First Choice Kids' Club May to October
First Choice Kids’ Club caters for 3 to 12 year olds – so brothers and sisters can join in the fun together. And most of it’s completely free. It runs 5 days a week and – outside of peak season – there are parent and toddler sessions for under 3s, too. For your peace of mind, all First Choice Kids’ Club staff have advance DBS checks and hold NVQ Level 2 childcare qualifications. They’re First Aid trained, and there’ll be at least 2 of them on duty at all times. Plus there’s a strict sign-in and out system.
The large outdoor pool is surrounded by a sun terrace aligned with sunbeds and parasols. There's a separate section for children here too.
The splash pool for the little ones comes with slides and water fountains. There's sunbeds and parasols for the supervising adults too.

The rooms are very comfortable, suitable for self-catering with kitchenette. Nice with a dining table, comfortable beds. Windows all have outside - safe - shutters and the air conditioning is very good. The Restaurant "Las Dunas" serves very nice food, with a smaller selection of food than I have seen at other hotels - the food tasted much fresher. The very nice beach is close and there is a path straight there. All of the apartment staff - receptionists and restaurant staff - were extremely friendly and helpful. Santo Tomas is a quiet area but service buses run to Ciutadella and Mahon - very easy to do. I would definitely stay here again. Menorca is a magnificent island,More

Great family accomodation
Our one bed apartment was adequate space for my husband and I with our 4 year old and one year old. The 4 year old was on the sofa bed that we didn't pull out in the interest of saving space and the sofa was long enough for her anyway! We used the cot provided by the hotel at an extra fee of â¬4 a night. The pools were basic but pleasant to be around with a quieter pool and a pool with music and activities. The splash pool area was great fun but a bit of extra shade would have been appreciated! Food in the Las Dunas restaurant was of excellent quality and good variety for all 3 meals. The beach was a short walk away and had a gentle gradient perfect for children. Santo Tomas is a small quiet resort but perfect for our current situation. The entertainment in the hotel was great for young children and finished at 10pm Would definitely recommend. Very friendly and fun place.More

Great Family Holiday!!
I stayed here July for 2 weeks with my husband and 3 kids ages 13,7 and 2. We stayed at the Mestral side which is busier, all the day activities go in here it is also were splash pool is, and next to the kids club, which suited us. The rooms are a good size, well maintained and cleaned twice a week. The food was good in the restaurant and bar snacks adequate,we did get a little bored as stayed for 2 weeks so had a couple of meals out. El pins restaurant overlooking beach was quality. Drinks always available no queues and bar staff friendly. Kids club was great staff very good and lots of different activities/games, my 2 youngest wanted to go most mornings it can get busy but if they don't get in you are put down on the list for afternoon and get priority. All Reps are brilliant especially Morgan she goes beyond her duty to talk to all and remembers the kids names which is nice. The resort is small and un-spoilt but has enough shops and restaurants without being tacky.More

Good basic holiday
Room was big and clean, there was a lot of food choice although some sort of air con or fans for air flow would be good in the dining area. The pools were good and staff very helpful. The entertainment staff were very friendly and good with the kids.More

Good but not good enough
The apartment was big enough for us four but we were suprised to be asked for money for a cot when we had asked our travel agent prior to leaving we were told that coys were provided. Cleaning is my biggest issue; in a party with a baby i would expect a nappy bin and bins to be emptied- i t was emptied only once this is not good enough. Rooms were not ready when we arrived which meant a three hour wait this was not good enough. Entertainment was lacking and seemed to focus on a couple of groups who loudly drank in the pool area leaving the rest of us to watch not good enough. Pool area toilet is filthy and not good enough. The food is nice but lacks variety and the trsturarnt is filthy with tables not wiped and bird poo on chairs this is not good enough. We paid for all inclusive but the bar in the main area was a cash bar and werent allowed to bring drinks over there when i pay three grand for a week this is not acceptable to be made to feel like we are cheap for not wanting to buy drinks from a cash bar. Kids club does not have enough places for all kids booked and paid for which leaves kids out of sessions this disappointed my kids and was not good enough. Pool side there was no music. Not good enough. More
