Hotel Sol Falco

With a pool for every day of the week, kids' fancy dress sessions, and acrobatic evening shows, the Hotel Sol Falco is a good call for families. On top of that, it's got an enviable location close to sandy Son Xoriguer Beach.

The Hotel Sol Falco has got the fun factor when it comes to facilities. Not only does this hotel have 7 swimming pools, it’s also got a games room that’s crammed with arcade games and pool tables, and a Yabba Dabba Doo shop that’s dedicated to The Flintstones.

The entertainment programme keeps things lively. During the day, children can get involved with fancy dress events, like pirate and superhero sessions, and creative workshops. In the evening, families can get together to watch shows, like acrobatics or flamenco dancing.

The hotel restaurant mixes the weekly menu up with theme nights and show cooking stations. The Italian corner is a big hit with kids, thanks to the freshly-baked pizzas.

Finally, the property is in a good location. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to Son Xoriguer Beach, which has a great reputation for watersports. Plus, it’s a 15-minute walk to the centre of Cala’n Bosch and its cafes, bars and restaurants.

Nice hotel

Travelled here for a week in September, weather was very hot temp in the 30s so air on in room was needed in the room, this was working well. Hotel is spread out like a Spanish village with 7 swimming pools so you can always find a quite corner to sit and chill, or find a spot at one of the quite pools one if which is adult only. Staff are excellent with good service, always with a smile. They keep the hotel areas clean and free from clutter glasses etc. Being all inclusive food and drink are plentiful. Food is served buffet style with plenty of choice and is replenished constantly, I would rate this as 4 star quantity but only 3 star quality. You can always find something to eat. Rooms are basic and in need of freshening up, still have old square box tv's but are clean with maids in daily, towels and linen are ok ask for a room overlooking one of the quite pools for a good nights sleep. Evening entertainment is done by the animation team who work hard to please, ok if you like watching musicals grease, mama Mia etc I find it strange that with a lot of English speaking guests these shows are done in Spanish? A couple of other shows done during the week with visiting live artists. Hotel is close to beach and marina for those that like a change of scenery and there are some excellent restaurants to choose from around the marina. All in all a good 3star all inclusive hotel.More

Nice Place

Staff at this hotel are excellent, they are all friendly and helpful, they work constantly to keep the whole hotel clean and free from rubbish glasses etc. hotel is big enough to find a quiet corner or space at one of the quiet pools. if you want busy and active then stay round the 3 main pools where you will be entertained. Food is plentiful with a good choice and is constantly replaced so looks fresh, chefs are on hand to cook any food that you may find is not cooked enough for your taste. rooms are basic and in need of a refurb as they still have old square box TV's,but are clean and the maids are in daily to re do beds etc. this is a good 3* hotelMore

Good value

The hotel is a series of blocks in large ground spread around the 7 pools 3 of which are in the main entertainment area the others are less noisy there a re no lifts and the blocks are over 3 floor We found the staff very friendly and the animation team were great with the children but also made a big effort to speak and involve those without young families _ with a special mention of thanks to Pablo ,The evening entertainment was spot on with a mix of pro acts one night and the in house team the next The food was varied and well cooked at all meal times but never hot , just warm ,the daytime snacks were great too . The All inc. package includes bottled water which we have not had before on AI The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and in a good location about 10-15 stroll to the beach (small and a bit rocky ) or Marina ,maybe a be longer with small children , there is a bus stop out side the hotel and it 1 euro to the marina if you cant walk it When full the hotel can have up to 1200 guests and I think it would feel a bit over full , there was about 300 when we stayed so no queues etcMore
