It’s split into sections, with Tots for 3 to 5 year olds, Team for 6 to 8s, and Tribe for 9 to 11s. Best of all, most kids’ clubs activities are completely free. And outside of peak season, there are parent and toddler sessions 3 days a week, too. They’re First Aid trained, and there’ll be at least 2 of them on duty at all times. It's In the neighbouring hotel Safari Park.

Had a lovely family holiday here we stayed half board for two weeks in August. All the staff where friendly, our room were cleaned everyday nice fresh towels although we did find the air conditioning
not sufficient for the time of year. The pool area was great plenty of sun loungers, I would recommend a visit. More

SAME OLD, SAME OLD, SAME OLD. (AKA Donât even consider this hotel)
Visited Sa Coma Playa again, due to family circumstances a little later than usual, late October 2015.
Having visited the Playa many times before, I did realise this was at the very end of the season. The hotel was due to close for the winter.
Even though the season had almost ended and some rooms had been closed all amenities were open we did think that this would confirm our opinion and show just how professional the hotel really was. After receiving many years of excellent service and being treated like family I knew that it would, hence our new title, Same Old, Same Old, Same Old.
SAME OLD â¦. WELCOME, warm friendly and accommodating nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff or management
SAME OLD â¦. SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS, Once again I must state that this was the very end of season but no standards had been allowed to slip in any way, all staff and management charming, efficient and professional to the end.
SAME OLD ⦠Attention to detail so they make all their guests feel special.
As usual all the staff were excellent from the chef/restaurant manager/waiters/ waitresses/cleaners/check in/porters.
You will notice I have not mentioned Juan and Chej (the managers) I think that their greatest tribute to them both is that they instil a âwork withâ not a âwork forâ ethic, in all around them
When we left after our two weeks holiday we talked to people on our coach who were at other hotels and they were going out every day to buy food as they were told their hotel was closing and had limited staff and amenities. This would never happen at the Sa Coma Playa and we did recommend the hotel to them.
The standards are maintained for the whole season from start to finish, no exceptions.
Hence keep doing SAME OLD, SAME OLD, SAME OLD.
The only suggestions I would make would be to install a card gate accessing the pool area from the main road, as your sister hotel has done. This would also encourage guests returning from trips out to purchase drinks, etc. from the pool bar (which is excellent) instead of via the main entrance and going back to their room.
Secondly I feel that good Wi-Fi in the guestâs rooms has now become very important to most guests to enable them to keep in touch with their families, etc. and would be a real bonus to most.
Lastly, Congratulations, and a big THANK YOU to Chej, Juan and the whole team.
Hope to see you all again soon.More

Great sa coma hotel
We arrived 4am and the check in was quick . Had a little bit problem getting in to the room because the card key played up but the staff sorted it straight away. No welcome drinks but it's ok the kettle and tea facility is available in the room. It's a very big hotel it's one of the clusters of Prutor Hotels. I can not complain about this Hotel the service , the Food is the best it's 100 percent tasty . It can be busy but the staff work hard to keep up to the good service. They are very welcoming . The location and facilities are recommended as well. It's about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the beach . The swimming pool are very nice and you can pick from so many pool the hotel got. We used the indoor pool most of the time it's just me and my partner in there as people use the outdoor pool more. They got a free bike use and we loved it just go to the clubhouse they will asked for your hotel number and you got a bike to use for the day. The bus stop is just behind the hotel. The bio mar spa is just beside the hotel short cut near the indoor pool. Just need to pay small amount for using the nice Aqua spa. We had a good fun and looking forward to going back to this hotel.More
