Pretty panoramas, a choice of attractive pools, and a peaceful spa are some of the best bits at the Hotel Paradise Park.
This hotel is wrapped in huge gardens on top of a small hill, with panoramic views of the town and coast. The popular Playa de las Vistas Beach is a scenic 20-minute walk away. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to save you the legwork, though.
This place flaunts some good-looking facilities. There's a rooftop pool and another carved into rock. The atrium is filled with pretty plants, and rooms are dressed in modern neutral tones. Plus, the whole place is being made over for summer 2015.
We booked this hotel after reading the reviews and was really looking forward to it. we booked with onthebeach for 18th oct till 28th oct and paid just under £700 per person for bed and breakfast. what really drew me to the hotel was the fact that the rooms were advertised as refurbished. I have to disagree unfortunately, in fact i thought they had given us the wrong rooms (we had 2 rooms for a family of 4). one room had a pool view and the other a tiny sea view which was acceptable. it didnt however have the mini bar as advertised and the wooden flooring had gaps in the planks and we had just a plain duvet (just as you would purchase) no duvet cover but it was all clean. the painted wardrobe and other matching furniture was peeling and looked as though it had just been spray painted. i would say that neither room looked like any of those advertised. however, we didnt complain because it was clean and thats my main priority and as for the mini bar we wanted to put our own drinks in anyway so wasnt worth moaning about. we were also on floor 3 which was really easy to get to and tucked in a corned which was away from the foot traffic. one day we somehow managed to leave our room door open in error and was out all day and when we came back nothing had been taken thank god. the staff at the hotel were fantastic, friendly and informative.
throughout the holiday we spoke to other holiday makers and the prices that everyone paid varied hugely. alot also said that they wasnt happy with the all inclusive set up and some choose to eat out despite having paid all inclusive they said they didnt like the food and alot were very unhappy with the quality of the spirits and beer. the breakfast though i thought was fantastic the only fault was that it seemed like a cattle market at times. but food wise no complaints.
the hill everyone mentions is a bind but as everyone else says a taxi is only a few euros and well worth the money. taxi to and from airport is only 25 euros and a taxi into playa de las americas 7 euros maximum. we had a bus ride into los gigantes which cost 25 euros but it was over 2 hours long and we didnt think it was worth the journey.
there are a couple of restaurants, supermarkets really close by and bars within easy walk even if feeling lazy. we liked don coyoate and taylors lounge.
would i choose to go again? yes i liked the hotel and would go bed and breakfast again but i would like to pay the highly discounted prices that others were talking about. but a great holiday and only a couple of days rain.More

We booked what we thought was a modern room with a balcony to catch the sun. What we got was a very tired apartment with two balconies, one level with the footpath leading to the pool and the other level with the walkway of the supermarket at the back of the hotel, both useless for relaxing on.
The hotel was lovely unfortunately unless you specifically ask for a modern room (within the main hotel), chances are that you'll get one of the "classical" rooms which are more like apartments. In fairness the room(s) were very clean but basic, old, tired and in urgent need of refurbishment. We were lucky that the room was clean but we discovered quite a few guests who had already changed rooms because of damp or too dark to stay in, they were actually under our street level room at basement level. For a 4 star hotel the maintenance was very poor, i.e bedside lamp that didn't work, shower that didn't work, bathroom door handle that fell off, all small things but with a little care should not have happened. The availability to up-grade rooms is advertised within the hotel at a supplement so I suspect that most folk are given these inferior rooms initially.
Apart from the room though the main hotel was lovely and the food was excellant with something to suit everyone's taste. The hotel is situated at the top of a steep hill which may be a problem to someone with mobility difficulties but a bus is provided which runs guests down into the centre of Los Christianos every half hour (and the same going back). We walked and it only took about 10mins into the resort centre. There was entertainment provided every night in the hotel and if that didn't suit there was plenty of entertainment in the bars around it.
The best part of the hotel was the staff. They all were so friendly and went that extra mile to ensure that the guests were happy.
Despite the rooms that we had, we did have a wonderful holiday and I would consider going back to this hotel again, but I'd make sure that I asked for a bedroom in the main hotel.More

Great Location and Facilities
A great hotel with fab food and facilities. If staying again, I would not book a classic room, I would pay the extra as the room was very basic and small with a tiny balcony and we never got the sun on our room all day. Staff were great, very friendly. We paid extra for All Inclusive as drinks were expensive if you bought them - â¬2.20 for a small plastic cup of cola. Free bus to the beach was reliable and the market on Sunday is just down the road. WiFi was only available on the same floor as Reception which was a bit of a pain, would be useful to have access in the rooms.
Fantastic Family Holiday
We stayed at the Paradise Park from 4th-14th October 2014, 4 adults and 4 kids, what a fantastic holiday altogether. The staff were so friendly and always smiling. Food was excellent and catered for all ages and tastes. Our rooms were on the 4th floor, with good views, basic but very clean, house staff were in everyday. Kids had 2 pools to choose from, they used the one across from the hotel, you need your room key to go in and out of the gates to get to it, and it had plenty of sun loungers to use. Both bars had good entertainment at night and the bar staff always remember you and laughed and joked with you, which was great. Even though we were all-inclusive plus we did eat out one night at Margaritas, what a fabulous place to eat, but if you intend to try it I would book in advance, and only 10mins from hotel. The courtesy bus was great to use, but does not run on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday, walking down is fine but not so easy coming back up wearing flip flops and carrying bags. Kids loved playing pool which is a great way to make friends of all ages. We went to the Siam Water Park, what a place, booked the ticket at the hotel with Mark, one of the reps. Catch the bus for the Park just down from the hotel, opposite side to the supermarket. It's an open top bus, sit on the left side at the top and you will dodge to palm trees on the right!!! You can also walk along the seafront for miles looking at various shop, the longer you walk the more you see, and there are lots of lovely wee cafe's and tapas bar to sample local food and drink and a great variety of shops, with great prices for perfume, clothes, shoes etc.. There are two beaches within easy walking distance or take the courtesy bus. We are definitely going to go back to this hotel, saving already.More

We visited this hotel in February 2014 and enjoyed our stay enough to book another break in October. Due to the traffic noise from the road when we previously stayed, we paid extra for a "Superior" room with a pool view on this occasion. We were given a room on floor 1 close to the road and with no pool view - that's an extra 40 Euro per day for a sun-facing balcony and nothing else to make the room "Superior". We were moved to a room with a pool view after 2 nights and escaped the traffic noise - its a pity the hotel didn't get it right first time. The hotel was much busier than we remembered from our previous stay, and a large proportion of guests were there on an all-inclusive basis (which we hadn't noticed before). Both of the rooms we stayed in could have done with some updating and the shower/changing room, that is made available to guests after they have checked out, is in very poor order. On the plus side, the adult-only sun deck on the roof provided a welcome retreat, all of the staff are friendly, and there is a good choice of food in the restaurant.More
