Overall a very enjoyable hotel. Well presented and cared for. Our rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels and bedding were provided. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I probably wouldn't want to stay in room 157 nor would our family want to stay in room 158 as the balcony looked over the delivery bay and we were woken early with delivery vans and the bottle bins been emptied which was a little annoying. That being said, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We stayed B&B the breakfast was more than average with plenty of choice. The pool and seating area was clean and well maintained and despite spending a fortune in the bar compared to local bars was thoroughly enjoyable. We would definitely re visit. Thanks More
birthday things 2016 this is it
this hotel is brilliant. the rooms are clean and there are so many activities to keep even those who do not venture far from the hotel entertained. varied selection of food in the buffet both for breakfast and dinner.I have only the best to say about this hotelMore
What is not to like in this one
Over the years I have stayed in many of the hotels in the south of Tenerife from low budget to high end, for me this hotel is right up with the top ones which was a surprise considering the cost.
From the warm welcome on reception and the easy check in to the rest of the staff who were all so friendly, even if one of the waiters wouldn't believe my nationality
My room on the third floor was spacious and the bed was huge and very comfy, no lumps or bumps and nice pillows, if I had to find a negative it would be the fan was too noisy to have on all night and if I opened the window it was also quite noisy from noise from the adjoining hotel. The tv in the room boasts a rare amount of English channels for a Spanish hotel. The bathroom is clean and tidy with a large bath and shower over it
The entertainment was ok, although the guy at the organ wasn't to everyone's taste and many looked very uninterested
The food was very good and tasty with lots of choice at both meals (I was half board), and everything was nice and hot as well, the dining room staff coped well when most of the guests seemed to descend at once
The location is good, with a 8 minute walk to the beach and the market held twice a week just around the corner, there is a bank and shopping centre with bars and cafes across the road with an atm and a bus stop and taxi rank is very close by
I often leave the hotels glad to go, but would have been happy to have been able to stay a while longer
Great hotel we stayed for a week with breakfast included. The earlier you get down for breakfast the better as it gets extremely busy from 9am onwards. It had a great selection of hot and cold, they also had gluten free bread and muffins (you have to ask the staff to bring these out for you). The pools were great and there was always a sun lounger free especially on the roof top which was a lot quieter. (Bring your own towels from home as they charge extra for these). The room was very clean to a high standard and the staff were very lovely. No iron in the room you had to go down to reception and put down a £20 deposit. You had to put a deposit and pay if you wanted to use the safe and there was no tea/coffee maker in the room. The bed was huge and very comfy and the room was quite spacey as well. The beach was a 3 minute walk from the hotel and there were loads of restaurants to choose from near the beach and there were a lot of local supermarkets close by as well. Close by there was a bus stop which had a free bus to Siam park which was extremely handy. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend to friends and family. The only bad thing I can say was we had a bad experience with the lady selling excursions in the hotel from canaries.com who was very rude and we were giving wrong information and had missed our boat trip.More

An Excellent all round hotel
First visit to Tenerife and chose this Hotel from the good reviews read on here and have to say it was a good choice. Spotlessly clean was the first impression and the front desk was well staffed so check in was great and even had luggage taken to our room. Room was okay however 2 oversize single beds instead of a double and the children had a bunk bed directly at the end of our bed so no privacy (if you know what I mean) something we need to look into next time we book. Pool are was again very clean and no shortage of sunbeds- made possible by a member of staff removing towels from unoccupied beds at 845am each morning. If peace and quiet is what you were after away from the pool each roof of the hotel was covered with artificial lawn and dozens of spare beds there too.
Entertainment was okay I suppose but not really catering for 10 year olds and upwards, the young ones had the Animation team and various acrobatic/ drag acts (yes drag act)/ walking poodles etc artists and the oldies had an outdoor vocal/guitarist each night near the bar with full waiter service. The rep told me that we had visited the week before the 'Summer' timetable began and the budget for Artists increased subsequently along with the quality of acts.
Food was very good although the wife (Vegetarian) was prone to finding ham (in a margarita pizza) , tuna (cross contaminated) in green beans and mashed potato (again with ham in). The only complaint was when my 8 year old son came back to the table with a Pork kebab literally bleeding over the rest of his food. I complained and was happy to see a 25 person queue some 10 mins later for kebabs which were obviously now being cooked thoroughly- somebody had been given a rocket I think. I didn't think any hotel could match the food we enjoyed on previous trips to Sol 4 star hotels we stayed at previously but I was wrong- this was as good if not better,
Location of the hotel is good for all main bus routes and the beach front was only a 7-8 minute walk turning right out of the front door. The cleaning services did a fantastic job, even putting every pair of shoes away one day. Yes we did have one of those 'roach' moments however a smartly suited manager dealt with it very well but he looked more scared than the wife if I'm honest.Tip- A jewellers opposite in the small shopping arcade gave as good an exchange rate as anybody else we could find whilst out and about. Would we come again- most certainly!More
