Had a great 11 nights here from the start of October. Initially there was a large group of us staying, with varied age ranges from 21-69. All of our party had a fabulous time at Aes. Myself and my husband have been to Aes 3 x before and recommended this hotel to our friends. Murat is an absolute credit to this hotel, always smiling and rembering drinks orders. I hope he will be there when we return October 2015. The entertainment team were very good, Leo is a fantastic chap who gets everyone up and participating in the games. However, I was a little put-off by Tutu as he did get a little too friendly with two females in our party and also looked like he really did not want to be there. Leo is always smiling, whilst Tutu looked miserable. Saying that, I hope this entertainment team are here next year as we wouldnt want to go back to the previous disasters. On a further note, this hotel is exclusive to Thomsons next year - big disappointment.More

Good hotel for the money - worth a visit

Aes club is downhill from main road. This means quite a steep hill to climb to get to buses, or main street. Hotel grounds were well maintained and the whole place looked well cared for and clean. Pool is large and quite deep at both ends - there is a separate children's pool. Room We ended up in an attic room so it had reduced reduced roof space. The balcony was small, with no room for chairs and the balcony wall was solid and around 4 feet high, so the balcony was not much use for anything other than fresh air. The room had a hair dryer, fridge, which only worked when card in, but even then the fridge was pretty useless and hardly cooled at all. There was free air conditioning and a free safe. The Room was very clean initially, but maid service is pretty poor. We did get a maid every day, but she did little other than make bed and replenish free water bottles in the fridge. We often had to take our own rubbish to the outside bin, there was only a toilet bin in room, and the bathroom sink was rarely cleaned. Luckily there was an open store cupboard at the end of our hall, so we could obtain toilet rolls, toiletries etc as we needed them because they were not always replenished either The restaurant had a good choice of main courses with chicken, fresh fish, liver, meatballs, turkey and pasta all being staples. Excellent salad bar including lots of fresh items and also tuna and oily fish such as mackerel. The restaurant operates a buffet service, so i found that sometimes food wad quite cold, particularly soups. Waiters are on hand to lift dirty plates and provide drinking water, but often the restaurant would run out of coffee cups. Hand sanitisers are available and good to see that staff used them frequently, even if guests didn't. Eggs cooked any way you like. For breakfast, sausage is salami so no traditional UK style breakfast and no bacon. Restaurant tables inside and also on an open area which is quite pleasant . I found that tables were not always set if we arrived later and wasps were a pest during the day in the open area. As holiday started to come to an end, waiters noticeably became more friendly, probably over friendly since they were all professional at the outset. I'd rather have had peace to have my meal. The AI consisted of local drinks, wine, beer and soft drinks. No white rum equivalent and branded spirits such as bacardi, johnny walker etc are charged for. Bar staff were efficient and friendly and dispensed generous measures. Set times for main meals. Snacks, burger, chips etc available from mid morning to mid afternoon. Soup at midnight. Bar closes at 11:30 Entertainment was excellent most evenings, probably best I have seen in a Turkish hotel. Circus acts, dancers, fire dancers, karaoke, Elvis impersonator etc. The entertainment staff are also excellent. Very friendly but not pushy. They tried to include everyone. During the day they also organise a variety of things such as darts, water polo, archery, waterobics and in the evening they support the guest entertainment. All in all this hotel was nice enough, I certainly would have no problems visiting it again. As usual, those who travel overseas shouldn't expect their experience to be the same as being at home!! Certainly excellent value for money.More

Where to start? Just returned from 2 weeks holiday at Aes Club Hotel and missing it already. Firstly I would like to say huge thank you for the staff who work so bloody hard every day to keep this place running. The kitchen and restaurant staff are amazing, we got a royal treatment and personal greetings from all of them every time we entered the restaurant, always smiling and making jokes and are ever so helpful. The moment you clear your plate it’s gone, the water glass being refilled without asking, cocktails and drinks brought to you if you wish whilst you having dinner. BILAL was our little star and took great care of us, missing his cheeky smile and funny stories. Everybody was so so friendly and helpful. Don’t listen to people who complain about the food. If you want English food stay at home, what’s the point of going on holiday to another country and not trying local dishes? It is all freshly cooked and beautifully presented, lovely selection of meats and vegetarian, pita bread and pancakes are to die for. Good selection for people who don’t feel like experimenting too, lots of fresh salad options, chips, French fries, burgers, meatballs, pasta, etc. There’s always something to eat whether at the main restaurant of by the pool and all drinks are free including some lovely exotic cocktails. WiFi (public areas) and a safe box were free of charge. Rooms being clean daily and sometimes you come back to the room all made up with the towel birds and fresh flowers arrangements on your bed and fresh flowers on a table, what a great personal touch. Entertainment programme was really good, something going on every night. We had Elvis, fire show, Turkish dancers, belly dancers, African nibht (my favourite), Mongolian acrobats, you name it. You can always request your favourite song and DJ TuTu will source it for you  The Entertainment team takes their time to get to know everyone personally – LEO JOLLY and TUTU are such fun and won’t let you get bored, but if you don’t want to be bothered they won’t pester you. Lovely family atmosphere at the resort. The area is lovely and beach / nearby towns are within 15 min bus ride. We walked into Hisaranu a couple of times, got some great deals on clothes and shoes, not a fantastic selection but not too bad for a local town. The Oludenise beach was amazing, a great way to spend a day by the sea and to dine out. Lots of other options for trips and entertainment are available if you fancy getting out of the hotel and exploring. Otherwise you got everything you need to have a great holiday. Loved it and will be going back next year!!!More

There was nothing that I could of faulted about this hotel. The staff were all friendly and so helpful! The food and drink was out of this world! Bedrooms were fab, then even had a service in which you could hire out the guest room FREE OF CHARGE before you flight! I don't know hotels that do that, so I was impressed. The two most amazing people who made our holiday experience even more incredible were 'EMRE AND JIMMY!!' They were the best hosts, all round happy, positive and always on the go!! Thank you for making our holiday the best!More
