parque santiago 3
Apartments are more of a 2* not a 3* plus they are very out dated. We stayed in a studio apartment on the front across from the super market the balcony only got a bit of sun in one corner. Tiles on the balcony were cracked. On a better note the gardens and the pools are beautiful. More
Excellent experience with jet 2 and very good apartments and hotel service We wee given a room initially unsuitable for young children as there were steep internal stairs We asked for different accommodation and were given it immediately without any fuss More

Fab holiday again
Just returned from Parque Santiago v came same time last year and stayed in Parque Santiago 3. Think v is more suited to couples which was perfect for us. We stayed in a one bed apartment which was duplex style. Accommodation is clean and maids come in every day, location perfect near lovely restaurants and bars defo worth a visit.More
Back to self catering after years of all Inclusive
Just back from staying at Parque Santiago 3. After years of going all inclusive we decided to give self catering a go. We had a lovely studio with pool view. Whilst basic it was spotless and cleaned daily with towel change. Adequate for our needs light breakfast sandwich at lunch and then ate out at night. Took my own travel kettle after reading previous reviews. This is probably our 30th visit to Tenerife and love the location these apartments are in close to amenities shops/Restaurants/Bars. Thouroughly enjoyed the freedom of self catering and will definitely return to these apartments. Only downside is that your apartment can be a long way from reception and for anyone elderly dragging your cases along a street and down a road might be difficult. We went to find our room first so we knew exactly where we were going. Pool area beautiful and the cleanest sun beds I have ever seen. They were jet washed and scrubbed by cleaning staff.More
Parque Santiago IV
We're normally allocated Parque Santiago III but on this occasion were given a studio in IV. Room 1000 on the ground floor is very conveniently close to the pool and reception, so close that we could get the free WiFi. Same style as PS3 but a little quieter overall without the through footfall that you get next door. Only problem with this room is that it is next to the hotel's laundry so at 8am every day you'll hear the washing machines. Room cleaned daily and well equipped. The main four terrestrial UK channels on the television. Ideally located within yards of the promenade and lots of bars and restaurants close by. Small supermarket just outside but a bigger one directly opposite PS3. Well equipped gymnasium at pool level which can be used free of charge. More
