Staff were amazing, cant do enough for you. Room was nice and clean. Hotel is a short walk from all the bars and restaurants. Charlie, Mehmet and DJ are great. The food is good for all inclusive. None of the getting up early to reserve sunbeds with towels either as there was always sunbeds available.More

3rd time visiting Turkey and wouldn't come back to this hotel!

As we first arrived at the hotel the reception staff were extremely friendly, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the reception while we went to eat as the restaurant was due to close. Initial feelings of the room was very poor, as being charged an adult price I was expected to get a proper bed NOT a sofa bed. The entertainment staff was brilliant. However, Mehmet the manager of the entertainment needs to stop bossing Charlie around and starting to do things himself!! In my opinion, Mehmet should go and Charlie become the entertainment manager as he does the most work to keep everybody happy. I'm glad I tipped him instead of Mehmet. People should NOT be allowed to reserve sun beds at half 6 in the morning as it doesn't give other people the chance to get in a spot they desire. The food was great, it is the same everyday apart from when it's Turkish night, even when it's Turkish most of the food is the same. There isn't much for teenagers to do apart from a pool and table tennis table. There is more things to do for the children which is boring for the older kids. On the second day we got stuck in a lift for 20 minutes in temperatures of 40 degrees, the phone and bell did not work so we had nobody to help us out. A piece of chicken was raw, when the manager of the restaurant was informed by this however did nothing to resolve it. There is a man who works in the spa who is a PERVERT you will know him when you see him as he always hovers around the women. On a good note, the staff were amazing and extremely helpful, the pool area is well kept with enough sunbeds to go around, everything is cleaned every few minutes even the bar and drinks machines and the rooms are always well done by the maids with the right things to keep you happy including tea, coffee, a kettle, hairdryer and TV with music channels and Disney XD for the children which is in English. Oh and DO NOT book holidays through the rep, go out of the hotel as she will RIP you off. It would have been £42 for a trip whereas we paid £12 for the same trip at pioneer travel Would come back to Turkey but definitely not this hotel.More

Fantastic hotel and staff!

Omg - Best holiday ever! The hotel was very clean and modern with excellent food. We have just got back after a 10 day stay here and we could not fault the hotel or its staff. The manager was always around and couldn't do enough for you. We found all the staff very friendly and cheerful especially Mehmet and his entertainment staff Charlie, DJ and Zelha. We went as a family of 5 which includes my 16 year old triplets and they absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave. Well done Aes Club - we'll be back!! More

Fantastic holiday

The hotel is well maintained, we stayed in a standard double room which came with a small balcony, TV, hairdryer, kettle and a fridge. The room is ensuite and large enough to be comfortable, it is cleaned daily and the bottles of water in the fridge are topped up as are the tea and coffee making items, linen and towel regularly changed or as requested. We went all inclusive and could have eaten and drunk from 7.30 am until midnight. The food was good and varied, the drink was local unless you paid for a brand. It is the staff that really makes this the place, they are outstanding from the maids to the manager they could not do enough to help, always greeting you with a smile and asking how you are. The Thomson rep Charlie was excellent, an asset to Thomson, she was always available from first thing in the morning until mid evening, and then by phone. She made the effort to go around the pool each day and speak to everyone and would join in with the activities. Yet Charlie still found time to give her very good arrival brief and tend to any issues anyone had. The entertainment team headed by Mehmet with his assistants DJ and crazy Charlie ensured you were kept entertained during the day with darts, pool, water polo, aquarobics water volleyball and many other pool games and challenges, however you could chill if that was what you wished to do. In the evening the entertainment team host the evening program from the stage area which is to one end of the pool next to the bar. The evening entertainment was varied, in the two weeks we were there only bingo was repeated other nights there were fire eaters dancers and acrobats to name but a few acts. More

Best holiday in ages

Wow this place is amazing. We visited here the beginning of July. On arrival I was not to pleased with the room I had been allocated as it was on the ground floor right by the entertainment, however this was short lived as the entertainment in the evenings stops just before midnight and the lights are off shortly after therefore a goodnight sleep was had by all. There was no need to get up early to reserve sun beds as there were plenty to go around however a definite shortage of sun umbrellas. The pool area was very clean and tidy. The food offered here was first class and nobody would go hungry here, there is something to eat from breakfast, burger and chips at the snack bar, lunch and evening meals in the main restaurant which was always spotless and so were the waiters. There was also midnight soup served from 11:30 pm. After afternoon tea served by the pool also. The rooms were spotless with bottled water provided daily, as well as tea and coffee making facilities, also provided is a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gels, slippers, a sewing kit and the safe was also free. The cleaners were there daily, clean towels daily, flowers were left in our room and pretty bows made out of towels left on the beds. The entertainment team were good and did the best that they could do from games around the pool during the day, with bingo, a quiz and a number of shows put on by visiting artists. Charlie and Mehmet are a fabulous double act they really do know how to entertain an audience of mainly British people. A family member celebrated a birthday while we were there, they made such a fuss, decorated a table with banners and balloons, had a cake made and decorated in their honour and got them up on the stage. The staff were always smiling and very pleasant to the guests, from the maintenance men to the manager himself mingling with the guests and finding the time to speak with us and ask us if everything was ok with our stay. A walk to town only took 10 minutes from the hotel and there was a free bus down to the beach in olu deniz. The Thomson rep was at the hotel daily spending time talking to guests around the pool and by the bar, she was always polite and courteous. I can not fault anything about this hotel and would most certainly recommend it to family and friends, and we are already planning a return hopefully next year. Please keep up the good work everyone 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼More
