It’s close to the beach and centre of town, but with its extensive gardens, the Hotel Catalonia Las Vegas feels nicely tucked away.
You’ve got mountains in one direction and the ocean in the other, so the views at this place are pretty impressive. A rocky beach and the Lago Martiánez pool complex are just over the road, while the old town is five minutes’ walk away.
Palm trees and tropical blooms sprawl throughout the hotel’s grounds, and into the glasshouse-like lobby. Bedrooms come with pine-wood floors and fixtures, and furnishings in complementary shades of navy.

Las Vegas Tenerife
Great hotel , well placed in the centre, good food , great surroundings within easy walking distance to many local amenities and transport also easy to find. Thompson rep Lee on hand to advise wherever neededMore
We stayed at this hotel in April 2017 for two weeks. It is situated in a very nice area but unfortunately the hotel did not match a 4 star rating hotel. Broken chairs, broken safe, badly needed general cleaning, badly needed decoration, repetitive food warmed up again and again, noise from a very close disco until 4 ror 5 in the morning are just a few of the surprises that we encountered.More
Great Location for the hotel, Rooms are very good we have always stayed in a sea view room with balcony we have had no problems with noise from street level late at night as all goes quiet around 10.30pm . Very good choice of food to suit everyone , we will be returning again would recommend to anyone . Also Lido just across from hotel More
Lovely holiday - Nearly a 4 rating but not quite
We have stayed in many hotels abroad and feel we can give a fair consistent review of this hotel and its amenities: Resort Location - Good for couples and families with many shops and restaurants but definitely not a location for hen and stag parties. Hotel Location - good for activities, the "beach", shops and restaurants. All inclusive Food - Excellent choice, quality and variety. Pool - Just OK for size and temperature and inflatables not allowed before 6pm. Outdoor Amenities - Good for football, table tennis, petanque and mini golf. Indoor Amenities - Just OK for Pool tables and new gymnasium. Animation team - Good for effort and schedule of tournaments. Night Entertainment - Just OK with typical acts that appear in every hotel. Cleanliness - Excellent Rooms - Good size, comfortable but starting to date decor wise. Reception - Very friendly and helpful. Bar staff - Typical mixed array of jollies and miseries. "Beach" - short walk and just OK but strange seeing jet black sand. Thomson Rep "Lee" - Very knowledgeable and helpful. Weather - Fabulous for April compared to Spain. Would we go back to Tenerife - Yes for April or October half terms. Would we go back to this Hotel - family yes, me possibly but will be trying the South of the Island first.More
