Fantastic holiday

Just returned from AES Club hotel and already looking forward to returning in the future. The hotel itself is lovely and clean, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and water bottles put in the fridge. There is free wifi, free safe and free air-conditioning in the rooms. The pool area is massive, always plenty of sun loungers available and lots going on. A massive thank you to the entertainment team, King Charlie, Frankie, DJ and Delara, these guys work so hard to make your stay that bit more special with kids club, daytime activities and evening activities, always trying to get everyone involved but never pressuring you if you wanted to just sit back and watch. Must make a special mention to the hotels photographer Ali G, we had a family photo shoot done and the photos are the best we ever had. The photoshoot itself is free of charge so if you don't like any there is no cost and if you do choose some they are very reasonably priced. Ali is friendly too always making the effort to stop for a chat around the pool both during the day and the evening. We didn't use the spa as we thought it was a little overly priced and the guy that works there pesters constantly even when you are just trying to relax around the pool, he was the only annoyance of the fortnight. Food in the restaurant was tasty and well prepared although quite repetitive after a while. The head chef greets everyone at the door and runs a brilliant team of people. The restaurant staff are very friendly although our 6 year old didn't like all the attention she got, she is a little shy and everyone is so friendly she didn't really know what to make of it all. Bar staff at the pool bar are a little bit disorganised but are friendly although can come across as a little bit grumpy at times. Expect to queue in the evenings for drinks as generally only one person serves no matter how many staff are behind the bar. Charlie the Thomson rep is around everyday, she is very friendly and approachable and she has a fantastic knowledge of the Hisaronu area knowing which shops to go to for the best deals on your "genuine fakes" The hotel also has a swap box in reception, this is great for leaving behind your last bits of shower gel, suncream etc to save on the weight in your luggage. It also comes in handy if you have run out of something or are on you last couple of days and don't want to buy a big bottle of something, we ran out of aftersun on the last day and just went up and got some from here. There are also books that people have left behind so you can always find something to read by the pool. I got through 3 fantastic books that I probably wouldn't have even picked up in the shops. Really can't wait to visit here again in the future, the whole family had a fantastic time.More

Kelly M,

Always a sunbed, great

We stayed at Aes club at the end of June and it was fantastic. Whatever time you decided to go to the pool you could get a sunbed (this was a major thing for me as I like to sit in a shaded area). All staff were hardworking and happy to help. The shows in the evening were a bit samey but Charlie and Dilara worked extremely hard. The food was good and I managed to find something to eat most days. The head chef was there every mealtime to greet you and he worked very hard. All omletes, pancakes, fried eggs were cooked fresh while you waited. They had a swap box here where all guests could leave anything they did not want to take home and other guests could pick up things they had run out of, great idea. The rooms were very clean and towels changed every day. They also provided water for the room every day. They also provided pool towels and a shuttle bus to the beach. Charlie the rep was there every day (more or less) and she was very helpful and friendly, she advised where was best to go if you fancied a trip out. Also made some great friends here and are meeting up with them later in the year. All in all hope to go back in September. I would add that I have been going to Turkey since 1999 and can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at.More

Best Holiday ever!!!

I have travelled to many hotels and places and this hotel certainly tops them! Hotel is lovely and safe and clean. Very modern. Much much more than we expected. Food is out of this world. I'm a Vegan and came home a stone heavier but the meat looked amazing too and Husband was happy and so much choice! All the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Entertainment team is brilliant! My kids age 9 and 10 always happy and loved kids club, mini disco and activities during the day. The spa is also great to visit and I recommend trying them. We had some family photographs taken by the hotel photographer and such great quality and value for such a wonderful holiday. Practically all the families who we met were visiting this hotel for their 2nd or 3rd time. I can honestly say we will be booking to visit again!!!! Thanks for a great holiday More

Fantastic. Couldn't ask for more.

Just come back from Aes Club Hotel in Turkey. Amazing location, amazing staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until our emotional departure. All the staff work tirelessly and always with a smile on their faces so you never want for anything. The food is restaurant quality with a MASSIVE choice and always something no matter what time you arrive. Ali G the professional photographer is a real character whose photos are better than our wedding pictures which cost 10 X more do definitely pay him a visit. Charlie, Frankie DJ and Delarus are all wonderful with all the kids and find time for everyone. We have a load of wonderful pictures to remember an amazing holiday. We will definitely be returning. Well done. More

A week and a half into a 2 week stay at this hotel and this is our opinion Hotel is kept very clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. Towels are changed daily and 2 bottles of water are left in your fridge every day. Restaurant- The head chef greets you every meal time and the presentation, variety and the pride they take in providing this is amazing. I can honestly say we haven't had a meal that we haven't enjoyed. The waiters especially Serhat and Muslum can't do enough for you. The entertainment team work really hard with games etc to keep everyone happy and not just the kids. If you come to this hotel with Thomson holidays the rep Charlie is so helpful and friendly and will do all she can to answer your questions. We will most definitely be returning again. More
