This is my fifth return to the hotel in three years. This time I had an accident one first day of my holiday which i required a wheelchair for the rest of my holiday, they changed my room to a low floor which was easy access for me. All the staff where brilliant with me helping me get about the hotel and helping me in the restaurant.
The rooms are very spacious which helped me a lot, the only problem we had this time was the early hour arguments which people where having outside the room, but they where dealt with very quickly.
The food was excellent as usual with a lot of variety, cannot return to the hotel for new year.More

Best holiday ever
Just back home from an amazing holiday at the playaolid and I have to say a massive thanks to all the brilliant staff always smiling and joking the rooms are comfortable and spacious food very good and the entertainment was 1st class thanks to everyone who made this the best ever More
Certainly a 3 star hotel
Arrived at the hotel with friends that were visiting Tenerife for the first time, was told to eat first before checking in as the restaurant was closing, had a nice quiet room at the back of the hotel, ground floor
Room was a Studio, it was clean & tidy and a good size , beds & towels changed regular except when it was the cleaners day off
Food, Breakfast was the best, lunch was more or less the same every day, evening meal was mainly Pork, we were All Inclusive and couldn't even get a hot drink with our evening meal as the machines were covered over, this hotel is supposed to be known for their Steak, it was done on the grill one night and it was tiny bits of meat more like a Minute Steak from Iceland, desserts were very repetitive
Air Con: There is none, only a ceiling Fan in your room, Air Con in Reception was only on once while we stayed there, it was 30+ degrees so not good
WIFI is none existent , I even paid 12 Euro to have it in the room and still got nothing
The Bar is a joke as it only opens at 6.30 at night til midnight, but if you are All Inclusive you had to pay for your drinks for the last hour, in the day you have to get your drinks from the Pool Bars in Plastic Cups obviously, Coke & orange were flat most of the time
This is certainly a 3 Star hotel , would not stay there again or recommend to friends
PlayaOlid is on a hill, so no good for the elderly
Costa Adeje has shops, bars & restaurants, lovely bars down by the sea where you can just sit & relaxMore
