You want off the beaten track, quiet, relaxing, picturesque and no overlooking neighbours? Look no further than the Villa Olive. Only two years old, the Villa Olive is a labour of love for its owner – it was built with Datca stone, direct from the family stone business. The traditional stone helps to keep the cottage cool during the summer months although there is a natural breeze here that is so regular you can set your watch by it – 10am onwards. The location of the cottage is remote. Access is up an unmade lane, but the villa is a just reward for the 5 minute bumpy ride. Inside you'll find simple furnishings, a kitchen/dining room and a lounge. The light lifts this property and there are three airy bedrooms, one with an en suite, two bathrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge should you need it.

Outside there is a rectangular pool with enviable views and it is surrounded by gardens and olive groves. Little ones aren't forgotten here as the owner has added a small paddling area for them to splash around in.
