Aes Club Hotel

With its contemporary looks and lively pool area, it’s no wonder the Aes Club Hotel recently bagged a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

This place puts you in a handy spot, just 10 minutes’ walk from Hisaronu’s shops and bars. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus to Billy’s Beach on the famous Blue Lagoon.

The hotel’s doors open up to chic interiors. In the lobby, you’ll check in under the shimmer of a chandelier. Bedrooms, meanwhile, feature a contemporary colour scheme of cream and gold.

Absolutely brilliant 10/10

The AES club hotel is probably the best hotel I've been to Turkey so far, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the entertainment team(tutu and Leo) were brilliant they were always up for a laugh and were really friendly people, the only thing I got bored of was the food but I'm quite picky! Apart from that I would reccomend this to anyone and I will be going back next year!More

Fantastic Holiday

We have just returned from a brilliant one week holiday at Aes Club Hotel. My wife and I would like to say big thank you for the all the staff who worked so hard every day to make this one of the best holidays we have had in some time and keeping the hotel running. The kitchen and restaurant staff were amazing especially Bilal who looked after us at meal times, always smiling and making jokes and ever so helpful. The moment you finished your plate Bilal would clear it, and he would have our usual glass of rose for the wife and beer for me as soon as we entered the restaurant waiting for us and continued to refill them without asking, What fantastic service better than you can get in some 4 star UK hotel restaurants. Do not pay attention to some of the negative reviews regarding the food saying that it was repetitive and cold left overs, were these people staying at the same hotel? It’s quite normal not to find British fry ups for breakfast and burger and chips for dinner in a Turkish hotel. If that’s what you want then don’t go to Turkey stay in the UK. All the food was freshly cooked and beautifully presented, excellent selection of meats, vegetables, pita bread and pancakes are all cooked in front of you and are to die for. Good selection if you don’t feel like experimenting with the local food, there’s lots of fresh salad, chips, meatballs, pasta, etc. (meat balls varied every night with different regional styles) There’s always something to eat whether at the main restaurant of by the pool and all drinks are free with very generous measures not watered down and the beer is Efes NOT some cheap watered down stuff. The bar staff were all very polite and friendly and the service was fast no hanging around waiting to be served. Entertainment programme was superb, something every night. We had Turkish dancers, belly dancers, Mongolian acrobats, The Entertainment team takes great care in getting to know everyone– Leo the entertainments manager does a fantastic job and works very hard making sure everyone has fun and won’t let you get bored, but if you don’t want to be bothered they won’t pester you. Lovely family atmosphere at the resort. Wi-Fi is available in all public areas and in some of the room so if you want Wi-Fi in your room ask for a pool side room only problem is that the pool side rooms are nosier than the other rooms The Wi-Fi is free of charge as are the room safes. Rooms being clean daily and sometimes you come back to the room all made up with the towel birds and fresh flowers arrangements on your bed and fresh flowers on a table, what a great personal touch. The rooms are a standard hotel layout type with bathroom all very clean and good up to date décor with cable TV Turkish (as expected) English and US programs. If you want a quieter room then ask for a garden view room only problem is the WiFi probably won’t reach that far. The area is lovely and beach / nearby towns are within 15 min bus ride. We walked into Hisaranu a couple of times, got some great deals on clothes and shoes, not a fantastic selection but not too bad for a local town. The Oludenise beach was amazing, a great way to spend a day by the sea and to dine out. Lots of other options for trips and entertainment are available if you fancy getting out of the hotel and exploring. Otherwise you got everything you need to have a great holiday. We both had a great time and would go back another year or so.More

AES Club Hotel Top Job Loved it!

Myself and partner stayed at AES from 9th October until the 20th October and I'm missing it already! Staff, Hotel all fantastic food got a little boring but other than that the presentation was amazing and work very hard to high standard in the kitchen especially with cleanliness! I especially would like to thank Leo and Tu Tu for their amazing entertainment never failing to make us laugh and always keeping us entertained day and night they have become long life friends along with Murat who worked on the bar....... Always smiling, chatty and fantastic attitude and manners towards guests always putting needs 1st and the best part always remembering what you like to drink! The hotel in its self was fantastic it was better than we actually imagined! We also made some brilliant friends with other guests at the hotel who we are keeping regular touch with! Anyone who has negative thing to say about this hotel is so wrong because I would go back tomorrow! Thankyou AES club our 1st trip to Turkey was amazing and memorable so Thankyou and we will be back! Jessica S,

Management need to up their game

If it wasn't for the staff (and in particular the bar staff and cleaners) this place would be very poor. The food was average at best and certainly not what we are used to in a 4 star hotel. Bar poorly stocked ( vodka cheap brandy wine or beer). They even ran out of lime cordial and had no idea when or if they would get any more. Wifi was poor. No signal in any rooms no clean beach towels for 3 days running The good points. Rooms quite spacious but no view and near a sewer. Cleaner fabulous. Bar staff great Definitely not 4 star. Wouldn't go back More

Had a great 11 nights here from the start of October. Initially there was a large group of us staying, with varied age ranges from 21-69. All of our party had a fabulous time at Aes. Myself and my husband have been to Aes 3 x before and recommended this hotel to our friends. Murat is an absolute credit to this hotel, always smiling and rembering drinks orders. I hope he will be there when we return October 2015. The entertainment team were very good, Leo is a fantastic chap who gets everyone up and participating in the games. However, I was a little put-off by Tutu as he did get a little too friendly with two females in our party and also looked like he really did not want to be there. Leo is always smiling, whilst Tutu looked miserable. Saying that, I hope this entertainment team are here next year as we wouldnt want to go back to the previous disasters. On a further note, this hotel is exclusive to Thomsons next year - big disappointment.More
