An introduction to Omers Villa

Just beside Omer's Houses and Villa Caretta, this villa is the next inspiration of our favourite architect, Omer. As with all his other houses, he has taken into account area conservation and environmental issues in building this villa, as well as the traditional design features that make his properties so unique and charming. Dalyan village is an easy ten-minute walk including the little marina with its pretty shops and restaurants; it's close enough to explore, yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet on the edge of the village.

This stone-clad semi-detached three-bedroom villa has the pool in front, as does the neighbouring villa; however they are separated from each other with a pretty garden surrounding the pool area. The whole theme of the house revolves around the little courtyard that welcomes you into the villa. Open to the skies, this is natural air conditioning, with a sunken round table and floor cushions which sets the theme for the traditional Turkish charm, potted plants and shrubs bringing a touch of colour to the mellow stone walls. This leads into the main living area; a spacious living and dining room that then lead into the kitchen area, designed with rustic charm. Leading off the living space is one twin bedroom with the trademark circular bathroom, a round domed room, with a shower and up the tiled stairs are the two other bedrooms, a double and a twin sharing the same round domed bathroom with shower. More pretty gardens at the front of the villa complete this recently built villa, already steeped in atmosphere with Omer's magic touch.
