Quality Family Holiday
This was our first stay at Pine Valley. Situated close to the town which was great as my wife is in a wheelchair. Family room with bunk beds was nice and big and had a lovely shower. Cleaners came every day & changed linen and towels. We stayed H/B and we always enjoyed the food when we ate there especially Turkish night and BBQ night! it has 2 pools one up top and one down a flight of stairs which has 3 slides which the kids absolutely loved! They have a great team of staff there which keep you entertained all through the day special mentions to Aguero and a Emrah these boys work tirelessly pretty much all day and always have a smile and time for you as they all do really! to sum it up, we loved our holiday and we really like Pine Valley and wouldn't hesitate to go back in the coming years!!More
Great family holiday
Just returned from a 2 week stay at Pine Valley Hotel. We arrived and was shown the double room which was very small and dark which we felt was not suitable for us with a 20 month old toddler as there was not much room at all. So we contacted the reception staff who were most helpful and we were shown 3 other rooms which were family units they were extra charge for these but well worth the upgrade. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels. The staff are very friendly and made us feel very welcome especially Aguero, Jenhria ( not sure of spelling) and Chris is lovely who runs the kids club. The hotel runs a tab system where you use your hotel card then settle the bill whenever it suits. The food was nice, plenty of choice and something to suit everyone. Pool area was clean and had lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. The slides were on for parts of the day from 10.30 -11.30 then we're turned on again from 2.30pm-4.00pm. The only negetive comment I would say is there is no baby changing facility at all in the hotel and this would need addressing as in the evening I had to change my little boy in his pram. Overall we had an amazing family holiday and would recommend this hotel. More

Worst Hotel in Hisaronu
The Room.....Small and Dingy The Staff.....Miserable and rude , never spoke to us during our 2 week stay The Cleaner....Although the rooms were cleaned everyday the bedding never got changed for the whole 2 weeks , the cleaner also accused us of spilling some sun tan lotion on the floor and staining it so the hotel had to get an industrial cleaner in to sort it, the next day we were accused of staining 2 towels with the same product , we found this hard to accept as our sun lotion was a clear spray and did not stain anything including our clothes on the day we were accused of staining the towels we hadn`t got any in our room and i had to go to reception to get some so basically the cleaner was lying and probably spilt something herself and accused us,,,Because of this we received a letter from the hotel management virtually threatening us with costs....this totally ruined our holiday and would not go back there againg....Room 624 from 8th-23rd July 2017More
