Designed for 3 to 11 year olds, Thomson Kids’ Club offers 2 hours of activities, 5 or 6 days a week. And that includes at least 3 evenings. It’s split into sections, with Tots for 3 to 5 year olds, Team for 6 to 8s, and Tribe for 9 to 11s. Best of all, most kids’ clubs activities are completely free. And outside of peak season, there are parent and toddler sessions 3 days a week, too. For your peace of mind, all Thomson Kids’ Club staff have advance DBS checks and hold NVQ Level 2 childcare qualifications. They’re First Aid trained, and there’ll be at least 2 of them on duty at all times. It's In the neighbouring hotel Safari Park.

Brilliant, spotlessly clean modern hotel, excellent helpful staff, and quality restaurant food, plus reasonably priced drinks. Quiet location on a Protur hotels complex. A short walk to a fairly secluded beach, will definately visit again.More

Really Nice Hotel
Nice very relaxing hotel. Spacious rooms with great showers. Loads of areas to just sit and chill out. Good choice of food at the buffet and lunch at the bar was excellent and great price. I know I'm being picky but was looking forward to the hot tub however it was not in action. I also have to say the beds were hard and really uncomfortable. Upgrade the beds and I'd be back in a shot.More

This puts all other hotels in perspective
I cannot fault my wife in her planning every time we head out. This time, she found good reviews on the Protur Sa Coma Playa Hotel & Spa and we decided to stay one week after easter. We booked a flight through Ryanair to Palma, and my wife surprised me with a rental convertible for the whole stay. So when arriving in Palma I took the keys of a Peugeot 308 cc and headed out east through the gorgeous island of Mallorca.
Upon arriving, I parked my car right in front of the door and started unloading our luggage, when one of the hotel's staff came out with a cart, spoke to us very friendly with a big smile and loaded up our luggage. It really felt like our vacation really started at that moment.
We checked in and got to our Twin Select room at ground level, which is a bit larger and had a wooden deck with two deck chairs nice in the sun. Not much later, there was a knock on the door and the staff brought us a bottle of champagne/cava chilled in an ice bucket and 2 glasses. I don't need more to relax in the sun!
Sa Coma itself is a small town with a beautiful beach, but the rental convertible made it possible for us to visit other landmarks around the island without any trouble. It is by far one of the best holidays in recent memory for me.
We went for a half pension stay since we were planning to see the island during the day, which meant we could enjoy the complete breakfast service, and the tasty options in the dinner service. Every night, part of the dinner service was themed to another country or region of the world, but even conservative eaters could always bounce back to classics.
What stood out compared to other hotels I visited - mostly for business - was the holiday spirit in each of the staff members, while staying professional and maintaining the hotel and service impeccably. I enjoyed the bartenders playing with children, the children and grown up entertainment offered by the hotel during the day and the daily evening show in which my daughter loved the Mini Disco. Props to Martin and Daga for their unique entertainment.
I cannot promise anything, but I am looking forward to return back to this wonderful island, this wonderful hotel and it's wonderful staff.More
