Made up of a whitewashed building and a series of little bungalows dotted around the gardens, it’s a good-looking property. And while the beach may only be a few footsteps away, the pool scene here will tempt you to stay put.

There are two pools framed by greenery, curving terraces and comfy sunloungers plus there’s a pool bar serving drinks and snacks. Make sure you have a wander around the gardens. They come with perfectly manicured lawns and shady corners with hanging chairs and sunbeds. What’s more you can try your hand at the likes of archery, and beach volleyball. For less demanding pastimes, however, head to the spa where you’ll find a Turkish bath and a sauna, a steam room as well als body/soul activities.

Moving inside, spacious bedrooms are simply furnished with pine furniture, satellite TVs and minibars, they make great little home-from-home bases.

Lastly, in terms of food, you’re spoilt for choice here. With a buffet eatery plus two à la carte restaurants serving Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine, there’s something for everyone. End your evening in one of the four bars, or check out a show in the covered amphitheatre.
