Fab complex. Lovely pool. Very clean. Close to centre without being too close. Plenty of good reasonably priced restaurants. Check out the Irish bar "The Dubliner" for some late live music & fun atmosphere. More
Lovely complex ... Apartment dated and in need of some renovation but privately owned ... Great area to get to everything ... Weather glorious . Well keep swimming pool although sun beds 2.50 a day . Saves running out at 6 am to put your towels down. More
Brilliant holiday but wouldn't use this hotel again !!!
We requested rooms together at time of booking our holiday but on our arrival was told by the UNFRIENDLY receptionist half our family of 7 had rooms in Parque III & other half in Parque IV, (with Parque IV been the nicer one) I said i understood they couldn't guarantee rooms been together but in seperate hotels was unacceptable !! she laughed & said both hotels were full & these were only rooms we could have, I asked t speak t management but she was there on her own & I could speak to booking office 10am the next day !! The next day we were informed we could all move rooms & be in the same block in the same hotel but not until 3 days later !! By the time this day arrived no one in our family wanted t re pack everything move rooms & unpack everything again so we had our family holiday in 2 different hotels !!! There was never enough staff working in the pool side bars or beach side cafe & the staff that were working were miserable & unfriendly, with the exception of the girl who worked on the beachside takeaway stand, she was very efficient & friendly & her tuna salad sandwiches were gorgeous ! The complex of III & IV is lovely & is spotlessly clean with rooms cleaned daily & fresh clean towels daily, the pools are salt water which was ok for me but stopped our children having as much fun in the pool as they usually do on our holidays, the hotel is in a great location with fantastic bars restaurants & shops on the door step & 2 gorgeous beaches 5 mins walk away, we will deffinatley return to this resort but to a different hotel !!More

not 4 star
where to start just got back yesterday from tenerife been a few times stayed at various hotels it's the first time stayed at the parque santiago and the last. Rooms are old and tired look 20 years old definately need to be updated and the complex is huge. Staff are awful really miserable more so at the bar and cafe around the pool and that is not just my opinion everyone was complaining about the staff's terrible unwelcoming attitude. The only plus side is the maids were lovely and the apartments where cleaned every day and fresh towels to and my 8 year old loved the slides. this apartment complex could be good if they changed the staff and there was some entertainment as there wasn't any not even any music.More
