Parque Santiago IV Apartments

Fine diners should look no further than the restaurants at the Parque Santiago III Apartments. There are 8 spread around the complex. They range from Atlantico, a fish and flambé-meat specialist, to the Happy Stable, an à la carte offering home-made desserts in a country pub setting.

There are 2 seawater pools here, too, both of which are huge. The property is also home to a good-sized children's pool. It's next to a playground and features a 6-slide line-up.

The apartments are next to the beach, at the start of the promenade that winds its way to Los Cristianos. You can walk to the sand within 2 minutes. Plus, Siam Park waterpark is a 10-minute taxi ride away.

Last but not least, you get to use the pools of the next-door Parque Santiago IV for free. This gives you access to 2 more pools.

We have just returned from a week in Parque Santiago IV. We had a one bedroom apartment (my husband, myself & 15 year old son). The apartment was spotless and was certainly better than we expected. We had room 1328, which had three separate balconies with sun-loungers and table and chairs plus a sea view which in the evening watching the sunset was amazing. The maids came in everyday and everywhere was really clean. We found all the staff to be really helpful too and the bar staff very friendly. The heated pool is certainly the one to go for as the other one was freezing. No problems finding a sun lounger. There are two supermarkets next to the hotel I would recommended using the one opposite Parque III or popping 10 minutes walk up the road and go to Iceland - well worth the visit to get your essentials for your stay. There are lots of restaurants either towards los Cristianos or towards the strip which do full breakfast for 2.85 euros, we ate at EL Cedro for breakfast so I can recommend this place, walk up towards the dubliner pub and you will come across it. The Dubliner another place we enjoyed a night with live music and a few drinks. Siam park is worth a visit, plenty of places to sit when you want a rest. The food and drink was not too pricey either. The area around the hotel has lots and lots of bars, restaurants and shops all really nice and friendly and lots of entertainment too. There is a handful of bars around the back of the shopping centre which always has drink offers on and a cabaret - depends what you are looking for really but there really is something for everybody here. I would highly recommend this accommodation and the area as it was in between Las Americas and los Cristianos. Ladies if you do not want to take your hairdryer or straightners etc you can hire them for 15 euros per week, along with everything else you can think of to hire. Reception very helpful with everything. If you are going here with Thomson, the rep is based in Parque III. Hope this helps ! xMore

best place to say in las americas

My partner and I stayed here in June/July last year and im only getting to write a review now!! stayed here in 2012 with a group of friends also. In terms of location it is BRILLIANT as it is very close to the strip (only about a 5/10min walk). Perfect location for restaurants also-I would highly recommend the safari centre (beautiful Chinese and Italian). The apartments themselves were very clean both times I stayed there, the staff were very friendly especially the bar staff by the pool. It is suitable for both families, couples and groups of people as there is a small playpark right at the pool and there are also slides in PS3 which is beside PS4. The pool is not too noisy which is good if you want to relax by the pool. The only downfall for me was that the pool is salt water (personally I am not a lover) Parque Santiago is EXCELLENT value for money and I would recommend it to anyone. Will definitely be back this summer. In terms of general attractions in Las Americas I would definitely advise the jet skiing (reasonable prices), taking a trip to both Loro Parque and Siam Park - brilliant for both adults and kids. The strip is also very good for a cheap drink and a dance.More

Best place to stay

This is our second stay here in the parque Santiago 4, we booked directly with the hotel, we got a studio on the 4 th floor facing the sea and pool, the view was awesome, the studios are well equipped , small kitchen area , nice couch that doubles as a sofa bed, I think they would be a little crowded for three . Pity the bathroom didn't have a window , but the pool area makes up for everything . Loads of sun beds and umbrellas and so restful, with the sound of the ocean . Great place for walking . Hopefully we will return again .More
