The poolside area is where we spent most of our time because the rest of the hotel was very busy and all the surrounding shops were pretty samey, but it was a lovely experience and very well-kept throughout our stay. The beach was reachable, but one of those annoying I-cant-be-bothered-so-will-stay-by-the-pool distances.More

Best Family Hotel
We just returned back from a weekâs stay at this wonderful hotel in Sa Coma, we traveled as four adults and two young children under 5 years. We all had a lovely relaxing holiday and this was mainly due to how fantastic this hotel is and how lovely the staff are. Everything in the hotel is lovely and at a high standard, the rooms, reception area, corridors, restaurant, pool areas, bar etc were spotlessly clean and modern design. The family pool area is such a great spot, the pool is large and safe for children of all ages. The food in the hotel was some of the best I have had, there is plenty to choose from so you will always find something to eat. Breakfasts were lovely, my kids loved the pancakes. Lunch for me was the best sitting because of the fresh fruits, salads, delicious fresh fish and other sea foods. The desserts were amazing and all beautifully presented. We stayed on the All Inclusive package and I was shocked to see the beer served was always San Miguel and not some cheap local beer, the spirits would always be real spirit brands such as Malibu etc and not a cheaper version. You can help yourselves to ice creams and the cakes which were delicious too. The hotel is close to shops and super markets, Cala Millor is an easy 20 min stroll, the beautiful Sa Coma beach is a 5 minute walk through a lovely nature reserve, and the main town and strip were also around 5 - 10 mins walk. One thing I would say for hotel management; the evening entertainment was fun and Martin and his team were great and always friendly, but at times the children were getting bored. Having bingo starting around 8pm ish wasnât great for young kids, and there was 80% families with children so perhaps more entertainment involving the children would be better (circus, magic, etc). Some of the main evening acts didnât start until 10:00pm at night which was too late for us, and some of the acts we did manage to see were hit or miss. The disco was the same CD every night, and to be honest it was more aimed for little girls (we have two boys), but all in all it was fine and the kids had fun. Lovely hotel, wonderful staff, perfect location in Sa Coma.More
Visited Sa Coma Playa Hotel in June 2015 and we weren't disappointed. We've stayed at this Hotel previously and decided to return as we knew the area. The really good plus about this Hotel is that it's very central to the town but tucked away in a corner which is very quiet. The Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The Hotel is beautifully presented and the rooms are quite spacious with tea/coffee making facilities, beautiful modern large bathrooms. There isn't the typical narrow corridor leading to rooms on each side, but on all floors there is a very wide atrium with plants and features running down the centre of the corridor; the rooms are on each side, but they seem miles away from the other side; really lovely and spacious. There is a lovely lagoon-style pool with loads of sunbeds and a few draped canopy beds. The pool bar is very well managed and the staff are extremely attentive and friendly; there is also lots of soft seating areas to relax and to cool down. The meals are buffet style and, again, the restaurant staff are extremely well trained and very professional. The menu is extensive. there is also a bar with entertainment for the children before the evening show begins. The only negative for us was that we made the choice to move to other sunbeds on a couple of occasions as a few guests decided that it was quite acceptable to bring an ashtray to the poolside sunbeds so that they could chain smoke, which I personally found unacceptable. My husband smokes, but he always made his way to the outside pool-side bar area to smoke and also to be thoughtful to other guests. It's a pity that other guests weren't so thoughtful. The resort is brilliantly flat so walking is a joy and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. There is also a very long promenade which leads to S'ilot which is another lovely area. We also walked into Cala Millor which only took approx. 30 minutes; the town is really lovely with wide pedestrianized areas and loads of shops. Overall, we had a great time and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Thanks to all the staff at Sa Coma Playa Hotel.More

Great Hotel - Friendly & Welcoming
On behalf of Mrs R: We have has just returned from a cruise and stay holiday; 1 week on-board Thomson Dream and 1 week in this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was varied and of a good standard, rooms were current, spotless and spacious. This was a mother and daughter break and mum celebrated her 77th birthday during the stay at the hotel â the hotel staff and manager made it really special for her and provided a complementary bottle of âBubblyâ and a Gorgeous Chocolate Cake â Thank You! Hotel Manager, Chej, makes a point of greeting guests and is always available, especially at meal times, the hotel is well run and exceptionally organised, Chej is very keen to ensure that guests are having a great holiday and that everything is to their satisfaction. The TUI rep, Jon, provided an excellent first impression and provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay. Regrettably, towards the end of our stay at the hotel I suffered a hip strain that required medical attention and a day of bed rest. Jon & Chej were both on hand to promptly organise a room visit by the doctor, meals and any other assistance that I required â Thank You both very much! When it was time to leave, Jon loaded our luggage onto the coach and arrange assistance at the airport, so if you should be unfortunate to experience a medical problem whilst staying at this hotel, be reassured you will be looked after very quickly and professionally. Chej was on hand to thank us for choosing his hotel and to check that everything had been to our complete satisfaction. A big âThank Youâ to the managers and staff of this hotel for looking after us and giving us happy memories of our visit and mums birthday.More
