Thats the most amazing place i ve ever been in! As it s in a strategic emplacement

I ve been in Protur sa coma hotel in the first two weeks of october. Trust me, those moments were just so beautiful. Everything's good. The hotel is so clean and its rooms are so well organized and well equiped as they have a romantic view to the swimming pool. You should taste the food in the restaurant. It was so delicious and variable !! The hotel is near to the beautiful beach you can get there in 3 minutes walking... Honestly, i cannot forget a staff there especially the manager his name was CHEI. Always smiling and extremely friendly. I will definitely come back again . I already booked for the next april . Lived up to expectations and more

I booked for a week with my mum and boyfriend and was looking for somewhere that would cater to all our interests. We lost my dad in May so this was a much needed holiday. The location of the hotel is great - I preferred that it was slightly away from the beach and closer to the nature reserve as this gave it a much more tranquil setting. The nature reserve, Punt de N'Amer is great for a morning walk and the beach at Sa Coma is beautiful with white sand, clear sea and is quite shallow so good for children. All the grounds at the Hotel are kept beautifully clean, with lots of well-maintained planting to screen the surrounding hotels. The outdoor pools were unheated but there was also a hot-tub and a smaller indoor pool which was very peaceful. We also made use of the fantastic spa facilities at the Biomar when we had a rainy afternoon. The free sports facilities were great - particularly the excellent clay tennis courts and the hilarious 2 x 18 hole mini golf courses. The free bikes were not a bit hit and miss - get there early to get a good one as the germans were queueing before 10am. Our first time we got some great bikes and made it to Arta (a lovely historic town) and back on them - however on the second attempt the chain snapped within 5 minutes. We think they could do with a bit of TLC over the winter season! It was a bit disappointing that the week we were there they didnt have the morning relaxation classes as this was what my mum was really keen on, also that there wasnt any Yoga or Ta Chi at the Biomar, possibly because we were staying out of season. I booked direct with the hotel and they gave us excellent adjoining rooms on the 1st floor. All the staff were lovely and make the hotel a joy to stay in - really helpful and chatty, always smiling. and very good with children. We booked half board and the breakfast and evening buffet were enough to keep us going all day. We particularly enjoyed the salads and local dishes and I always had a bowl of the gorgeous Gazpacho. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to go back again some time soon.More

Yet another fantastic holiday

We have now spent our last 5 summer holidays here. Everything is perfect. The rooms really have the wow factor. The hotel, pool area, grounds and rooms are spotless. There is a huge variety of food and anyone who says they cannot find anything they like must have very perculiar taste. All of the staff from pool cleaner, room cleaners, reception staff, waiters and managers could not be more friendly and helpful. We always think about going elsewhere but know it would be a disappointment in comparison so we're already planning our 3 week return next year. We're getting excited already... If you haven't already, check out the hotel's version of 'happy' on you tube. It's great!More

Lovely stay in August/September!

My husband and I stayed here for 10 nights at the end of August/beginning of September 2014. The hotel was lovely and our room was modern and very clean. We had a room over looking the main pool which was a lovely bonus, the bathroom had a waterfall type shower (with great water pressure!) which was great as most other hotel bathrooms can be poor. It was my husbands 30th birthday when we were there and the hotel gave us a bottle of cava for the celebration - which was a lovely surprise! We were half board; the breakfasts and dinners were good though we did eat out a few nights as although there was a good variety it could be repetitive over 10 nights! One thing we really liked was that you were able to eat in one/two (depending on length of your stay) of the hotels specialty restaurants - we had the opportunity to eat in the mexican and the indian ones - we would 100% recommend the indian - it was delicious!! The pool was nice and we never had any problems getting sun loungers. The pool bar had a good selection of drinks and icecreams etc - and not too expensive either. The hotel is near the centre of Sa Coma - literally a few minutes walk. It is also in a good location to walk onto Cala Millor and Cala Bona which would be a bit more lively, walking to Cala Millor took about 15/20 mins (slow pace). At times we took a taxi home in the evening and it was 5-7 Euro. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday here in Sa Coma!More

Great hotel, will return

Myself and my husband visited this hotel for a week starting 30 September. Check in was quick, easy and the receptionist explained what the AI included. The room was great, we had emailed and requested a sunny room and we had room 208 which partly overlooked the main pool and had the sun all afternoon. The mini bar as included in our AI package, the walk in shower was very good. Facilities: the main pool was large and there were plenty of sunbeds and some cabanas, there is also a smaller pool and an indoor pool. Lots of activities available in the Safari hotel but cannot comment as we never went there. There were darts, pool and table tennis available in this hotel and games were organised. The evening entertainment was good with one stand out act being Il Duo who were excellent. Food: the buffet was very good, plenty of choice and the sparkling wine at breakfast was different and having a Bucks Fizz made us feel we were really being spoiled. We ate in the Indian Restaurant and we really enjoyed it. Staff: all the staff were great, the manager was always available and a special mention for Miguel one of the bar staff who introduced us to Mallorcan liquers. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and would recommend this hotel, we will definitely be returning.More
