Parque Santiago III Apartments

The Parque Santiago III Apartments line up large, family-friendly pools and a whole host of themed restaurants. Plus, you can use the facilities of the next-door Parque Santiago IV for free - that takes your pool count up to four.

There are two seawater pools here, both of which are huge. The property is also home to a good-sized children's pool. It's next to a playground at Parque Santiago III and features a six-slide line-up.

The apartments are next to the beach, at the start of the promenade that winds its way to Los Cristianos. You can walk to the sand within 2 minutes. Plus, Siam Park waterpark is a 10-minute taxi ride away.

Last but not least, you get to use the pools of the next-door Parque Santiago IV for free. This gives you access to two more pools.

Yuk!! Salty pool

Please change pool water!!! The pool is Horribly salty. The salt hurts the kids eyes a lot and they hate swimming in it, so do the adults, eyes stinging irritates skin. Please please please parque santiago, change to chlorine pools. Put a bit of a low on our hols. We love to swim but never went in, pointless having a pool really. More

Parque Santiago II

I would like to flag an issue with the one " bedroom " apartments on this complex. The " bedroom " is in fact a mezzanine floor accessed via a flight of stairs , ie NOT via a door. As such the design of the apartment creates inherent issues with both acoustics and temperature control. For example, if either myself or wife were sleeping the volume of the television downstairs had to be so low it was barely audible ! Given its design we also found the apartment to be cold in the evening as their is no way to isolate , what is effectively, a sleeping area from the rest of the property Had I known of its design I personally would have not booked this property. For others it might not be an issue ?More
