Pretty panoramas, a choice of attractive pools, and a peaceful spa are some of the best bits at the Hotel Paradise Park.
This hotel is wrapped in huge gardens on top of a small hill, with panoramic views of the town and coast. The popular Playa de las Vistas Beach is a scenic 20-minute walk away. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to save you the legwork, though.
This place flaunts some good-looking facilities. There's a rooftop pool and another carved into rock. The atrium is filled with pretty plants, and rooms are dressed in modern neutral tones. Plus, the whole place is being made over for summer 2015.
Bright and modern, these spacious junior suites are decorated in warm and inviting colours. Benefits include a lounge, balcony, kitchenette, air-conditioning and satellite TV. You'll also get bathrobes and slippers. Just so you know your room will also have a minibar - 1st contents only - tea and coffee making facilities, a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival, personalised express check-in and free access to the leisure park.

Our second visit. We really love this hotel. The food is great for us as there is lots of fish dishes. The pools and spa are super in fact our only complaint is the slowness of the booking in system and the fact that the announcements are done in Spanish with a tiny bit of English. As the clientele seems to be virtually non Spanish this seemed odd to us.More

Could not speak highly enough!!
My partner & I booked a week here from 13th Nov. We had only booked a studio but ended up getting a 2 bed apartment. Spread over 2 floors with 2 bathrooms! I guess it might have been because it was more of a quiet time for the hotel or that the other rooms are being refurbished as our apartment hadn't been. Still, no complaints from me! We had 2 balconies, and there's so much storage in the apartments too. When we arrived we were greeted with a glass of cava which was lovely - and also included in the AI drinks. A staff member took our case all the way to our apartment which we was not expecting! (I think he does this for as many people as possible, but obviously cant do everyone) The hotel has lovely pools, really taken care of - but they are freezing!! The roof top one was lovely, but I preferred the pools that were not really attached to the hotel as such - across the walk way - it was like a lazy river and the other one had an infinity edge to it. Bars close to every pool, including a good snack selection for lunch if you don't want to go to the main place they serve lunch. Breakfast was good, there were decent sausages, but the bacon is not for me. They served freshly made omelettes and pancakes. Brand names were there for kids breakfast such as Nesquick. Always fresh fruit available to a good quality. Dinner was a selection of everything, plus someone doing fresh fish or meat. Soups were excellent, there was everything you could want, ice cream and cheeses if you fancied that for after. They serve you bottled water at lunch and dinner. We also had a couples massage in the Spa. The staff in there were lovely. We both had an hour long massage each followed by an hour together in the room with a Jacuzzi bath with chocolates and champagne. Then after we could use the spa as much as we wanted which have a hydro pool and then the usual steam, sauna, plunge pool. This cost 155 Euros which was worth every penny. You can hire towels from the spa for the pool they are 5 Euros each which is refundable every time you take them back. AI drinks were spot on.
I've got to say a few words about the staff who work at this hotel. Outstanding customer service! A lot of hotels and people who work in the industry could learn a few things here. Such lovely people with great attention to detail. I don't like lemon in my drink and one of the bar staff saw me take it out only once. The next day she had remembered and from then on served my drinks without. The reception staff were great, any issues they were happy to help. The house keeping staff were also great, the room was cleaned every day. I can really understand why people keep returning to this hotel. if I get the chance again I definitely would. Also, the hotel free wifi was really good, even worked all the way from my room. Los Christianos is a much better part of the island than Las Americas for the older person (I'm 38)
If you love seafood and get the chance you HAVE to visit El Rincon Del Marinero, which is down by the seafront. The food was Amazing! We had paella and I have never tasted better.More

Best holiday ever
Me and my boyfriend stayed on the 5th September for a week. We was gutted that we didn't book for two weeks. So much to do and the hotel was lovely. The roof top terrace was our favourite. The rooms were lovely and the staff were too. The only place me and my boyfriend said we would return. Can't wait to go back and I wouldn't stay at another hotel. More
Family holiday for 50th birthday
This really is a great facility with fantastic food throughout the day and around all the pool facilities. Only down side was the apartment booked was a junior suite which was very old and in poor condition and was also in the annexe area of the hotel. Our family members were in the main hotel also in a junior suite and this was so much better and updatedMore
