If you’re seeking a super friendly hotel with a first-class service, the Serpina will charm the flip-flops off you.
This hotel has a winning location. It’s just a matter of minutes to get to the beach and its seafront restaurants. You’re equally close to shop and bars, and Bar Street itself is 10 minutes’ walk away tops.
The pool is a pretty good size and there’s a separate pool for children alongside it. Plus the bar here offers a shaded spot for lunch. Talking of food, there’s a restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
Was in Bodrum for a family event. Stayed at Serpina - great choice. The staff was unbelieveably helpful, incredibly friendly and on top of our every need. The food was awesome. Chef Ali out did himself at every meal, and our favourite waiter Tim catered to us as if we were the only ones in the hotel. The staff helped us arrange local sight seeing and was a wealth of knowledge for local events (camel wrestling!!). Hope to make it back there.More
We're Going Back
We went to this hotel in September this year for the 1st. time, right from the time we booked in ( 2230 ) the staff could not be more helpfull, shown to our room, explained where everything was, we drop our cases and went to the Bar for a well earned pint and was offered a meal as well from the Menu which was very good. and this service was carried on for the whole of our stay (2 weeks) the pool was big for the size of the hotel, every hour from 1000 o'clock staff came round and took your order for Drinks/coffee etc etc though we were only B&B the breakfast was very good on a Buffet style and a good selection to eat, The room was cleaned each day, plenty of hot water etc, and a Mini Bar as well.payable locally. we were so impressed we going back next year keep up the good work Serpina see you again soonMore
End of Season, so not so many guests, but still nothing too much trouble for Hotel Serpina
We spent a very nice 2 weeks at Serpina during October. A small hotel where the staff & management go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your accommodation.
Totally agree with all the previous comments made by Bill (Liverpool) and Shirley (Inveraray), both of whom were at the hotel at the same time as us.More

Friendly good service and excellent value for money
The Serpina Hotel is a really great place to stay. Service, food and cleanliness is excellent and is in an ideal location (would be great for families) at the quieter end of the town - only a 3 minute stroll to the main shopping area or 12 minutes to the beach depending on how slowly you stroll. The main bus stop to Bodrum is right opposite the hotel.
It's a small hotel (only 39 rooms) and exactly as it appears on their own web site and in the Thomson brochure. The transfer time from Bodrum airport was actually shorter than stated in the brochure but perhaps that's because it's almost the end of the season.
Full marks to Thomson holidays and their staff at Manchester airport as well. It was the most relaxed and efficient check-in I've ever experienced - my bag was checked in twelve minutes after I'd arrived at the airport railway station.
As described by other reviewers, breakfast at the Serpina hotel consists of a different cooked dish each day, two types of bread, cheeses, salami, jams, honey, dried fruit, fresh fruit, yogurt, grapes, olives etc. And, most importantly, a decent cup of tea!
I have no hesitation in recommending the Serpina hotel to anyone and will definitely be back next year for another holiday - or maybe two if I'm lucky.
To give you an idea of the service, the manager noticed me typing this review on my balcony (on the free wi-fi) and two minutes later a member of staff appeared carrying a small table so I could use my laptop more comfortably. Lovely people!More

Just back from another delightful trip to our favorite place, all smiles all good, totally rejuvenated
thanks to the warm friendly welcome, constant attentiveness and genuine feeling of welcome.
It is a perfect retreat, the pool area is so lovely and enclosed any strong winds are not felt. Then when you feel like it the Dolmus from right across the road can take you to Bodrum, roughly 10 mins, 3tl per person and well worth a trip to watch the world and amazing yachts go by, then back for my idea of' 'food heaven' Comprehensive menu which suits me the "peskiest of peskitarians" and of course the breakfast goes without saying, I can smell the fresh bread right now. Will definitely be back as soon as we can.More
