A truly excellent hotel
The facilities are superb, the management is best in class. The staff are exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. You really could not fault it. Except for the food - very good indeed for a beuffet type deal but after 10 days it gets a bit same. But these Protur people really know what they are atMore

Love this Hotel!!!
Stayed here early May 2017 (4 adults) & what a fabulous hotel!! Rooms were modern looking and very clean, towels changed daily if required and beds made daily. Very spacious room & balcony. Free mini bar (if all inclusive) which included soft drinks and snacks. Beds were very comfy with a choice of pillows. Staff: The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Very approachable and willing to go the extra mile as well. They made special effort to help celebrate a party members birthday which fell during our stay. We were treated to a champagne breakfast, a cake, a decorated table and another bottle of wine left for us in our room. Food: There was an extremely wide selection of food & desserts to choose from at every meal time - even with a family of fussy eaters - which we are - we didn't have a problem finding food we liked. If all inclusive- free ice cream all day from the pool side bar. One of the party suffers from Coeliac disease which means following a Gluten Free diet and the hotel catered for him accordingly with a wide selection of food. The manager Chej was so helpful showing him exactly what he could have. Facilities: There were 2 pools, 1 being in a quiet zone for those seeking some quiet time. The main pool area was cleaned every morning including sun loungers. We had no problems in getting sun loungers throughout the day. Free WiFi throughout the hotel which was great! Daily activities arranged with the entertainment team- including darts/ping pong/target shooting/pool etc. Activity hub just a short stroll away where you can hire bikes and play mini golf/tennis/driving range etc. Mini golf free of charge, bikes required refundable deposit. 10 min walk from Sa coma beach. Supermarkets nearby. Overall: General cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional, food was amazing and cannot praise the staff highly enough with special mention to Chej the manager who made us feel very welcome the minute we arrived until the minute we left. He is an asset to the hotel. Would definitely return in a heartbeat, loved every minute, 10/10!!!!More
How is this hotel on 4 star!?
One of the best holidays I've had in the past few years at this stunning hotel! The rooms were very modern, spotless and cleaned with fresh towels every single day! All appliances in the room were efficient and seemed brand new! The food in the restaurant was extremely tasty and had an array of different options every night! I never felt like I ate the same thing twice! Did visit the a la carte Italian place in the Safari Park hotel which was also delicious! The pool was lovely and there seemed to be plenty of sun beds and cabanas available for everyone throughout the day due to the large number of people leaving at different times in the day! All the staff were multilingual and I couldn't fault their manners nor their commitment to their jobs! A great holiday and I would definitely return!More
One of the best
My wife and I spent a week here over the Easter Weekend, half board, and we both loved it. The resort of Sa Coma itself is very quiet but we like quiet. There are bars and eateries but not many and are a few minutes walk from the hotel. A lovely beach is 5-10 minute walk and Cala Millor, the closest busier resort is maybe 20 minutes walk away. The hotel itself is fantastic. We had the option of free cycling, free tennis, loads of Spa facilities available, at a cost, three pools including a quiet, no kids option. There are the usual excursions promoted but we declined. Our room was lovely and cleaned daily. Our balcony overlooked reception and got the sun from mid-morning until sunset. The ones on the other side of the building got hardly any; worthwhile asking about if you're a Sun worshipper. There is a supermarket close by but we found the prices much higher than those only a little further away. At dinner time we had to queue for a few minutes but the short wait was well worthwhile given the great selection and quality of the food. Really friendly and professional staff helped make our stay relaxing and memorable.More
Four Star hotel but can improve
Attending the .6 Mallorca Smooth JAZZ Festival and stayed in this hotel vs 5 star host hotel. Reception area was very nice. Check-in was smooth but included an additional unexpected tax. A little hard selling on surrendering a credit card for drinks( I did not give mine) since they are not included in the meal plan. Grounds were very well kept and the views were breathtaking. I never found the iron or ironing board(lol). There was a towel warmer but never knew how to use it(no instructions). Hotel may need to consider installing motion lighting in the hallways when guests are retuning to their rooms. Really scary once exiting the elevator or offer security escort for single ladies. Location was not far from restaurants, shops and the beach.More
