Good Value - great food

This was a last minute booking for us - the hotel was good although our room was a little dated - staff were nice and the all inclusive food far exceeded our expectations. Good value we booked with Thomas Cook and had unlimited access to Siam park which is close by and great for kids. Hotel is close to beach and although there has been some reviews regarding the hill to he hotel we found this not to be troublesome. All in all great value would return to this hotel.More

Excellent entertainment

New to trip advisor Stayed here May 2014 for 10 nights all inclusive and this was one of the best holidays we've had, but mainly due to the entertainment team Josh and Maggie. They worked so hard everyday and night making sure everyone was entertained. Food was typical buffet style 3* food but there was a lot of variety. We booked the the hotel with Siam park included which was well worth it as Siam park is amazing and the kids loved it. More

Lovely holiday

Stayed at the hotel from the 10th till 17th July with my partner and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in room 1403 overlooking the main pool and the room was very big and spacious with a kitchen and a lounge air and balcony. I'd read some reviews before I went and I have to say the food on the whole was lovely although I would say theyre could be a bit more variety however the themed nights were fantastic like Spanish, mexican and Asian. The location is simply unbeatable, a nice 6 or 7 minute walk down to the beautiful harbour and beach passing all the fantastic bars and restaurants. I went all inclusive but my only main criticism of the hotel was that the alcohol was watered down and although I didn't go to get drunk every night, it would of been nice to feel a bit tipsy after 20 Malibu and cokes but they didn't do anything! Pubs out to visit are the pub which is next to the hotel, and bar unique which has an unreal singer on 4 nights a week called Kenny g, we had a few brilliant nights in there. Also Loro parque and Siam park must be visited, it was 80 euros for a double ticket which people will see is amazing value and made my holiday for me. One thing I was disappointed about was on our last day we were suppose to get picked up to go to the airport and the coach just drove past us, the Thomas Cook rep called Adam was very unhelpful in my opinion as there was no way of contacting him to ask why it happened, luckily we got a taxi with a nice Scottish family we met otherwise we would of had to make our own way. Never the less a lovely holiday and I'd definitely go back but self catering as eating and drinking out is amazing!More

Average....Brits Abroad

Before I paint a bad picture of this hotel I should state that the staff work tirelessly and are a credit to the hotel. The rooms are spacious but old and the beds are rock hard. The food is plentiful but could do with being hotter as mostly cold. The restaurant is a cattle market and a hot bed for over indulgent people who think all inclusive means waste as much as possible. I'm afraid to say that it's the holiday makers that ruin what is a nice hotel, mainly starting on the "vodka slushies" as soon as the shutters go up on the bar. If your looking for peace you wont find it here.More

Summer holidays 2014

Lovely place would go again choice of pools , our apartment overlooked one of them . Apartment was roomy looked a bit short on kitchen equipment but we managed only had breakfast there anyway , shops for food/drink footsteps away . What you couldn't get in one you could get in another . Evening entertainment n bar service is rubbish big Q and only getting served 2 drinks at a time !! But we was self catering and was out every night anyway ! Literally 5 mins walk from main strip every way you looked there was bars restaurants and shops ! Throughly enjoyed by all ! Me and hubby booking up to go next year. More
