First Choice Kids’ Club caters for 3 to 12 year olds – so brothers and sisters can join in the fun together. And most of it’s completely free. It runs 5 days a week and – outside of peak season – there are parent and toddler sessions for under 3s, too. For your peace of mind, all First Choice Kids’ Club staff have advance DBS checks and hold NVQ Level 2 childcare qualifications. They’re First Aid trained, and there’ll be at least 2 of them on duty at all times. Plus there’s a strict sign-in and out system.

We stayed here in August 2015 for 2 weeks in a kids themed room on the Mestral side.
The apartments are perfect, room cleaned regularly. Our room was next to the pool and bar area and with the doors shut you couldn't hear any outside noise at all. The hotel itself and the grounds are immaculate. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.
We were all inclusive and the restaurant offered lots of variety...Yes there can be a Que but it's not for long. The food is very fresh and the restaurant is extremely clean and well maintained. There are birds (sparrows) in the outdoor bit, but they are not a problem, my children enjoyed watching them.
The resort of Santo Tomas is small, and only a couple of shops nearby. The next resort of son bon would be an hours walk with kids. It would depend on what you wanted for a holiday if you found that an issue. Having 2 children (5&3) who need to be in bed before 11pm on holiday then it's not a problem...in fact it's perfect as the resort after 11pm is very quiet.
We've never used a kids club before, but it was brilliant, with morning or afternoon sessions. It's a separate building and they are very strict with safeguards. We could relax knowing the children were safe and having a great time. It gave them time out from the sun, and they made some lovely friends.
The Reps, kids Club and Entertainment team were fantastic, they worked extremely hard. We have to say a special thank you to Morgan and Jess who were absolutely amazing with the children. I know that they made my children's holiday and with that made our holiday too-we've had to download the music so they can play Captin Morgan and Jelly Bean Jess at home.
A fab place to go with children, would highly recommend it. Thanks Guys x More

What a brilliant holiday. The reviews pretty much summarise what a great place this is. The rooms are a little dated but didn't cause me to complain. The pools were fab and we never struggled to find sun beds. The food was great my favourite being breakfast, usually one of the first people down meant piece and quiet and a great choice of food, bliss. The kids club was one of the best and my daughter and friends absolutely loved their time at the club, special mention to Vicky. The best part of our holiday was the entertainment and reps, Morgan and Jess were fantastic and really made our holiday. They really loved the children and I was so impressed with their attitude, they were brilliant and even on the days we were struck with rain they made so much effort to make sure we were entertained. Evening entertainment was so so but the reps along with Morgan and Jess tried really hard to make sure everyone was entertained, I however did not enjoy "planking against Jess" but it was great to get involved ð I loved the reps v client days, never laughed so much playing water polo against them (Mikey was hilarious). All in all a great holiday, highly recommendedMore
Excellent holiday for young children
Just returned from 10 day stay, we had a 2 bed apartment on the Mistral side. Apartment was modern and very clean. Towels were changed 4 times and sheets 3 times during our stay. We upgraded to all inclusive on arrival â¬33 per adult and 50% off for 1st child, good food selection with healthy choices.
Pools were clean and no issues getting a sun bed although beds were reserved by others early in the morning which is a little frustrating.
Thomson reps and kids club were excellent as was the beach with shallow waters.
Definitely a place for young children I would say over 7-8 would need something else. We probably won't go back as such a small resort but would recommend to others, although I did notice that the cost for next year is nearly £1k more which seems excessive.More

Mestral and llebeig santo tomas
Absolutely amazing place to stay if you have young children. The staff work so hard to ensure that your holiday is prefect! The restaurant is very very well run. The food is better than any resturant near by. Apartments are clean and very smart. We have had a Stress free holiday with a 8 year old and a 3 year old. Beach is beautiful and a 1 min walk away. Definitely do not pay Thomson for all inclusive just upgrade when you get here, saves a lot of money. Brilliant holiday we will be back xMore
Overall very good
We've just returned from a two week all inclusive trip with a two and twelve year old. We were on the quiet llebeig side in E block which is good as faces pool rather than road. I wouldn't have liked to be on the other side as it is a lot busier by the pool with the kids area.
Generally the resort is not too hectic and the bonus is that the evening entertainment is quite far away on the other side of the road.
We were all inclusive and I think if you weren't you would struggle to find good restaurants, the ones we did go to were disappointing in the immediate area.
What the place doesn't sell in enough on the website is how great and close the beach and beach front is with a lovely walk all along, the area is immaculate, friendly and perfect for children.
The grounds of the apartments are also excellent, really clean and spacious and feels really safe for children. The pool and bar on our side was good and clean and the apartment was good too, although the bathroom could do with upgrading.
The hotel should do something to stop the hugely irritating habit people have of saving sunbeds at the crack of dawn and then not using them until hours later.
The evening entertainment was good for kids but nothing to write home about after that for adults. Food for breakfast and lunch was perfect, tables cleared quickly and although busy not too bad at all.
In the evening the food was fine but I think maybe it would be better if they varied it a little to add in some specials every once in a while as it did get a bit boring. Generally though I'd estimate a saving of £1000 over two weeks on food for not eating out all the time.
Reps v helpful, bus trips out easy, island is beautiful, would go again.
