Thanks to its prom-front location and cutting edge design, the H10 Tenerife Playa really stands out from the crowd.
The H10 Tenerife Playa has an enviable address. The hotel is set on a lively promenade just a five-minute walk from the beach. It’s also got the fashionable Lago Martianez lido right on its doorstep.
Tropical gardens set the scene for a pair of pools and sun terraces, while the whitewashed building hides away bright, modern rooms decorated with art prints.

A great hotel in close to martinez lake . Its in a good location near a lot of shops ans restaurants . The rooms are abit small but cosy and functional and enough for all needs. The dining room is very nice and there are a lots of variety of good and fresh food although its almost the same menu each day. I am of course highly recomend the hotel for its service , cleaned environment and because i realy think that it will be great for families and couples.More
Nice and relaxed first visit
We stayed here from the 3/9/17-9/917 me and my partner are only 24. brilliant hotel if your like me and want a quiet holiday and are not into going out partying. The hotel is aimed at the older generation which it perfect for us because we just like to chill with a few drinks and then go for meals. Victor who works behind the bar thank you for looking after us , our weeks not over but you are off on Sunday. Nothing bad that we can say about the hotel always loungers, nice and relaxed hotel !! We will back!!!More
Not up to expectations
Doesn't really warrant 4 stars - areas look a bit tired and could do with a spruce up - our room was stated as a superior room, when I asked at the reception to explain what this meant they said it had nothing to do with the size of the room just that the room had been updated decoration wise which honestly you could not tell. Meals ok a bit like being at school been told every meal time where to sit, service dropped when you said you didn't require a drink. Evening entertainment average.More
ANotherlovely holiday which had. A bad start
We have stayed several times in this hotel and likeit very much with great choice of food, clean , lovely pool and gardens and lovely rooms if you get one with a balcony and view. We arrived at the hotel to find we had been given the same grotty room that we had rejected the year before . We had emailed the hotel since booking to put in our request for a high room with pool view. What did we get? a damp, dark , small room with a glimpse of the pool if you stood on the bed. My husband has a walking frame and couldn't move around the room and couldn't get in the bathroom and wAs quite away from the lift . The room overlooked the outdoor cafe and had the fire exit stairs on our balcony. I was in tears. We were moved next day to a lovely room with space and view and high up , but the start of our holiday had been ruined. We didn't get into it until 3 days later .therefore I can't give the e cellent rating . If we hadn't been moved we would have asked to be moved out of the hotel this year. The Blue Team running activities in the hotel are as ever , amazing . Thankyou Leo and Angie. The evening entertainment has declined over the years. There used to be some really good shows. Now, there are too many acrobats that you can't see unless in the front rows and not enough musical shows . Many of the shows this year we're exactly the same as last. Very poor and we left after 5- 10 minutes . Lovely restaurant with so much food with plenty of choice . Everyone is really polite . I would still recommend this hotel but now with reservation .More
Mary Scotland stayed 30/07/17
First time we have been to the north of Tenerife and certainly wasn't disappointed. The hotel was well situated right on the beach with plenty bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and there was a lot of choice of food from this 4* hotel. Would difinately recommend a visit More
