Hotel Serpina

If you’re seeking a super friendly hotel with a first-class service, the Serpina will charm the flip-flops off you.

This hotel has a winning location. It’s just a matter of minutes to get to the beach and its seafront restaurants. You’re equally close to shop and bars, and Bar Street itself is 10 minutes’ walk away tops.

The pool is a pretty good size and there’s a separate pool for children alongside it. Plus the bar here offers a shaded spot for lunch. Talking of food, there’s a restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

plenty of shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep, and you can catch the dolmus to bodrum opposite the hotel.

all staff are fabulous, clean towels every other day, beds changed every other day.rooms are basic, but Wi-Fi,had to pay extra for air-con and safe, but quite a minimal charge.travelled as a couple, would stay there again.More

Great Holiday

A great hotel and convenient for the town without being too noisy. Spotlessly clean. The staff are so lovely, very helpful and eager to please. Just one little niggle, the hotel management need to stop people putting towels on sun beds first thing in the morning and then going away and coming back to use them for an hour or so later in the day. It's very selfish when people can't get a bed because someone else's towel is hogging it. I would recommend this hotel and Gumbet to anyone and would like to go there again.More

Johannah P,

Amazing Staff!

My wife and I spent 2 weeks at this great hotel while we explored Bodrum and the surrounding area and we can't say enough good things about our experience. The staff and owners were amazing - so friendly and very very helpful without being in your space all the time. They helped us arrange tours, suggested places to check out and really made us feel like family. Incredibly hard working with great sense of humour. They put on a "Turkish Night" which features live music, dancing, and amazing food. If you stay here definitely check this out! Most of the staff speak excellent English and they provided great customer service. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The air conditioning was very cold which was necessary as it was hot hot hot! Our bed was comfortable and the daily room service was great. The hotel offers a great buffet breakfast and buffet dinner with a great choice of local items. Chief Ali knows his stuff, we were always stuffed and satisfied! Overall, our stay was fantastic. If you are looking to just relax by the pool and be catered too or have a good base to tour the area from, this is the place to be! Hotel Serpina, we miss you!More

great staff

great staff at this hotel but the hotel is now looking a bit tired, from paint coming off around the swimming pool, broken sun beds, disgusting sun bed covers. All that this hotel requires is a make over and it will be the best hotel in Gumbit if they can keep their staffMore

excellent break

Just spent a week at the Hotel Serpina I have to say this holiday exceeded our expectations. The hotel was so laid back, nothing was a problem, The staff were absolutely fantastic and made our holiday. I proposed to my fiancee on our last night and the guys (staff) absolutely made our night. I would recommend a visit as its reasonable, no problems for sunbeds, close to main resort, but very quiet. The other guests we met were very friendly and most had been back at the hotel on several occasions, all in all a great wee place to lay your hat,More
