This hotel gives you a relaxed pool scene, along with mountain views and a vine-covered dining terrace.
Life at the Lagoon Hotel revolves around the pool. It comes with a waterside bar and a restaurant where you can eat Turkish and international dishes on the terrace.
The hotel is in a quiet residential area of Hisaronu, overlooked by pine-cloaked mountains. A 15-minute walk gets you to the centre, while the famous Blue Lagoon at Olu Deniz is less than a 10-minute drive away.
Buffet breakfasts are within the Bed and Breakfast package and there's a waiting service at lunch and dinner. A barbecue night is held here, just check with someone at the hotel to find out when it's on.
We went as a group of 6 friends (2 separate bookings) from 25/8-4/9. Right from the start the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Found us 3 rooms next to each other, helped us with our ice bucket challenge & gave us advice/booked our trips at the best rates! Easy to get a sunbed even when we got up at 10/11. Couldn't ask for a better hotel!More
Great holiday again
hi 2nd year at this hotel and once again we were treat really well by all the staff. Nothing was a problem and again I was allowed to cause chaos haha. When you find somewhere like this were the guests are all getting along joining in pool games and mischief it just makes your holiday aswell.Everyone we met was great company weather it was poolside or nights out you just new you were in good company that includes both young and old. This year we had our daughter and partner with us and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves and made loads of new friends just by joining in. Would highly recommend this hotel but don't want to tell anyone about it just in case we cant get in next year haha. Really have a look and read the reviews you wont beat it either for value for money. mike simpsonMore

Another great holiday
We returned to The Lagoon Hotel as we had such a great stay last year (been thinking about it since December!) Again we had a lovely time. Lovely room with gorgeous views. The owners have completed refurbishments of the bar and dining area which is really nice and bright. Meals are good at the hotel and The full English breakfast was cooked to perfection. Always good to relax around the pool with great views of the mountains. On our first day Arkaan booked us a Turkish Bath at Liberty Hotel which truly was 'the best'. Thank you to everyone at the hotel and to Selin for our Engagement congratulations song on the last day :}. Can I go again please!More
Lovely Hotel and very accommodating staff .
Stayed for 14 nights . Hotel was spotless . Staff were very friendly , nothing was a problem to them . The Thompson rep Lorna was a breath of fresh air , always round the pool talking to the guests and ensuring everyone was having a good time . Would recommend this Hotel absolutely fabulous place for a relaxed break . Not sure how people can have negative reviews as all the people we met highly rated this Hotel , some have returned for many years . Please don't be put of by the negative reviews go try it for yourself . I don't think you will be disappointed . More
LOVELY HOTEL, BUT YOUNG GIRLS WATCH OUT!!!!
I have been to Turkey 9 times and I know with Turkey that young girls do get a lot of attention however this is disgusting!
Me and my friends had booked this hotel as it looked lovely, and the reviews are mainly good. And yes, as expected the hotel is gorgeous, clean, and has a lovely pool area, a 24 Hour bar and quite busy which is good for as as a group of 17-20 year olds. Anyway, when we arrived the staff seemed friendly and as we proceeded to go on our first night out, when we had come back it was all fun at the hotel, typical and Turkish dancing on the bar, however when we proceeded to do so one of the bar men started to blow a vent so our dresses flew up. This wasn't an issue at the time but when we had all been innocently dancing together like young girls do, the bar man (WHICH IS ONE OF THE OWNERS OF THE HOTEL) asked her to go back to his apartment for some fun. After she rejected him he begged her to go back and I shouted at him and said no she's coming with me and then he attempted to kiss my friend without her consent and then told me that he would bring her back safe as he has a master key for all the rooms from then on my nickname was "Boss". And I genuinely feared to sleep in my room in case he tried to come in. We carried on as normal but when we wanted to sit round the pool the owner and his brother would come round and attempt to put ice down our tops (Sounds petty i know but when you want to just relax it is annoying). Carrying on with the holiday they were persistent with us and whenever we wanted to just chill out in reception to use the wifi to talk to our boyfriends they would moan at us and then I am convinced that they would turn the wifi off as it cannot be that much of a coincidence that the wifi goes off when we reject them. However one of the nights the owners brother Aarkan had really upset my friend as he had come up to her and said 'Is it because you have a boyfriend you don't want to get to know me? Is it because you have a boyfriend you don't want to have sex with me?" and she was distraught after this. Following this he proceeded to take another young girl from the hotel to his apartment and come back to my friend and said 'You annoyed me so I took another girl back to mine for some fun' - we ignored him and then he FINALLY said that he "gives up" although we never gave any indication that we were interested in the first place. After this they did leave us alone BUT we never got treated as nice by the owner, his brother or the owners daughter again, all hospitality went out of the window and they seemed to be moody with us. HOWEVER the security guard Ali was nothing but lovely the whole time and looked after us!!!!
BUT due to being very good family friends with the manager and the bar staff at THE SARAY HOTEL next door to the Lagoon we went there every night as we felt safe and the staff are excellent, I highly recommend staying at The Saray if you do go to Hisaronu, especially as a young person as you will not get harassed!
It is a shame that all of the above happened as the hotel itself is lovely and clean and a lot of fun if you don't get hassled, perfect for couples and young lads! Just be careful if you are a group of young girls! Overall really enjoyed my holiday and will always come back to Hisaronu, all time favourite holiday destination!More
