With forest views, a Turkish spa and a poolside cocktail bar, the Pine Valley Hotel offers a lengthy list of highlights. It's in a great location, too, with Hisaronu's bars and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away.
This place is in a great spot. It’s tucked among pine trees and offers standout views over wooded hills. You’re well placed for going out, as well. Buses to Olu Deniz stop 400 metres from the hotel and will get you to the beach in about 20 minutes. Plus, the shops, restaurants and bars of Hisaronu are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The hotel’s grounds are dominated by two swimming pools. The spacious main pool is surrounded by sunloungers and sits next to a pool bar, which does a good line in cocktails. The second pool features three small waterslides, and a neighbouring children’s splash pool.
Elsewhere, you'll find a games room with a pool table, an internet cafe, a Wii® and a Playstation®. There's also a spa, which has Turkish baths and cabins for aromatherapy massages – perfect if you’re after some quiet me-time.
In terms of meals, meanwhile, there’s a cosy restaurant serving international buffets. Turkish dishes get a look in, too, if you fancy trying some local flavours. And for pre-dinner drinks, head for the Terrace Bar - it boasts wicker seating under the pine trees.
The bedrooms are arranged in two-storey blocks around the grounds, with lots of steps leading to them. Each comes with a balcony, too, so you can really enjoy the garden or mountain views. And décor-wise, you’ve got a choice. The standard rooms come with traditional furniture and floral bedspreads. They are getting a refurb for May 2015. For something more contemporary, however, upgrade to one of the refurbished rooms, which come with sleek new furnishings and wooden floors.

This was booked as a late getaway. It is about two hours from the airport. Having been to this area a couple of times before we knew of this hotel and heard decent reviews whilst we were out there. We went to stay in the last two weeks of September. The weather was lovely as is the norm for Turkey at that time of year. The hotel is very close to the main strip in Hisaronou, approx. a 5 minute stroll. The route is a little uneven at times, so people who have trouble walking may find it a little awkward, however it is not really that bad, (ladies be careful when walking in high heels !). The hotel itself is very clean and tidy, again there are a lot of steps, so people who are a little infirm may struggle. However there is a lift, which takes you to all levels. There are two pools one with waterslides the other with plenty of free loungers. Food from the poolside bar is ok, but expensive. The rooms are fine, clean and tidy although a little dated, but not a deal breaker. The beds however might well be, they are rock hard, it's like lying on concrete. The two single beds can be replaced with a double bed if there are any spare, this is done without any fuss. The staff are really good, friendly and very helpful. We didn't do any of the theme nights, but were the typical Turkish nights (belly dancers & Turkish BBQ) etc. Eating out is very reasonable with a really good choice of Turkish as you might expect. A short Dolmus ride to Oludeniz, will get you even more choice, as well as the famous Blue lagoon beach. Overall a really good fortnight and would look to go back next year.More

We stayed for 2 weeks in August and had a lovely time. Our son enjoyed the flumes were were on for a couple of hours each day and as it was a family oriented hotel he made lots of friends. The food was lovely, fresh and varied and I would definitely encourage upgrading to half board, it would have been nice to have an English breakfast included but we still enjoyed what we ate especially the crepes & omlettes. It was peak season when we went and you needed to be up early to get a good sunbed (by 8am at latest - i think some people put out towels at night). We had a regular room which we felt was too small and upgraded to a much larger suite overlooking the large pool (it cost £300 for 2 weeks) a lot of money but we felt it was worth it! The rooms were cleaned and tidied on a daily basis to a good standard. The staff were all friendly and very helpful and we could not fault anyone. The kids club seemed popular but it was mainly visited by younger children. The entertainment that was on most nights was generally good and free - we especially enjoyed the 'fireman' show and the BBQ was fantastic with a great choice of food and a good show after. The Hotel was only a few minutes walk from Hisaronu town with a good variety of pubs/restaurants and shops. There was a free shuttle bus to the beach daily. The Hotel had a Spa and I would recommend the Turkish bath. We went on a few trips and especially enjoyed the Jeep Safari & Scuba diving (we went with the British company who attended the welcome meeting) and another boat trip. We would especially recommend this hotel to familiesMore
Brilliant Holiday at Pine Valley
This was our very first time holidaying in Turkey and we cannot fault this really fabulous hotel whatsoever. The staff here are the most friendliest, helpful staff you could wish to meet. They made our holiday that even more special, especially Jay Jay who kindly carried our bags to and from our room for us. The head receptionist Ohan was also a very nice man, so helpful and very professional, nothing was too much trouble for him, thank you for making us feel so welcome Ohan. Actually we would like to say a big thank you to all the friendly staff at Pine Valley. Staff who looked after us the most was Onur and Osman, who were more like friends than staff. you are both a credit to Pine Valley. Our son Brooke is going to miss Onur the most, his bestest buddy. We (family of 3 with a teenage son) stayed in the new Superior Family Rooms in Block 9 overlooking the slide pool. highly recommended and the best location in the hotel we thought. Rooms are of a very high standard indeed, very clean and spotless and cleaned on a daily basis. Hotel and pool area also very clean and spotless and plenty of sunbeds. We stayed a half board basis and the food was very good, plenty of choice, even the fussiest of eaters would find it difficult not to like anything and excellent value for money. As it was towards the end of the season entertainment was limited but still very good. Pine Valley is in an excellent location with just a 5 minutes walk to Hisaronu strip with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There are some very good restaurants and it is really cheap to eat out. Highly recommended is RED bar, brilliant staff and a brilliant atmosphere. Also it is very easy to jump on the dolmus bus to Olu Deniz and Fethiye and other resorts. Hisaronu is a very beautiful place to visit with stunning views of the pine forests and mountains. You can hire the safe for just £2 per day which we thought was very reasonable indeed. The hotel runs a cashless system where you pay for drinks etc on your room card and you just pay at reception either daily (which we did so as not to overspend) or every few days or weekly whichever suits you really, means you don't have to worry about keep changing your money. All in all we would highly recommend this hotel for families and couples. Thank you Pine Valley for a brilliant most enjoyable holiday we will definitely be returning next year.More

Friendly hotel, comfortable rooms
We had a week here at the end of the season so it was quiet and no jostling for sunbeds or breakfast! Our room was in block 4 so nicely out of the way. There's a lift available for the less mobile or for manouevring luggage as various parts of the hotel are on different levels - a clue in the hotel's name! The reception and housekeeping staff are really friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble and my son had a lovely suprise in his room on his birthday which they had noted from his passport. There's no free wifi at the hotel but most of the bars and restaurants in Hisaronu offer this service and it's no hardship to be out of contact for at least a few hours everyday (unless perhaps you're a teenager!). Having said that, the charge of £10 for a week isn't excessive when you consider you'd pay that for an hour or two at a hotel in the UK. The location is good, a five minute walk to the strip in Hisaronu and Hisaronu itself is well placed with a short dolmus ride (cheap too - 3TL or 3.5TL) into either Olu Deniz or Fethiye. We would stay here again as a couple - the teenager is almost an adult so unlikely to want to come with us again!More
