Good value for money

Our first impression wasn't very good because reception is tiny and leather sofas were a bit tired. However after quick check in everything was much much better. Rooms are small but modern and very clean. There was problem with shower head but it was fixed quicker than blink of the eye. Restaurant, swimming pool and ground are very clean. Good variation of very tasty food. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach. Overall nice relaxing holiday.More

Nice holiday

Hotel set in a nice quiet area , not much around , a nice walk to shops . Our room was nice clean , bed and towels changed daily. Staff friendly , food was nice although not very hot , no microwave to warm up food. Entertainment not that good, and drinks not great very weak . Poolside was okay, this was a nice relaxing break in an okay hotel .More

First holiday

Me and boyfriend travelled here on out first ever holiday and it was the best experience. Always a wide variety of food to choose from (I'm a very fussy eater) as well as being able to eat as much as you want! All the staff are lovely including the entertainers which always try and organise activities for the day and night such as clubbing experiences further in town. The rooms were spotless and very modern, and most importantly the rooms were never too stuffy or hot as the air con was brilliant. There's always enough loungerd around the pool and there's a shuttle bus that takes you to Billy's Beach on the blue lagoon for free!! Its a short walk to the market/town and a short taxi journey into olu deniz. So many activities to do around this area as well for example the boat trips. We arrived very early hours of the morning to our hotel and the check in was very quick. Overall I'd go back again any time as you got A LOT for the price!!More

Rachel S,

Almost amazing

Travelled here in August 2015 with my boyfriend. Was made to feel welcome and loved my stay! The food was great and fully accommodating for a vegetarian and vegan but also had more than enough on offer for meat eaters. Our room was great, we had a corner attic room and despite all the bad reviews we thought it was the best room on offer. Very nice and private. The location was perfect, although we couldn't find the strip at first after talking to our wonderful rep we went there every night and was spoiled for choice on what to do! We got tattoo's, a wonderful painting of us, went to a ride park and in a '10D' movie experience and LOTS MORE. Only a 10 minute taxi ride away to Olu Deniz where we enjoyed a wonderful dinner out and went on the beach but also went on lots of excursions with Elif the thompson excursion rep, who I miss so very dearly! The only reason I haven't given my stay 5 stars is because I felt the staff were rather rude due to us being a fairly young couple travelling, as soon as they realised I was Turkish though attitudes changed. The two guys who ran the entertainment were AWFUL in my opinion. Tasteless, inappropriate jokes and awful things they made the guests do in front of children, such as sucking on bananas and making sex noises and sex jokes about couples. All fun and games but their were children in the audience who's ears shouldn't be hearing this crap! Overall, we were made to feel extremely welcome by day 2 by 90% of the staff and had a wonderful stay, although avoid the spa - the guy in there WILL harass you. Also, the top tier seating of the pool was very exclusive and Charlie the entertainment guy would do anything for them but nothing for anyone else. We had our umbrella taken of us for someone sitting on the top tier and when we asked for a new one we were told their weren't any - don't take ours then!!!More
