The Parque Santiago III Apartments line up large, family-friendly pools and a whole host of themed restaurants. Plus, you can use the facilities of the next-door Parque Santiago IV for free - that takes your pool count up to 4.
There are 2 seawater pools here, both of which are huge. The property is also home to a good-sized children's pool. It's next to a playground at Parque Santiago III and features a 6-slide line-up.
The apartments are next to the beach, at the start of the promenade that winds its way to Los Cristianos. You can walk to the sand within 2 minutes. Plus, Siam Park waterpark is a 10-minute taxi ride away.
Last but not least, you get to use the pools of the next-door Parque Santiago IV for free. This gives you access to 2 more pools.
Parque Santiago treats disability REQUIREMENTS as requests
Despite emails from us and our operator Thomas Cooke explaining that I was unable to climb steps we were given an apartment which could only be accessed via a flight of steps. We explained to the man on reception that it was impossible for me to get to the room and he replied" madam, if you cannot climb steps you should not book this property". I struggled up the steps for three nights before being moved. During this time we observed unoccupied ground floor one bedroom appartments, including the one that weere finally given.
As we enjoyed the location so much and believing that the problems we had were due to a misunderstanding, we booked again for December 14. I sent an email explaining that I cannot climb steps and rely on a wheelchair and requesting a guarantee that this time we would be given an apartment without steps. The reply said that rooms are allocated on arrival and requests for particular rooms cannot be guaranteed. I don't understand this hostility towards disabled guests as Paraque has a substantial number of appartments on the ground level and numerous with access via lifts.More

After being dropped off at parque 4, to be told we were staying in 3! Then waiting 1 1/2 half hours because our room wasn't ready, we finally got to our room which was behind the Chinese restaurant (no view) whatsoever. The rooms are very basic no aircon, think we are actually staying in the servants quarters. Won't be back hereMore
I stayed in this hotel with my husband and 9 years old daughter. It was amazing! I loved the room - it was very spacious, and balcony with sunbeds amazing! Cleaning every day, and the girls was very nice and friendly all the time.
Great pool area. I was little bit worried, that the pools are salt water, but there was not any problems with it. My daughter loved children playground and spent some time there every day. For me was important, that there was person looking after safety all the time. And he did his job great!
Location perfect, everything just short walk away. Place, where stops all the buses for excursions just few minutes walk.
I did not try restaurants and cafes in complex because of prices, but they looked nice. Especially I would love to spend time in the evenings in cafe near the elevators - live music was nice, and seemed very entertaining.More

recently back from our first visit to Tenerife. Stayed in private owned apt in Santiago Parq 1. lovely apt with everything in it and nicely furnished and well kept. we had sunshine from 10am to 6pm which was brilliant as we noticed the sun didn't shine on other apts in various positions around the complex, so we were very lucky. weather great except for the one day of heavy cloud and a bit of rain. that was the day we had just paid for 2 beds, mattress and had just barely sat on the beds when rain came, so we had to leave the pool area. as i had just paid the pool attendant whom i found very rude and 'jeery', i asked if he would allow us use them next day instead due to rain. Smirking at me he shook his head, didn't even speak. I can accept paying the small amount for the beds but this particular attendant (maybe there's more than one?) was to my mind not a 'customer service' person but was doing this for the money and going to make as much as he could. we didn't go back to the pool for lie for rest of our holiday.
but we would certainly return to the apt 344 and thoroughly recommend it. very central and close to the lovely Restaurants of Montana, El Cedro, La Karina and Tex Mex one beside that. Lots of nice restaurants in the area too and not too highly priced. everyone very friendly. we enjoyed our first visit. thank youMore

Parque Santiago II
We stayed in Parque Santiago II for one week in August. I have to say that it is a beautifully kept complex, - clean, tidy, safe & secure and well landscaped. The salt water pool was crystal clear and while one did have to pay for sunbeds and parasols once you had paid you were guaranteed it for the whole day - whether you used it or not!! The pool itself was suitable for all - those who were proficient swimmers or those less fond of water ---- on one side of the bridge it reaches no more than 1m while on the other side it reaches a depth of 2.5m. The pool attendants were strict about the pool rules and made no exceptions for anyone.
The apartments (2) that we rented were both privately owned and booked through Karen from Holidays4u.org
Our apartment had a beautiful view of the ocean and promenade and we could hear the sound of the sea and watch the tides ebb and flow from our balcony. The apartment was bright, airy, roomy and spotless throughout. There was a great wi-fi connection (personal to owner) which kept the teenagers happy! And the sofa bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in!! When we did have a small problem Karen was quick to respond to our email and informed the owner for us. I have to say she was most helpful and kind at all times throughout our booking from the minute we made enquiries about apartments to the time we got home from our holiday.
The complex is very central to everything. There are restaurants and shops close by and the main centre of Playa de Las Americas is well within walking distance. The promenade which leads to the beaches is literally outside the door! There is a great choice of water sports available on the beaches as well as a number of surf schools. Tours etc can be booked in the shopping area near the complex. We had 2 fantastic days in Siam Park and in Loro Parque. All in all we enjoyed this holiday very much and the general feeling among our group is that we would return here again no problem!More
