We have just got back with family, and I have to say for my grand daughter . The childrens play area and the pool along with the pool slide are first class this has be one of the best in the hotels we have stayed at, also the kids club during the day the animation team do a great job. the mini disco is not too good 20 mins long which could be better.
I have to say its a lovely hotel the roof top plunge pools and the main pools are lovely but I do have mixed feelings not about the hotel. My son in law requested special rooms with it being our 40th wedding anniversary and it being being my sixty birthday only to have rooms given above the kitchens over looking apartments and with the kitchens starting work around 4.30 in a morning along with the noise not good . My son in law managed to get our rooms changed but this still left a feeling of being let down. The staff are polite but at times dont seem that happy about there work.
At all the hotels we have stayed at all tables are set but you dont get the tables set for breakfast all the food is very fresh and I have to say of a good standard the hot chefs cooking on four hot plates with fresh food from steaks to chicken along with fresh fish my main crib is that the fresh bakery area was at best poor with limited selection. Also no fresh bread which i love to slice and toast all you get it a range of toasting bread.
Summing up fantastic part of the island but will we go back to this hotel NO, also the other problem the hotel is at the top of a steep hill.More

We had a nice comfortable room overlooking the pool, nice roof top setting with plunge pools, used the safe and it was very cheap at 10 Euro, use of a fridge, you can hire towels and they are refunded on the last day. The staff on reception and dining room are very friendly and helpful, food options are plentiful, not far from Fanabe beach, if you don't like hills you can zig zag down to avoid. lovely beach, large supermarket just across the road, unable to comment about entertainment as always went out, Air con was sufficient, bed really comfortable, second time staying here, would do so again.More

A full review of the hotel which we have mixed feelings about
The Hotel looks about 20 years old if not more and probably one of the oldest here. Don't be put off the rooms are a good size and pleasant. We stayed here for a week in November and choose a room that was described as a Junior Suite all inclusive. The hotel has lots of amenities including several pools with to on the roof top where there is a nice terrace. They also have a hairdresser, entertainment, disco and plenty to entertain children.
The resort is a modern very built up but well planned resort. Our biggest disappointments were that the hotel describes it has having free parking, which is accurate but fails to state that there are only 8 or 9 spaces. When you consider the hotel has around 400 rooms (my guess based on 4 floors or almost 100 rooms on each floor plus a few on the ground floor). We really struggled to find places to park our car even in the nearby streets. There appears to be a big car park next door but twice a week this becomes a market and any cars on there would get towed away. The second disappointment is the free Wi-Fi. Its free but its also slow and in our room we struggled to get any signal.
The hotel is about 500m from the beach. It wasn't too busy when we were there but I think it may get busy in peak season with the number of hotels in the area. There are also quite a few shops locally and a large shopping complex about 500m away with a regular trolley busy from outside of the hotel. There is also a twice weekly market next door but beware my husband had his wallet stolen. Security at the market were not interested and we heard it was a common occurrence. The hotel did feel safe and we took advantage of the safe in the room. The use of the safe was cheap and you pay a 10 Euro deposit for th key. There are also a few medical centres and pharmacies in the resort.
The staff were generally helpful although there are times when they can get impatient because the hotel is so busy. The meal times are fixed and the evening meal ends at 9pm. On one evening we didn't get back to the resort until 8.30pm. We struggled to park the car and I had to walk quite away to the hotel. we got to the restaurant at 9pm. There was a lot of debate and by 9.10pm they decided we were too late for a meal. The bar advertises sandwiches but we were told that we couldn't get one as the restaurant hadn't yet closed! Eventually they agreed that if we ordered one at 10pm that would be ok. Too late for us so we had to go elsewhere. Which was a shame given that we were all inclusive. I agree it was our fault for being so late,
The staff at the reception were very helpful when my husband had his wallet stolen. They quickly changed the hotel electronic room key and phoned the police for us to make a report. They would also print of tickets for the observatory and boarding passes.
We selected this hotel as a base because it is close to the main TF1 road. You can't fault that and it only takes an hour to get to the Teide National Park. The main issue is that when you get back to the hotel you really struggle to find somewhere to park the car, We would not have chosen this hotel if the site had said limited free parking. The hotel is also only about 15 minutes drive to the airport. in the south of the island.
The entertainment at the hotel sounded good. Although its not our scene we could hear that they were playing some of the music we like. Popular records from several eras. There were different entertainers each evening. Our room was quite a way from the entertainment. The music normally ends at 10pm. you can't hear the disco. if you do have you children ask for a room that is not above the main entrance to the hotel as I think they would be quite noisy in the evening,
The rooms are air-conditioned which is good although the air-con is not very efficient so the room can still get warm. A couple of evenings were turned it off and opened the window.
The junior suite was very nice. It had a large king size bed, plenty of space and a bathroom with whirlpool bath, bidet and two sinks. It had a large balcony with a pleasant view.
If you like modern resorts and want to have a relaxing break this maybe the hotel for you. It was good value for money. If you are like us and want to tour the island by car you maybe frustrated at the lack of flexibility and car parking.More

Comfortable place to stay
Stayed at this Hotel from 6th to 17th November 2015. Given that the Hotel has 413 Rooms I found it to be really up market in appearance. I was really impressed by the dress code, helpfulness, manners and friendliness of all members of staff. The room that I occupied was very spacious, comfortable well appointed and spotlessly clean. Towels were changed every day and bed sheets every second day. Food was to a good standard with a good choice. The pool area was a bit of a disappointment as the sun only shone on the one side of the sunbathing area but the answer was to retreat to the roof solarium which has two small pools and a bar for light refreshments.More

We stayed here for a week in November. Hotel is nice very clean and well looked after. The hotel is well up in Adeje and with plenty of public transport no problems there. If you wanted to go into the attractions you would need to walk down the hill. Rooms are well proportined in size and facilities are very good. We didn't try the nudist rooftop terrace. The pool was a let down in respect of not being heated and was very cold. I guess thats why no one was ever in it. Meals were good plenty to choose from although a bit of the same every night. The staff were not very friendly in the dinning area and seemed to be running about all over the place. Maybe taking a few moments to say hi and how are you might of been nice. Front desk staff were lovely and friendly so suggest maybe taking a small piece of that and putting it into the dinning staff. Overall i found the hotel to be of a good standard. I guess the question is would i stay again ? No i would want to be further down the hill and nearer the attractions.More
