Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Select local alcoholic and soft drinks 10:00-24:00 and 1 bottle of water a day in the minibar.
Snacks 12:00-16:00 at the snack bar and afternoon tea with cakes at the snack bar 17:00-18:00.
There's a great pool scene here. You'll have plenty of space for a relaxing swim in the spacious number. And the surrounding sun terrace has plenty of sunbeds if you'd rather spend the day lounging poolside.
The buffet restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There's a continental spread on offer for late risers from 10.00-11.00, and if you get peckish in the evening the soup of the day is on offer from 23.30 for an hour. Dinner times may vary.
During the day there's entertainment around the pool from 10am-5pm. Come evening there are competitions for you to take part in, as well as games, live music and shows. Themed nights add a bit of variety, and the little ones aren't forgotten, there's a mini-disco just for them.
Came here mid-end October with my family - dad and grandparents although the age difference between me and my family I had an amazing time!
The entertainment were amazing, constantly going around talking to everyone, playing games and chatting. They even arranged nights out every other day with a bus and a shot at the club! The acts were very good and got everyone involved up on stage, belly dancing and limbo
Couldn't fault any of the staff, restaurant staff made us feel like royalty bringing us a glass of wine with every evening meal and doing the table out in a birthday theme for my grans birthday!
The bar staff were great, remembering how you like your drinks and what your going to order - even making up cocktails when I wasn't sure what I wanted!
Cleaning staff were lovely also, clean sheets and towels each day, leaving flowers and towel decorations on our beds.
Charlie the Thomson rep was amazing, constantly checking if everyone was okay and enjoying their holiday. A few times she would check up on me as I stayed in the hotel alone whilst my family went out on a day trip - I was too hungover to go!
All in all perfect holiday - when I got back two days later I booked to go again, see you all in June!

Loved staying at this hotel! Staff were brilliant and our rep for Thomson was amazing. The food was really nice and never a dull say, we stayed for 2 weeks and yes the food repeated every week but it was nice and didn't complain about it at all. The entertainment were lively and friendly and was something to look forward too in the evening. All in all an 8 out of 10 as we got a room on the 3rd floor looking out to unfinished buildings but still made up for it as we could see the lovely mountains in Ovacik. If you are in the rooms facing the big mountain and you can see yellow houses just at the start of that mountain. We climbed that and got half way up that mountain! I dare you also to do so :) ENJOY!!More
Firstly We would like to thank Charlie the Thomson Rep. What a lovely girl, gave loads of free advice, and no pushy hard sell to book trips. She would come around the guests everyday and ask if we were enjoying our holiday, and just generally have a friendly chat. Thomson and the AES hotel should give her an award. people will return to this hotel mainly because of her, she is going to give this hotel a lot of customers new and old. (this is the first time we can honestly praise a holiday rep.) you will be much appreciated in Tenerife over the winter months.

Well what can I say. We arrived here on the 22nd October to a very warm welcome from staff and guests. Unfortunately the weather was poor the first few days, but that certainly didn't put a damper on our holiday. The entertainments team organised karaoke in the bistro room which was great fun whilst it rained. The rooms were a great size with a balcony with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. All the staff were great and approached everyone with a warm and friendly manner. Big thanks to Mehmet,DJ,Dilara and Mustafa who were great fun to be around. They kept us all entertained, especially my teenage daughters. The only thing I would complain about is the buffet restaurant gets a bit repetitive after a few days, but the food was certainly delicious. Hisaranu is about a fifteen minutes walk from the hotel. If you are up for dome haggling has a great town with great shops and very cheap prices. Just remember to haggle as low as you can go. I thoroughly recommend going to Oliz Deniz. With a beautiful beach and again warm and welcoming atmosphere. You can sit in the sun and watch the continously roll of paragliders landing. All on all for our first holiday in Turkey I was very impressed and will definately go again.More
