A trip to the haman at Pine Valley
It wasn't the first time that have visited this haman. I chose it because it is close to my home and I always receive a warm welcome and a very good traditonal Turkish bath plus a first class massage. This time my experience was even better than usual because of the body massage I received from a young masseuse called Sibel. She gave me an exceptional massage, taking great care to make me comfortable and using just the right amount of pressure. I would recommend both the Haman itself, the helpful staff and would especially recommend Sibel for her care and attentionMore
Great hotel in a good location
This was our second visit to Pine Valley in two years - this time 28 of us went. Our part of the party stayed in a family room (821) which was spacious and clean. It's close to the bar so could be a little noisy in the late evening, but we managed to sleep through it anyway! A travel cot was supplied for our 18 month old and our 5 year old slept in the bunkbeds. The pools are clean and well maintained. The breakfasts are the best we've had in Turkish hotels - and we've stayed in several in this region. We stayed one evening for the BBQ night and the food wasn't great, although they did go out of their way to organise a cake for our wedding anniversary which was a lovely touch. I personally would only stay b&b at this hotel as there are so many lovely bars and restaurants in Hisaronu itself for evening meals. That said, we had a couple of lunches by the pool (wraps and chips etc) and they were lovely. The cleaners are brilliant. We left some money on our bed as a tip one day and returned to find it carefully piled on the dressing table! We had to leave a note the next day to say it was okay for them to take the lira! They dressed the bed beautifully a couple of days with towel art and flowers. The staff in the hotel are friendly and polite. We used the hairdresser just outside the hotel grounds (Yusuf) several times too and would highly recommend. The spa has been improved this year by much nicer, professional staff and I really enjoyed my Turkish bath there. Our children enjoyed the pizza making in the kid's club! I really can't fault this hotel. It's located brilliantly, Just far enough off the main strip to be quiet but not so far that it's a trek into town. It's about a five minute walk. It's extremely well priced and the manager went out of his way to offer excellent service to several members of our party who wanted rooms next to each other, and changed rooms for some of our party when requested. I would recommend booking directly with the hotel rather than through booking websites - you'll get a better deal and they will deal with any specific requests personally. I have no doubt we'll go back to Pine Valley in the future. Thanks to Orhan and the team for another memorable holiday.More
Stayed here for 11 nights with my mum. It's a lovely family hotel, with two pool areas. On first arrival we were given a room with one double bed! Only my name had been given on the booking, a fault with jet2, but the next day we were changed to a twin room with no problems at all. The staff were always very friendly and helpful with anything that was needed, we even got a call to ask if we needed help with our bags when we were leaving, though due to being super organised we missed this and had already left the room!! We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and couldn't fault it, there were plenty of different things to choose from in the continental style buffet and also fresh made omelettes. This hotel also has an excellent situation, being just a short 5 minute walk from all the bars and shops, so you are close enough for getting to and from the hustle and bustle but far enough away that noise isn't an issue. There is also a very good bus service that takes you to either Fethiye or Oludeniz, the later takes you right to the blue lagoon, which you pay entrance for as you get off the bus. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again and would highly recommend it to anyone considering staying in Hisaronu.More
We love pine valley!
My family and I had a great two week holiday at pine valley! The staff are amazing! Friendly, helpful and always go out of their way to make your experience better! Aguero stood out for my partner and I, made a great bond with my four year old son, who was calling him brother by the end of our stay. He is amazing! The hotel is great for children, it has two pools plus a baby pool, kids club, and children's disco every evening. Entertainment for adults every evening too! The rooms are lovely and clean with everything you need. We are looking to come back in October! If you want a family feeling hotel with staff who would do anything they can for you, then this is the place to go! Thanks to all at Pine Valley! See you soon! More
