For your peace of mind, all of our Kids’ Club team are trained to UK standards by TUI, and have undergone relevant checks. It's in the neighbouring hotel Safari Park.

Visited 3 times but not recently. Went for a special birthday 2012 and twice since then. The location is small but the hotel and staff are fantastic. As a family with small children we were made to feel very special. Food absolutely great. We are going back august 2017 cant wait. Would fully recommend this hotel. SUPERBMore
Fairly good hotel
Been here for a business conference and left fairly satisfied. Rooms are generously sized with a double twin bed plus a sofa bed. Bathroom is also spacious and my room (with a view to the pool) was overall good. Buffet food was also fairly good: breakfast, lunch and dinner Business facilities (in the neighbouring five stars Protur Grand Hotel) are second to none and service is attentive. By the way, the hotel is huge with endless corridors and the feeling is definitely four stars, sometimes getting close to five.More
Excellent food and rooms
Very good food and we enjoyed the large pool. Rooms are decorated to a decent standard and there were a fair number of staff about most days to help with any enquiries. We've been to a couple of hotels near by and think this is probably the best..More

Amazed at the reviews - it's a 3 star ok place
Firstly we are a family of 3 with a 4 year old daughter. We were also meeting my parents here at the hotel on 1 weeks all inclusive. The previous week we had stayed in Puerto Pollenca on the pine walk, which is beautiful , which was our 4th visit - you must go. However 2nd week we wanted somewhere easy for our daughter , pool , food , all inclusive , kids disco , and activities. We don't usually like all inclusive but we have done 4+ now (mainly in Lanzarote) and they are great for our daughter especially kids disco, highlight of the day! As above we were already in Mallorca so 2nd week let's do all inclusive. Read the reviews on here which gave me the impression I was going to a top end hotel. After being there I am quite shocked by some of the reviews specifically 'food amazing' , 'best food I've had', 'best hotel I've been to', 'kids club brilliant ' , which for me I must have been blind the whole time as I didn't get that experience. My only reasoning to some of the above if you firstly put the hotel and experience in context which maybe I didn't. Ok so the context ; the hotel is big , poolside rammed , at dinner literally must be 300+ people queuing to get breakfast , lunch and dinner. It's very noisy . They serve all those people all the usual pre-made Buffett options , Chinese , curry , stews , over cooked veg, and then then 2 guys on a small hot grill continually flipping cheap pieces of meat and fish in oil until they are just burnt or fall apart , then just stack them all up into a lovely burnt tower. Nothing is cooked to order but how could they when serving 300 people . So for me it wasn't great amazing food , however in the context of literally serving hundreds and hundreds of people Buffett food it was ok, but again not a nice meal. Annoyingly the best food they served was Spanish on the last night , think it was Friday , and I have to say that was better. Why didn't they serve traditional food more often !!!!! It was quite funny as on the Saturday afternoon we arrived we went into the Buffett to find chicken , gravy , and sprouts Christmas had come early !! No thanks. As people have said on here before , the wine especially white and pink is like vinegar , beer is good. The pool; my daughter loved it so that's the main thing. However again context , it is rammed . The other annoying thing is that people smoke everywhere , even in the open pool side cafe. Why would you want to sit there with your family and young daughter whilst people , and i mean lots of them , are puffing away (p.s I am a social smoker I am not against it just not whilst you are relaxing by the pool, or pool side bar) . For this reason although we were all inclusive , we tended to not sit at the poolside bar but would go for a walk . Again if you are happy with hundreds of people round a pool, smoking , boozing then this place will be brilliant for you . Kids club; hehehe I just have to say , day time good, my daughter liked it. Night time was odd , not sure of the Italian guys name but it was a late forties man , mumbling in Italian a kids disco , odd but funny in some ways. Entertainment ; was ok , but all indoors , nothing poolside . Felt like we were stuck in most nights , so we tended to sit outside. After club disco is poor. Rest of the hotel very cleanly kept I must say, rooms to be honest were nice , we had a family suite which meant we had separate rooms . SA Coma as a town is Brits abroad at best , lots of pubs serving 'traditional beef dinners only 10 euro' with sky sports on tap . We dreamed of being back in Puerto Pollenca , that is such a lovely town , nice restaurants , beautiful beach , amazing old town 10 minutes away,,etc . Just a different kind of holiday I admit. My summary of this place is given the context of hundreds of people , serving tons of Buffett food all day , the food is ok on some days. It is not best food ever , it might be best food ever served to 300 people in one go . Hundreds of people round the pool drinking and smoking away , if you like that then you will enjoy this hotel . Some decent activities like free hire of bikes . If you want to stay in the hotel and don't care about the town , then again you are all good as Sa Coma is Spain 1980's This is not a cheap hotel so please do look around unless you don't mind the above , which is fine. As an alternative to compare against , We have stayed in Los Jameos Playa in Lanzarotte and that as an all inclusive was much much better , food was very good , again for a Buffett restaurant . More
