There is a great choice of restaurants and bars in the resort centre. Shopping in Icmeler is fine for essentials and souvenirs but head to Marmaris for serious shopping as it has some of the best designer boutiques in Turkey. Surrounded by beautiful pine-clad mountains, Icmeler beach is a lovely horseshoe shape with sand and shingle. Icmeler itself is a quaint resort centre with a market every Wednesday - fantastic for bargaining.

We have just returned from our two week holiday in Icmeler, staying at the Clun Sun Village. The appartments are run by a very friendly family who went out of their way to help and make our stay pleasant. The weekends is obviously their family gathering... more on this review
