The Lagoon Hotel is set in a quiet residential area of Hisaronu, and is overlooked by pine-cloaked mountains. The property is about a 15-minute walk from the town centre’s shops and restaurants, and less than a 10-minute drive from Olu Deniz’s photogenic Blue Lagoon.
Careful attention has been paid to the hotel’s interiors. The lobby, for example, has been designed with a chic, Parisian theme in mind. Neutral walls are accessorised with rococo-style chairs and plush red sofas, and there’s even an etching of the Eiffel Tower on one of them.
Outside, you’ll find a good-sized swimming pool. It’s bordered by colourful loungers and umbrellas, and has a neighbouring bar, where you can grab snacks and cold drinks throughout the day.
The hotel’s restaurant serves up buffet breakfasts in the mornings, and offers a waiter service lunch and dinner. The menu features Turkish specialities like meze, and international dishes such as pasta and roast beef.

Lovely little hotel with a great hotel manager
We booked this place through Thomsons and I have to say that it is a nice find. The staff were very friendly and to be honest made the stay. The owner introduced himself the first night which was nice but was pretty much aloof thereafter. He certainly wasn't the all embracing character that some reviews mention. There appeared to be something going on with the partners involved in the place and at least for the first week or so everyone was either related to or friends with them. Let me just say that the Germans are not the only ones to out towels out on sunbeds before dawn. The Brits staying at this place were experts as well. In fact the only way to get a sunbed was to join in. The management could do well to address this issue to be honest. The accommodation was nice. We had a first floor room and out kids were across the way from us. We did end up swapping rooms with the kids so they were together. The rooms were cleaned every day and the linens were changed very often so no complaints there. The food was excellent. I have to say that we ate in several places in Hisaronu and I much preferred the hotel restaurant for quality and value. Make no bones about it Ercan makes the place. Without him I doubt I would even consider returning at some time in the future.More

Past & Present
We stayed here in 2005 and had the most wonderful time, infact it was one of the best holidays we have had. This year we are re booking in September and are really looking forward to coming back. Our room was in the basement and yes it was dark, but your only in there for such a short time and we cant sleep with any light visible anyway. However, we had a private outside area which was great as noone could see you if you wanted to relax, have a read & glass of wine. This year we will ask for a pool view though so that we get a different perspective. The staff were great back then too and we also made use of the laundry service. Roll on September 2014.More

Me and my Fiance stayed in this hotel from Sep 23rd - Oct 4th 2013 and we had a fantastic time. The hotel was great, lovely and clean and the drinks were over priced and the food was lovely and good value for money. The staff were lovely as well!! As for the resort i have been here 10times so far and have always loved it, it was my Fiance's first time here but he absolutely loved it. We would recommend this hotel and resort to anyone, its in a great setting set back far enough so its not to noisy on a night time but in just the right area so that it takes just moments to get into the town. Overall a brilliant hotel and holiday and we are sure we'll return time and time again.More

Just returned from two great weeks here in Hisaronu. All I can do is echo the positive comments by everyone else. Yuksel and his family were as welcoming as always. The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas are an example to other hotels. The number of the rooms is perfect allowing you to meet with others in the bar which was the centre of the hotel. Breakfast was fab English available but who needs that with such a choice available. The bread was so fresh and the honey a real treat. The bar can get noisy at night so if you are looking for an early night ask for a room that doesn't overlook the pool. Bar and reception staff helpful and friendly nothing was too much for them. Location good not too near the centre of the village which gets very busy at night but very peaceful during the day. Will definitely be returning in the near futureMore
