Set on a hillside, this family-run hotel has great views and friendly staff. Plus, it’s close to Kalkan Beach.
It’s easy to see why guests keep coming back here. TripAdvisor reviewers are really pleased with the friendly family who run the place. Plus, it’s set half-way up a hill, so the views are impressive to say the least. The hotel pool looks out over the sea and mountains, and lunch and dinner are served on the terrace here. Plus there’s a weekly barbecue night. There’s also a rooftop terrace where you can eat breakfast with panoramic views.
With just 22 bedrooms, the hotel feels really intimate. They’re bright spaces, with patterned carpets, coloured soft-furnishings, and paintings of local scenery hanging on the walls. All of them tick off basics like shower rooms and balconies.
It’s done well in terms of location, too. The hill is quite steep, but you’re only about 10 minutes’ walk from Kalkan Beach. And the town centre, where you’ll find a good mix of shops and restaurants, is even closer.

Kalkan is the prettiest of the small resorts along the south coast and has been built along the Side of a mountain with many of its simple cottages beautifully restored and redeveloped as small shops and restaurants. Kalkan was originally a fishing village but its harbour now houses glamorous yachts alongside the fishing boats. The town is still relatively uncommercialised, its pretty cobbled streets offering bazaar-type shops, inviting restaurants and a varied nightlife for the more discerning visitor. It's also an excellent base for exploring the surrounding coast.
