The hotel is clean and rooms well appointed. The food is good, plentiful and great choice at every meal. Could not ask for any more. Our only down side was the situation of this hotel. Although very close to the sea, the area is out of a holiday feeling. It was fine for us but I feel younger people would struggle to find enough to do specially at night. But on the whole and excellent holiday xxxMore

You get what you pay for!
For an inexpensive all inclusive break for sunshine - it's ok! Food excellent, buffet style with plenty of choice. Staff very helpful. Disappointing only 1 person on bar so long queues in evening- people tend to get 2/3 drinks each to avoid waiting which takes even longer. Hotel in need of TLC & looking tired but acceptable for what we paid. Never saw evening entertainment as often started 22.15 so bit late for us. Very Quiet location but 5/10min walk to village centre for Pharmacy/supermarket. 30min walk along promenade to Candelaria to Basilica. Taxi to Santa Cruz 20⬠takes 12/15mins or bus outside hotel 2+⬠takes 30mins. Don't think we would come again but we didn't pay a lot so not really complaining.More

Great value for money
Visited the hotel in March, wasn't sure about it after reading reviews but honestly there is nothing to worry about. Hotel is clean , staff very friendly and very hardworking! Food is lovely lots to choose from , about food being cold , it is at breakfast time but only close to the door which made me think that might be the reason why. Very tasty , I'd recommend to go for lunch and tea as soon as they start serving it as there is loads of choice and life cooking, if you go towards the end might not find as much to choose from, you'd still find fresh salads etc. Hotel room was a good size cleaned daily, stayed on the 5th floor and still could hear noises from the show bar but didn't bother me , drinks are lovely as well , plenty to choose from. Found hotel staff very friendly and helpfull. We hired a car from cicar company and went around the island , had absolutely amazing holiday and would definitely go back and stayed at this hotel!More
