Hotel Paradise Park

Pretty panoramas, a choice of attractive pools, and a peaceful spa are some of the best bits at the Hotel Paradise Park.

This hotel is wrapped in huge gardens on top of a small hill, with panoramic views of the town and coast. The popular Playa de las Vistas Beach is a scenic 20-minute walk away. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to save you the legwork, though.

This place flaunts some good-looking facilities. There's a rooftop pool and another carved into rock. The atrium is filled with pretty plants, and rooms are dressed in modern neutral tones. Plus, the whole place is being made over for summer 2015.

Very friendly helpful staff, well kept clean rooms & good towel & bedding changing. Good selection buffet type meals. Wi-fi only in reception area, however the hotel is to undergo re-modernisation April - June 2015, so some things may change. Good location for easy access to main attractions yet fare enough away from busy night life. Entertainment every night.More

Paradise Park in not so sunny Tenerife!

Myself and family have just returned from this hotel. We had two rooms 610 and 611, there was a big difference in the standard of these rooms with one quite modern and the other very dated indeed. However having said that very clean and who stays in their room all holiday! Beds were well comfortable and I'm fussy!! The maid comes in every day and our maid Lourdes was excellent, she was friendly and always greeted us with a smile every morning! Complex is very old as previous reviews have said but I understand they are closing for a couple of months for a refurb which is needed. The staff make this hotel. All are lovely and friendly from checking in to the lovely minibus driver who takes you down into the main town on the free shuttle bus. Beach is beautiful check out the breeze inn on the front. English bar and only 150e for a pint! We stayed all inclusive and couldn't complain. Yes it can be repetitive but so are all other hotels we have stayed in. It's the quality which makes this hotel stand out. Great pools adults only roof top one well worth a visit. Only let down for us was the weather. Not the wall to wall sunshine a bunch of Sun worshippers are used to! Take no notice of the negatives reviews if you want to stay at a very well run clean hotel with drinks and entertainment in good measure then you can't go wrong! Hope the sun shines for you!More

Great first visit.

Having been recommended this hotel by friends, who have been several times, we were keen to try it ourselves. We are very pleased that we did, as we have found a place to return to every year at this time. We had booked a superior room and emailed ahead to request a certain floor, which we got. Good start, and although the room was tired, everything was spotless. We loved the choice of pools, and spent most of our time at the rooftop adults only area with it's fabulous views. The food at this hotel is as good as we've had anywhere, with a huge choice. Needless to say, we ate far too much! We had originally booked half board but upgraded to AI after a couple of days. Be aware, that it can be better value to do this, than book AI through the tour operators. Entertainment isn't a priority of ours, as we like a walk after dinner, but we enjoyed what we did see. We didn't use the hotel transport to the seafront, and didn't find the walk back too difficult. We are looking forward to visiting the hotel next year, after the refurbishment.More

annette m,

hotel ok but NOT 4 star!

Was in this hotel for a week in March. Room was tiny for two people. Think it was probably a single with a double bed put in. The décor in the room was grubby, well worn and was very disappointing. The bed was one of the worst I have ever slept in. The food was acceptable but they did scrimp on certain things. Butter substitute yuk. One night the cannelloni was so bad even my husband spat it out, and he eats everything.! Ive had much better quality buffets in other hotels so I know they are not using the best of ingredients. The pool area was really nice, two areas are kid free 😃. The staff are really friendly and I found that really good. Overall it was a nice enough week but I will NOT return to this hotel.More
