parasols. Right next to the main pool there's a kids' pool too.
Thomson Kids’ Club with fully qualified staff, offers 2 hours of activities, 5 or 6 days a week from May to October with at least two of them on duty at all times. And that includes at least 3 evenings. It’s split into sections, with Tots for 3 to 5 year olds, Team for 6 to 8s, and Tribe for 9 to 11s. Best of all, most kids’ clubs activities are completely free. Outside of peak season, there are parent and toddler sessions 3 days a week, too.
These light and airy apartments have space for four with a twin room that has air-con and two sofa beds in the lounge. Snacks can be made in the kitchenette on the two electric rings or toaster. Plus there's either a balcony or French balcony. From May 2016, you'll have free Wi-Fi, too.
These apartments in neutral tones with a splash of colour can sleep up to three. There's air-con in the bedroom and a kitchenette where you can make snacks using the two electric rings and toaster. They are an ideal holiday base. From May 2016, you'll have free Wi-Fi, too.
This hotel is great if you have kids the staff are really friendly and go out of there way to help ,it can be noisy at night if you have a pool view and small children that go to bed early .
It's very clean and the food is good value .
I would recommend it to family's it is also good for anyone in a wheelchair as it is easy to get around the hotel and has lifts.More
We stayed for 11 nights starting September 13th.
Hotel itself: Clean, tidy, in a really good location! 10 minute walk anywhere. Rooms lovely and roomy. Free air con which worked brilliantly. Highly recommend ear plugs as the mosque WILL wake you and you do not get used too it! The beds were hard but for what we paid who cares?
Food and staff: Staff were a bit miserable but you would be if you worked practically 24 hours a day. Food is edible, but expensive compared to further down the road! The bbq was crap and i was ill the day after. Don't waste your money.
Thompson rep: she was lovely. Nothing too much, we weren't pestered for trips. But she sent us to a turkish bath which was naff. The hotel was SO much nicer!!! Had 5 turkish baths all in all and this was the best one!!!
Sunbed situation: errr what sunbed situation?? We got up whatever time we pleased and always got a sun bed??? I honestly don't understand peoples problem!
Would recommend the hotel to anyone and everyone!
Perfect for what we needed.
This hotel is in the perfect location. Not too long to walk to the marina or to local bars and restaurants. There was always somewhere to sit around the pool although despite them having a notice about not reserving sunbeds, this was a slack rule. We were sat next to two sunbeds that had towels on from 9am until 4pm. The girls turned up then at 4pm. This was not fair and shouldn't be allowed. The staff were friendly enough.
They had lots of activities for children and adults although we did not participate as we didn't spend enough time there.
They rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. Although when you are in the bathroom, you can hear everything going on upstairs.
There is a mosque nearby which says their prays over a tannoy speaker about 5 times a day. You soon don't really hear it though. Although the half 5am one I heard most mornings.
We went for the Turkish Bath in the hotel. The lady whose business it was had sold it to us. She told us not to go elsewhere as they rip you off. So we trusted her. We went down the day after we got engaged and was told that she would do the biggest packages half price as a gift to us, although the half price price was still expensive. We were really surprised and couldn't wait until our booking. This soon turned to disappointment though. They cut the price in half and the treatments. We didn't have half the treatments we were promised. My advice is to go elsewhere. They are cheaper and probably better.
Also if you go with Thompsons, do not pay their excursion prices. There is a place down the road called D.R.D. Issacs who does them really cheap. We got the jeep safari for £10 whereas Thompsons was charging £40. We also got the Discover Dalyan for £10 each instead of £60. The rep there however, Alison, was brilliant, really friendly and approachable.
Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It was cheap and cheerful and perfect for what we needed.More

Nice and easy
Myself girlfriend and 1year old spent a week here. We arrived at the hotel early hours of the morning we were checked in quickly and had our bags taken to our room. Room was very clear and everything was in working order. Hotel staff a friendly but some of them seem to not treat you as nice unless you spend money at the hotel instead of going out to eat. One thing I did hate was the sunbed situation, bottom line is if you're not up early you will get a crap spot, clearly the only option was to wake early get your spot the go back to bed, also just to clear up the sign says "don't put towels down before 7am". Food prices are ok but if you walk down to where the beach is you will find you get a lot more value for money. Don't eat at queen vic unless you're looking standard English food. Oh I must warn you about the mosque across the road it didn't bother me but if you're not a fan of prayers over a megaphone 4/5 times a day then I would not recommend... Overall it's good value from price has a nice pool and kids pool tooMore
