Waste of time?????

Never stayed here, before looks great from the outside, me and my wife always stay in hotels over 30 years , thought we would give it a try, mistake, check in no one to shoe you to your room massive complex 😱 just a drawing from reception to your room😳 more like a shed, but clean stuck in a corner 😂 come to take a shower no hot water , this took 4 days to put right, ended up having to fit new boiler , baring in mind only here for seven days, no apoliogies ??? No other room offered , only some where on complex to shower , nightmare to find , never never again.More

tasteful Holiday resort

Parque Santiago III and IV have been visited by me and my husband several times. The houses are beautifully situated around various pools, one heated saltwaterpool at each hotel in addition to the "usual" . Parque Santiago IV is situated by the beach between Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos, and the promenade stretches kilometres both ways. The gardens are very nice tooMore

october half term

we stayed her as a family of 3, we booked a studio at a good price. reception staff were curt, unfriendly and dismissive no welcome at all just keys and brief directions. the studio was tiny and very old fashioned. The balcony overlooked the main street but wasn't affected by noise, we immediately asked for an upgrade and were willing to pay but was told no it was full. We got used to the studio and all in all it sufficed perfectly, now the positives, we set up around the second pool which didn't allow inflatables, so that meant it was extremely quiet and relaxing, it was perfect for lying and soaking up the sun. The complex is in the perfect spot across the road from the lovely safari centre. We would recommend Harrys bar and both Indians, if you want something a little livelier .just past safari there is a strip with an abundance of cabaret bars. Parque Santiago bars an café are a little on the expensive side and be really careful of the crooners café,bar next door over 10 euros for a gin and tonic!!! having said all this it looks lovely all lit up , its spotlessly clean and in a perfect location , I wouldn't hesitate to go back.More

very disappointed

Just returned from our sixth visit, and may I point out I am not disappointed with the place its an amazing complex which I love to visit once or even twice a year, we booked over a year ago as always, when we arrived we were told we had to go to santiago1V , I explained how this is our hotel we love and for sentiment we always return, asked if possible to swap after two seconds told no full up, tried explaining and I'm sure that a swap could of been made seeing as we were loyal returning customers, but no look, we went to other complex and were put in possibly the worst room ever, clean etc yes, but at the side overlooking a building and fans etc from restaurant on complex, was awful, really don't believe after booking so far in advance this should happen especially after speaking to people who booked few weeks ago and were in santiago3 , we were allowed to use the pool etc thank goodness, as I would of been totally fed up, such a lovely place and can't understand why they couldn't help us , as we all know customer service is very important and I really feel very let down even after explaining how often we visit, after all that still a lovely place, clean well kept.More

Loved it soooo much! Fave place in Playa de las Americas

I have stayed at several other places in Playa del Las Americas and this was by far my favourite stay. I want in May 2014 for two weeks with my friend. I'm a 35 year old woman and have been going to Tenerife at least once a year for the past few years. Parque Santiago III has been my favourite place!! Our room was a bit dated (pink bathroom) but saw some other rooms and they were modern. Pool area is amazing... Large pool, good vibes and other residents were very friendly and lively without been noisy or intrusive. Staff were mostly polite and cleaning staff were excellent. The location is fantastic, right on the beach front and very central. They have their own supermarket right opposite and although it's a bit expensive (obviously because tourist place) it has a wide range of things. I know this review hasn't been very informative but I would recommend here to stay if you want somewhere central and relaxing yet with a fun vibe! In the first week I was there it was mainly older people but everyone we came across was really friendly and on the second week there were a few stag and hen dos and I was worried it would get rowdy but it didn't just a bit luckier but everyone remained respectful and it was quite at night times. I was in Tenerife again last month but Parque Santiago III and IV were fully booked. I went and had a look round Parque Santiago IV and think I will book in and try there next time to try it out as it seemed bit more modern than III but if I don't think it's as good as III after staying there, I will always book III for future stays in Playa de las Americas!! Book early it sells out!! More
