Good location but be careful on apartment location.
Booked an apartment with Home and Away and got apartment number 337. The best way to describe the place Yuk. It was about about 10 meters opposite 4 bars one of them was noise from late afternoon until about 2am, also apartments on this side of the complex do not get any sun at all so can get a bit chilly, both of these reasons make any chance of a peaceful holiday in the sun on the balcony a no no. The complex is ideally placed for all the areas shops an it is only 5mins from the beach and has a great swimming pool area. I would go back but on another part of the complex.More
Very good location
Went self-catering in a duplex, a great choice as the appartment had everything you could want (and more) while on holiday and in a great location near the beach. The complex had two decent sized pools which one was heated (both were sea water though) and there were plenty of sunbeds.More
fantastic relax in the sun
stayed here first week in feb with my mum for a relaxing week in the sun, after staying here 5 times before i felt i needed to write a review. the reception staff are lovely and very welcoming. we have been given lovely rooms on 4 of our 6 visits. the location of the hotel is great, right in the centre of everything you need, beach, bars, restraunts, shops supermarket. The pool area always has free sunbeds but we stay here in february so may be different in the summer months. The apartments are quite old fashioned but are very comfy and have everything you need for a self catering holiday. English tv channels with 1-4 and sky sports are all great to have. The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels everyday, the cleaners work so hard and the whole place is spotless. Cant wait to book for next year.More
First time staying in Parque Santiago and won't be my last . Nothing bad to stay at all. Best place very central family of 4 can't wait to go back. Two 15 year old hired them mountain bike which was great because they never moaned about walking into los critianos.More
Another fantastic stay at Parque Santiago II
We have been to Parque Santiago II before but this time we went over Christmas and New Year. We love Parque Santiago II because of its facilities and location but due to going over the festive period we really struggled to find accommodation around Playa de las Americas, let along Parque Santiago II. However, thanks to Karen at Holidays 4U, we were able to secure an apartment, which was absolutely perfect and great value for money. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have wanted and Karen was very helpful in organising everything we needed to make a wonderful holiday.More
