I VISITED PARK SANTIAGO 1 from 8th to 15 March. We booked on owners direct and had a 3rd floor apartment Which was a duplex. The apartment was spotless an was a home from home. The complex was also very well cared for with a great pool area. Location was amazing almost in the heart of the safari centre and 5 mins from the beach. I highly recommend this complex for a value for money holiday.More

Average apartments, good location
Stayed here for 8 days. Apt was ok although could be doing with a bit of upgrading. As mentioned by other holiday maker the mezzanine bedroom is bit of a nuisance is someone watching TV. Think most of these private owned as our friends had one on the ground floor and it was ALOT NICER than ours! Also had two seperate bedrooms upstairs with a balcony and a backyard patio area. The pool was salty but nice although the poor guy was an ignoramus! It was 4 Euros each day for a sunbed. Considering we had 12 in our party it mounted up! The other pool guy who was a few years older was very nice. Would go back but not to same apartment as it really needed upgraded. Great supermarket on site with fresh bakery. They even made filled baguettes for like 2 euros!More
Parque Santiago 11 apartment 356
We stayed here for three weeks and loved the situation of the apartment, facing the pool and ocean from the balcony. The apartment had everything we could wish for, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, hair dryer and a full new oven. The bedroom is upstairs on a mezzanine floor which can create problems if someone is watching tv downstairs the noise echos. The bathroom is off the bedroom upstairs which is an inconvenience at night. The major drawback for us was the flights of stairs, 5 flights to top floor. (nearly killed me) The supermarket underneath is a great convenience with reasonable prices and a deli counter. The pool is a joy, it is heated very pleasantly but be aware their is a charge for beds. â¬2.50 for a bed and â¬1.50 for a mattress per day, this can add up to a substantial amount for a family. You are not allowed to bring your own lilos or lie in the grass on your towel. This is not a complex for children there are no facilities except a small baby pool and children being noisy or jumping into the water is discouraged. This is great for older people but not so good for children on holidays, Internet is very patchy in apartments, better around the bar at pool. The complex is centrally located and about a 15 to 20 minute walk to a sandy beach but on the promenade which is stony and is used by wind surfers.More

Yuk!! Salty pool
Please change pool water!!! The pool is Horribly salty. The salt hurts the kids eyes a lot and they hate swimming in it, so do the adults, eyes stinging irritates skin. Please please please parque santiago, change to chlorine pools. Put a bit of a low on our hols. We love to swim but never went in, pointless having a pool really. More
