where to start just got back yesterday from tenerife been a few times stayed at various hotels it's the first time stayed at the parque santiago and the last. Rooms are old and tired look 20 years old definately need to be updated and the complex is huge. Staff are awful really miserable more so at the bar and cafe around the pool and that is not just my opinion everyone was complaining about the staff's terrible unwelcoming attitude. The only plus side is the maids were lovely and the apartments where cleaned every day and fresh towels to and my 8 year old loved the slides. this apartment complex could be good if they changed the staff and there was some entertainment as there wasn't any not even any music.More

Stayed at Parque Santiago 3 a couple of times now, the first time I stayed in a studio apartment with a balcony; really could not fault the room at all. Facilitated for two people with comfort. The second time I stayed in this hotel I stayed in a two bedroom apartment which slept 6 with 2 balconies; only thing I would fault about this is that an update should take place to keep with the times. Maid service every single day, which was unexpected, especially on a Sunday. The pool is cleaned daily too, and there is a lifeguard on the pool constantly, which is great if you have children. You can go in the pool as long as you want too, there is no open or close time. The only negative thing I have to say about Parque Santiago 3 is that the bar staff are incredibly slow and do not seem clued up. Either there aren't enough staff on the bar or the queue is really long, or it takes ages to get served, or the bar area is messy as there are no staff to tidy the area and to keep on top of demand. Other than that can not fault this place at all. It is close to Los Christianos and Las Americas so there is plenty to do for all ages. Would definitely recommend and booking to come next year already!More
we stayed in santiago 5, for ten days, we were ment to stay in satiago 3 but on arrival was told there wasnt enough room for our party of ten,the hotel was nice and clean with two salt water pools which were nice and warm. wifi only avaliable in reception.we found not enough things for a two and 4 year old to do as there was not a kids club open . there are two supermarkets close buy where you can easierly stock up on most things.there is a small park near the pools but had no gate on plus got extremly hot in the day. Also when you go into the pools you have to becarefull as a few people missed the edges of steps.More
