Hotel Serpina

If you’re seeking a super friendly hotel with a first-class service, the Serpina will charm the flip-flops off you.

This hotel has a winning location. It’s just a matter of minutes to get to the beach and its seafront restaurants. You’re equally close to shop and bars, and Bar Street itself is 10 minutes’ walk away tops.

The pool is a pretty good size and there’s a separate pool for children alongside it. Plus the bar here offers a shaded spot for lunch. Talking of food, there’s a restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

So friendly, helpful, you become a member of the family.

The hotel is ideally situated towards the end of the road, making it nice and quiet. Everything you could possibly require is within a short distance and the staff happily recommend the best of which is available. Well worth asking them as you not only get a better deal, but you are looked after far better than if you went alone. The accommodation is clean, the pool is looked after with great care and there are plenty of loungers available too. Food good, lovely selection at the buffet breakfast.More

Hotel serpina

We stayed here for a week in July the weather was lovely, for what we paid for the hotel it was a good deal the staff are friendly and helpful too. The breakfast bar upstairs looked like no1 had used it for years which was a shame as it had a nice view they put the food out downstairs instead. The hotel is in need of some maintenence. We went half board but the breakfast was disappointing, no bother as it was only 8l for a full English next door and plenty of places 2 eat. The Turkish night was amazing well worth £15 So would definitely recommend it. They only cleaned our room twice the whole time and only changed our bed once and rairly changed the towels so that was a bit of a let down as I think this is a basic requirement. Also the balcony was very small so couldn't really sit out on it but not major. Over all friendly nice hotel with a nice pool so for the price it's well worth it :-) More

Good base hotel

This hotel has a great location, it is a 5 minute walk to the beach and to bar street which is littered with many shops and places to eat and drink. The hotel itself isn't breathtaking but it is adequate and, for the price you pay, you can hardly complain. We managed to find a place to sit around the pool most days, but still lots of people 'reserving' sun loungers with their towels which is frustrating. The pool is nice, pretty deep though, perhaps not appropriate for children or weak swimmers. The rooms all face the pool which is nice to wake up to and all come with balconies, again, a great feature. The air conditioning is charged as extra (roughly £20) but works very well and is needed in the summer months. The Turkish entertainment night was good, but for £15 a head, slightly overpriced. The staff were friendly and breakfast was always well stocked, all in all, you get what you pay for and this hotel was a very good budget hotel.More

Chelsea W,

About the hotel

Overall the hotel is okay, the staff are friendly and the pool is clean however there are loads of stray cats that are constantly running about in the hotel and whilst you're sunbathing you'll find them under your sun lounger, they tend to drink the pool water and stand near you when you're trying to eat it's rather disturbing. If you are cat friendly then maybe this won't bother you however this was a concern for me. More

So friendly !

We were made so welcome here. Hotel Serpina is a great little hotel in an excellent position near shops and bars. The staff are just lovely, greeting us like old friends and looking after us so well. We were b&b and breakfast was a little basic but plenty to eat. We also ate in the hotel on a couple of lunch and dinners and the food was great. Our room was basic but clean, could possibly do with a little tlc, but everything worked and shower was really good. If you want luxury accommodation then don't come here, but if you want small fun and really friendly book now!! We'll definitely be going back!!More
