Not worth the money

The location and the staff at this hotel are great, the refurbished rooms are lovely. The thing thT lets this hotel down is the restaurant which is more like a canteen!!!! The food is good but the canteen isn't big enough for the amount of people the hotel can hold. They ran out of plates, cutlery and cups. There were not enough tables so people were turned away and asked to come back at a later time!! All inclusive doesn't cover you for certain foods and ice creams - you are. Hanged for these!!More

Great apartments

The apartments are lovely, spacious and kept very clean. The food (if all inclusive) is a bit hit and miss though apart from the Tex-Mex night which was lovely and very tasty. The staff are wonderful and the alcoholic drinks are not watered down. We would definitely stay there again!More

Excellent family holiday - will return!

Lovely apartments and complex. Staff were very helpful and the food was varied and there was plenty of it. Loved the house wine on tap - which was very drinkable. Overall an excellent holiday in a lovely location. If you are looking for an affordable family holiday with clean comfortable accommodation and good food - this is your place.More

Mimsby,

GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY

My partner and I stayed here from the 7th to the 21st of june all inclusive and we were not disappointed. On arrival we were greeted with a friendly smile and a quick check in and told there was a cold meal in the restaurant which was great as we didn't arrive till 21.30. We had a premium room and was not disappointed with it. There was plenty of space with nice decor a fridge which was actually cold a TV with British channels and a table with comfortable seats as well as a sofa bed. We had reservations about there being no air conditioning only a ceiling fan in the bedroom but we needn't had worried as it did cool the room down at night. Our room was next to a main road and there was some noise at night but nothing major. The maids done a great job of cleaning the room everyday apart from a Thursday and Sunday which was there days off. ( not a problem). We were impressed with the food and quality of it we always got something that we liked and the theme nights were great especially the Mexican night. One criticism there was not a great soup selection (only one kind of soup) but apart from that I can't fault it. The restaurant is well layed out and easy to find your way about unlike some other hotels we have stayed at where it is like a maze. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful and always had a smile for you. The 2 pools are of good size and we always got a sun bed whether it was pool 1 or pool 2 and even up on the terrace. There was always entertainment and activities during the day to keep the kids and adults entertained. I can't comment on the evening entertainment as we usually went out at night. You are about a 15 minute walk to the local pubs and restaurants although there is a good place called the pub only 2 minutes from the hotel we had many a great night in here. All in all we had a fantastic fortnight here and I would not hesitate in booking another fortnight (hopefully next year). Thanks to all the staff at the hotel you made us feel so welcome and you all do a great job. We can't wait to come back and that is credit to all the staff with all the hard work that they do. WELL DONE KEEP IT UP.More

Hullabaloo75,

Friendly Staff, Rooms were spotless, entertainment team always getting everybody involved

Stayed here in August 2013, arrived late at night but we were greeted by friendly staff and checked in promptly, we were in an upgraded room that had not long been refurbished, we were staying on an all inclusive basis and there was a dinner for me, my partner and daughter waiting on the table for us, it was chicken leg, cold meat, cheese and some crisps also a bottle of champagne which i thought was really thoughtful and made us quite happy after a long day of traveling, were were just across the bridge i think it was room 301. there are 2 pools, both with a bar, but the one at the top has music and daily activities, this is where we spent most of out holiday, the staff at the pool bars were very friendly, i cant fault this hotel at all, the entertainment at night was quite good too and always got everyone involved, will defo be returning to here The food was always varied and there is meat and fish being made to order and every dinner time, also Omelette being made fresh every breakfast.More
