The Parque Santiago III Apartments line up big pools and a host of themed restaurants. Plus, you can use the facilities of the next-door Parque Santiago IV.
This place is right next to the beach, at the start of the promenade that winds its way to Los Cristianos. You can walk to the sand in a couple of minutes. Plus, Siam Park waterpark is just a 10-minute taxi ride away.
Bedrooms are decorated in traditional Canarian style, so expect wooden furniture and brightly-coloured soft furnishings. They all come with a kitchenette for rustling up meals, and an add-on balcony or terrace.
What a great place for families near to beach and amenities lots of sunbeds .the grounds were stunning .and very friendly staff .would stay here again .The downside was lots of stairs to carry heavy suitcases .More

parque santiago dos
we spent a wonderful 10 days here, and had a fantastic view of the ocean. all was quiet apart from the weekend - some loud and rather crude football fans who insisted on shouting and parading on their balcony.More
Booked a 1 bedroom apartment, upon arrival we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. Female receptionist was lovely she had made sure we had an easy access room as my daughter was in a buggy so didn't have to worry about steps.
Apartment was located in El Hiero 1013, lovely, clean and tidy. Bottle of water, Two bottles of wine and a fruit basket upon arrival, which was lovely. Very big, facing the pool with massive terrace, brilliant views.
Complex situated in ideal location on beach front, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars surrounding. Taxi rank opposite.
Pool area cleaned every morning, plenty of security walking around. Rooms cleaned everyday, towels changed every couple of days.
Ate in Atlantico restaurant every morning for breakfast buffet, my 2 yr old daughter was free. Used little cafe San Bournio? nice sandwiches, overlooking the beach. Had a meal at the Italian restaurant opposite Parque Santiago 4.. Ate at the Hard Rock cafe absolutely amazing.
Although there is no such entertainment, if you go inside the shopping area downstairs in the evening, we found at the little sitting area their is usually some form of entertainment, we saw a parrot show, an eagle demonstration, magician (who was amazing, a must see), singers, etc.
I would recommend this accommodation and definitely stay again, already looking at booking for next year.
Traveled with my younger sister and my 2 yr old daughter and couldn't fault the complex.
Staff friendly, Wifi available most places, although not perfect in the room, we had it intermittently, free sun beds round pool (you given tickets from hotel on arrival), Beach 5euro for a sun bed, life guards around pool, happy hour (5-9pm)
Only downside holiday went to quick, want to go back now!!!! More
This hotel is showing its age a little but there are always maintenance guys around painting and carrying out repairs. The cleaners were in every day and were always smiling. No problem getting a lounger by the pool and just help yourself to a (free) parasol.
On our last night we had a problem with a noisy neighbour who came home from a night out at 3:45am and decided to continue the party with some extremely loud music. Reception sent someone round straight away and whatever they said worked as the music went off and stayed off. This sort of thing can happen anywhere but the hotel nipped it in the bud. Full marks there.
Our daughter loved the slide pool although the water was a little cold for her. The salt water was a bit of a pain but on the bright side it made you really buoyant for floating around without a lilo!
One bit of advice... do not buy milk or anything with a short shelf life from the chiller cabinets in the supermarket opposite Santiago 3!! It is not kept at the correct temperature and is a health issue. We had sour milk from there that was well in date. Instead, go to the smaller supermarket next to Santiago 4 - they keep their chilled items behind glass doors so no problems.
We had a lovely time here and can happily recommend.More
