These straightforward, no-frills apartments are within easy reach of the centre of Icmeler.
This place only has 15 apartments under its roof so if you prefer small, low-key hotels it’s spot on. It’s surrounded by greenery with views of the mountains but that’s not to say it’s in the middle of nowhere. In fact, it’s pretty close to all the action. Shops, bars and restaurants are just a couple of minutes’ walk away, while the beach is about 20 minutes on foot.
Looks-wise, it’s got the feel of a large house. It’s a three-floored affair topped with a terracotta roof. At the front there’s a small lawn dotted with palms, while around the back there’s the pool. It’s a roomy figure of eight set into a small sun terrace that comes with a handful of sunbeds and a few parasols. A kids’ section of the pool and a snack bar complete the scene.
Inside, it’s pretty much what you’d expect from a 2T property. Apartments are adequately furnished, with twin beds in the bedrooms and either a sofa bed or two single beds in the lounges. Kitchenettes and balconies also come as standard.

All apartments have a twin bedroom and a double sofa bed or 2 single beds in the lounge area, and include a shower, kitchenette with 2 electric rings, kettle and fridge, phone, maid service 6 days a week, linen change twice weekly, and balcony. Air-conditioning is available in bedrooms at a charge and cots are available on request.

Icmeler is poised on Turkey’s southwest Mediterranean coast, about eight kilometres from the bazaars and marina of larger Marmaris. With a backdrop of mountains and a wide, well-kept sand and shingle beach which runs the length of the bay, Icmeler is an exceptionally attractive resort with good facilities that has proved popular with families. Activity is centred around the beach although Icmeler also provides a good base from which to explore some of the smaller, less crowded bays along the coastline.After a relaxing day in the sun there's an excellent choice of cafés, bars and restaurants in which to cool off. A couple of discos provide some late night action although neighbouring Marmaris is only a short hop away for a larger choice.
