The one-bedroom apartment is smart and stylish. The chocolate coloured theme runs throughout giving it a fresh, modern feel. It sleeps up to three adults and one child with twin beds and an extra sofa-bed in the lounge with a flatscreen TV. Outside, you have your own balcony.
I visited here with my partner. We cannot fault the hotel in any way. Rooms were very clean, staff were friendly and the atmosphere in the hotel was always welcoming. Food was good, we both enjoyed the themed food evenings. Lunch was repetitive however, we couldn't grumble with the choice that there was. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. More
This is our second stay at the hotel. Stayed a few years ago on a self catering basis. It was a bit of a struggle due to lack cooking facilities. Went all inclusive this time. Good selection of food. It does get busy at times in the restaurant but the staff are very good. They dont stop and are always happy to help. This goes for the reception staff also. All very professional in my opinion. The room we had this time around was one of the newer ones. Lovely and clean. The cleaners do a great job, day in and day out. Had an issue with the sofa bed. My partner got eaten by it a few times. It trapped her like a Venus fly trap. Left some nasty bruises. Rep didn't really show much interest when informed. Not great customer service in that respect. Due to knowing the area from past visits we ate out now and again. There's a Chinese and a Pizzaria a short hop from the hotel. Great food from both places. Highly recommended. Loads to do in the area for both kids and adults. May come back again in the future. Thanks Playa Olid. Before I forget. Please sort your Wi fi out!@
Having moved from another hotel unfortunately we only had 5 days here. Food was amazing and lots to choose from. Rooms we're lovely and cleaned every day. Staff were polite and friendly. Deffo would stay here again ððMore

Grew on me!
Just returned from a week here with my son, At first I felt that the hotel had a slightly down market feel about it, especially around the swimming pool area, but as the week went on I started to like it.
We had a nice spacious apartment which had a private balcony which wasn't overlooked. As stated by others, no aircon, but we didn't find that we needed it, nor did we hire a fan. Room was large, modern, bright and airy, although it was up 3 flights of steps, no problem for us, but could be for others I guess.
Swimming pools are small, and packed with sun loungers around them, all of which seemed to have towels on them by 9am. During the day the pools were heaving and we could not enjoy the pools, simply too many people.
The restaurant was fine, so long as you dont go at peak times. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We actually liked the food and the hotel goes to a great deal of effort to please the guests. There was always good, hot, food available, and including various themed nights (Indian, Chinese, Mexican, Spanish), and the plentiful desserts were
really lovely. l
The hotel is in a good location, about 10-15 minutes walk from the nearby nice beach with its array of excellent watersports. Its also about 10 mins free bus ride away from the amazing Siam Park.
Entertainment at the hotel was a bit hit and miss, however they clearly go to lots of effort.
In summary, we enjoyed our week here despite initial reservations. Staff are very friendly and they go to great efforts to look after the guests. A nice placeMore
