Sitting in emerald-green grounds, this large villa is a solid chunk of charm. Brand new, it's been built in a traditional Turkish style with exposed stone and a terracotta roof. But step inside, and you'll find a comfortable, contemporary home-from-home. Bright, light and airy, the open-plan living space has a creamy vanilla and soft beige decor and light wood furnishings. There's a living area with sink-into sofas, satellite television and a DVD player. A dining area with cushioned seating that looks out through the patio doors. And a fitted kitchen with all the mod cons such as dishwasher and washing machine. You'll also find four restful bedrooms with one double, two twins and a bunk bed room, so it's great for larger families or groups of friends.
Of course, you'll probably spend most of your time outside. And who could blame you? For a start there's all that heart-stopping mountain scenery. Then there are the gorgeous green gardens. But the real show stealer is the stylish pool. A large rectangle shape, it has roman-style steps dipping down into it and is flanked by stripy-cushioned sun loungers and an elegant gazebo where you can shade from the sun. You don't even have to move from here at mealtimes. Simply fire up the built-in barbecue, pull up a chair on the covered terrace and tuck in. Holidays in the slow lane don't get any better than this beautiful rural bolthole. So what are you waiting for?
