Available from May 2017. Designed for 3 to 11-year-olds, our Kids’ Clubs by Family Life offer daytime activities, five times a week. To ensure all activities suit your little and not-so-little ones, we’ve split the Clubs into age groups and tailored the activities for each. Just like in our Family Life resorts, there’s Bamse Club for 3 to 5-year-olds and @611 Club for 6 to 11-year olds, so you and your kids get a taste of the full experience. For your peace of mind, all of our Kids’ Club team are trained to UK standards by TUI, and have undergone relevant checks. It's in the neighbouring hotel Safari Park.

I wouldn't normally visit the same hotel twice as it's nice to see different places, but with a 2 year old and a 6 year old, you just want to guarantee a great hotel in a great resort.
The staff are so lovely and can't do enough to help. We were even given the same room as we had last June - perfect. The rooms are immaculate, modern and bright. We had a suite facing the pool which was lovely and quiet, even at night, no entertainment noise. Wifi was brill so the boys could use their iPads for a while after a busy day by the pool.
The pool is great for little ones and adults alike. We never struggled to get a sun bed at any time of the day. Most days we weren't down there till about 11am by the time we'd had breakfast.
We borrowed the free bikes from the clubhouse a couple of times, played mini golf and visited the waterpark. For a small charge the waterpark is great value, again loads of spare sun beds and the food, drinks and ice creams are all included :)
The variety and quality of food in the restaurant was excellent. We were all inclusive and it's worth the small increase in price from half board to know the kids can have something to eat or drink whenever they like.
Another fabulous time at the Sa Coma Playa, just a shame it will be another year before we can go back, the boys are already asking! More

My wife and I were looking for somewhere special to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, we carefully considered many worldwide destinations, but invariably upon checking trip adviser reviews and more importantly traveller photos we discounted many holidays. Then, quite by chance, we found the Protur Sa Coma. All the reviews sold the place to us.
We are very discerning, travel very frequently, but have to say WE WERE EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!!! (If only all hotels could be as good as this). We were unable to fault ANY aspect of this superb establishment.
WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK CHEJ AND ALL THE FANTASTIC STAFF; THEY MADE OUR ANNIVERSARY REALLY SPECIAL.
We would recommend anyone who appreciates quality food, fantastic entertainment, modern comfortable accommodation, and dedicated friendly staff, should visit this hotel.
This is now our number one hotel and we have had hundreds of foreign holidays.More

Protur Sa Coma Playa Hotel - June 2016.
We last visited this hotel in 2013. Since that time it has undergone extensive modernisation - for the better.
Upon arrival, entering our first floor room , there was an immediate WOW factor. Stunning furniture and decor. Our initial delight was tempered by our disappointment in finding the room had only a shower - NO BATH. To add insult to injury, unless a towel was placed across the shower threshold, it flooded the bathroom and bedroom hallway - making a slippery floor surface - a danger to mature patrons such as ourselves. A request to reception for a room with a bath was politely declined as the hotel was full.
It took us a day to realise that the air conditioning only worked when the balcony doors were closed and a further day to realize that the air conditioning was not working. However within 10 minutes of reporting this, a maintenance man was at the door and the fault rectified within ten minutes, providing us thankfully with a cool room.
The room could really do with a folder, detailing the amenities available to guests and how access to them could be obtained.
The room boasted an excellent secluded balcony overlooking a private swimming pool set in a landscaped garden.
The room had an excellent Hi-Definition Grundig television. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it had a full range of British television channels. Excellent.
The mattress was hard and the pillows limp, lifeless and flat providing virtually no support. Sleep was not good.
Reception staff were brilliant - nothing was too much trouble and they provided excellent service.Bar staff and waiters were friendly, helpful and polite.
There was free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
THE ROOM CLEANING STAFF LEFT MUCH TO BE DESIRED!
On Day Two we were forced to make our own bed.
There was intermittent restocking of the Mini-Bar. Then we found we had three door keys,( We were only issued with two.) This allegedly occurred when a maid brought next door's room key into our room wrapped in a blanket, panicked and left this door key in our room?????????? Shabby housekeeping,
We returned to our room at 1400HRS on Day Four for siesta, to find that it had not been cleaned, despite hanging the the sign requesting room cleaning on the outside door from 0800HRS that morning.
Upon paying our bill on the evening of Day Six we were asked by the reception staff if we had used anything in the Mini- Bar. The maid had not only failed to restock it, but had removed the used item form on Day Two and never replaced it, so there was no record of items used!!!!!!!!
On our final morning before departure we were sitting in our room enjoying a last coffee, when reception rang. For the first time, the receptionist had a poor English language skills. She told us that our departure time had changed, and when I queried this she became confused and hard to understand,This panicked us and abandoning the room and attending reception, we found that room cleaning services had our incorrect departure time and had contacted reception, wondering why we had not vacated the room.
Our other major disappointment was the food. There was only one hot food serving area situated in the corner of the main dining room. This caused inevitable long queues, so that by the time you returned to your table the food was lukewarm or cold. Food labelling was haphazard and need more translation as my Spanish language skills are poor..
Food selection was good but not as good as other comparable four star hotels. The profiteroles were to die for.
in my opinion this hotel is BARELY of a four star quality. We have certainly recently stayed in four star hotels in the Canaries which offer a higher standard of food and amenities.
Having said that, should we return to Majorca again, I would certainly consider staying at this hotel. It has an excellent location in a modern clean resort.More

Excellent hotel, very close to the beach
Rooms are very nicely decorated, ours only had a shower, but it's large, and puts out plenty of water. The beds were on the hard side for us, but I think for the first time we had really comfortable pillows.
There was a sofa bed too, which when folded out was perfect height for our 2 year to climb in and out of.
The balconies are very safe, with a transparent glass screen covering the entire length, so we could leave the door open without any concerns that our daughter might fall off, or try to climb.
Cleaning didn't happen at the same time every day, and would sometimes be during the afternoon.
Also the mini-bar doesn't get restocked on a Saturday, just be aware if you use it, although it's staggeringly expensive and there's a whole selection of cheap supermarkets within a 2 minute walk of the hotel.
The pool is good, we didn't use the adult only as we had a 2 year old, but it was big enough not to feel crowded.
The food in the restaurant is good, if you go with everyone else you'll encounter queues for the hot generic section, as per usual in these places the theme food is usually ignored, and was really quite good. However if you can time your eating outside of the initial rush there is basically no queue for anything.
Desserts were distinctly meh unfortunately.
The beach is 800m away and is a flat walk, took us 10 minutes with the toddler in her buggy, and 20 minutes when she was walking. There is a wide path along the edge of the beach which allows great walks around the bay.
I can happily say without a doubt this is the best package style hotel I've ever stayed in, and we were very disappointed to be coming home after only 5 days, and we really wish we'd booked for longer.More
hotel was excellent, room spacious and very clean with cleaning every da,y lovely balcony overlooking adult pool, very quite
food was very good although the waiters were so busy they not very friendly and whipped the plate away just as you finished, could have given a few smiles out,
the only fault with this holiday is the distance to the beach
the rep told me 10 min walk no no timed it took me nearly 30 mins to get there so stayed round the pool, if you are not very mobile don't go.More
