Hotel Serpina

If you’re seeking a super friendly hotel with a first-class service, the Serpina will charm the flip-flops off you.

This hotel has a winning location. It’s just a matter of minutes to get to the beach and its seafront restaurants. You’re equally close to shop and bars, and Bar Street itself is 10 minutes’ walk away tops.

The pool is a pretty good size and there’s a separate pool for children alongside it. Plus the bar here offers a shaded spot for lunch. Talking of food, there’s a restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Great Hotel

Great Hotel clean , very close to all amenities and most of staff very friendly and helpful .Chef Ali was very nice .Unfortunately one particular staff member who started off being really pleasant when we arrived decided to ignore us completely with another couple doing same.Only reason we could think of for this was we did not spend our nights drinking /eating in hotel that's not what we go on holiday to do.Also because I choose not to buy jewellery at his friends Jewellers. We did go to Turkish night in hotel which was really good n food was delicious.Would definitely return to hotel as only one disappointment was attitude of certain staff others were luvly .Jacqui n Marion Glasgow .More

Jacqui M,

Our home from home

Just back from our 8th visit and once again a brilliant holiday. Adem, Engin, Habi, Iloo and Ali chef spoil us and treat us as family. Ali boss has now retired but improvements have been made so still brilliant. This little gem is basic but clean with a lovely pool area and great staff. The Serpina is also in a great setting away from the noise but close to everything. C u soon our Turkish family. More

Audrey M,

one day stay

Stayed for one day after a week on a gullet as we had a late flight. Even though we were only on a very short stay we were very impressed. There were six of us and we were all very happy with the room and the service, the food at lunch and evening meal was very good and very well priced. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Thanks to all and well done.More

A Real Little Gem!

This was our first visit to the Gumbet area of Turkey and the Serpina. What a lovely little hotel. Rooms very clean, beds very comfortable, towels/bedding seemed to be constantly changed. All of the staff are great, extremely friendly and always making sure that you are happy. We stayed here on b&B basis but the food that we did see looked delicious. Very near to the nightlife but once back in your room, you couldn't hear a sound. If we were to travel to this area again, we would definitely stay at the Serpina again. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so special.More

Relaxing Atmosphere

This was our first time staying here, there seems to be a lot of people who revisit this hotel year after year. Really nice budget hotel. Room standard was quite good for the price we paid. Nice pool area which was clean and tidy. Plenty of sunbeds to go around. Staff were very friendly. Top marks to our Thomson Rep. Easy going, no pushy sales which can be off putting. Offered good advice and was really helpful. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast. We hadn't planned on eating within the hotel anyway. Morning Tea and Coffee could of been better though. My only real complaint is the bar prices. It is at least twice the prices of bars less than 100 feet away which can be a issue for those on a budget. If they brought the prices in line with other local prices we would of spent many evenings around the pool and bar area.More
