If you’re seeking a super friendly hotel with a first-class service, the Serpina will charm the flip-flops off you.
This hotel has a winning location. It’s just a matter of minutes to get to the beach and its seafront restaurants. You’re equally close to shop and bars, and Bar Street itself is 10 minutes’ walk away tops.
The pool is a pretty good size and there’s a separate pool for children alongside it. Plus the bar here offers a shaded spot for lunch. Talking of food, there’s a restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Me and my partner arrived late to a completely empty hotel. No welcome drinks/food and was told they hadn't actually got our room together so they put us in a room with two singles and promised us a new double room after breakfast. The room itself was very dirty, out of date and dinghy. It was like someone had just left it as we arrived. So after we unpacked and looked around the room we decided to have a look around and the hotel was all in the dark. The next morning we went for breakfast which was a few dry cucumbers, warm cheese and stale bread. Afterwards we went with all our suitcases to get our new room and where told that we weren't to get a new room but a new bed so they just put our beds together and sprinkled petals on the bed. After having a wander around the town we decided to go sunbathing and was shocked at how dirty they where. (got bitten when sat on the bean bag loungers). As we were half board we had our breakfast and dinner and most of the time chef Ali cooked our dinner and it was fab! But one night I ordered fish and chips and it was VERY undercooked. The staff who dealt with it where very lovely and apologetic. As a young female of 20 I felt very very uncomfortable as there was alot of locals (I think) at the hotel every day and night and whenever I was sunbathing they would stare at me or my partner. Even when we where having dinner which didn't make us feel very welcome. The staff where very lovely and accommodating and explained that business was slow and that they where doing the hotel up but I wouldn't stay here again. Ever. More
My Second Home
I've been going to Serpina for the last 2 years. I always get a warm welcome and I am well looked after during my stay. It was end of season so the hotel was very quiet but that didn't change anything. Breakfast is your typical Turkish breakfast, served daily with a variety of cereals, tomato, cucumber, olives, bread etc. Once a week fresh omelettes/pancakes are made to order. Rooms are basic, but comfortable and have all the facilities you need for your stay.... Fridge, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, TV etc. There's plenty of cupboard space and hangers for your clothes. The maid was fantastic! She cleaned my room and changed the towels on a daily basis. I came back to the room one day to find some lovely towel art! The pool wasn't really used by anyone during my stay but it was still maintained and cleaned daily. I would like to thank everyone once again for looking after me and giving me another holiday to remember.... My Timmy, Ali chef, Engin, Ilo, Aken and Ted along with the other members of staff. Love to you all. Have a lovely winter xxx Laura.More

As usual we were treated as family. Unfortunately as with the rest of Gumbet struggling with the lack of tourists so a quieter atmosphere than normal. Habi Iloo Engin all do everything to help if there is a problem with anything say so and it is fixed in minutes. Ali chef and bosses Ted and Arkan are always there to help as well.More

Hotel breakfast basic other meals excellent, room service daily, bed and towels are changed every day. Give it a go you won't be disappointed. More
