Lovely Hotel......definitely recommend it!

We visitied this hotel as a party of seven and required some special assistance. Chej the Manager, personally ensured that we were given the help we requested and this was much appreciated. The hotel is very spacious, and has lovely big and clean rooms especailly liked the walk in shower. We were half board and both breakfast and evening meals were of a good standard, and as most of us were vegetarian we were happy to find we were well catered for. We had lunch at the pool bar on one occasion and again really enjoyed the food and service. The pool was lovely and we were always able to find a few sunbeds. Definitely deserves it's 4 stars!More

Great hotel

First visit to this hotel, we spent eleven days here with my daughter and family, The bathroom s are lovely modern and spacious, the bed rooms are also huge modern clean, the hotel reception and lounge are also very nice, pool area was busy but most of the time you could get sun beds, lots going on in and around d for those who want to be active , the beach is a slow five minute stroll away worth the walk for the lovely beach, Lots of bars shops restaurants in the area , we went half board and ate in the pool snack bar most lunch time s the food was good and not too expensive , The one and only thing that was disappointing was there was no children's buffet at the evening meal and feeding the children for us became a battle, the food was delicious plentiful fresh and the work was cooked in front of you with your choice of what went in itMore

A great hotel with friendly staff who will do everything to make your stay the best

A bit of a last minute frantic search after a medical problem had temporarily stopped me flying. We decided on a hot beach holiday for our 14yr old son who hadn't been on one since a toddler, my wife flatly refused to go anywhere near Greece after a previous holiday where money and items had been stolen from our appartment and she later told me she'd been sexually touched up by an attraction rep. A google search and check on trip advisor produced this resort and hotel (which was part of a clusetr) My son liked the sound of it with nearby sports facilities and we'd never been to Majorca. The only option was 7 days half board (inclusive seemed expensive). On the coach to the resort I worried for my son's social life as everyone seemed older or with small kids, and we were the only ones to get off at the hotel! But it turned out ok - there were families of all ages. Check in was effortless and our room was great, a decent size with balcony and overlooking side pools. We always pay for a safe (after Greece) and reception helped us set it up (discretely looking away). Then down to the pool area which was clean and tidy, and relaxed never had a problem finding a lounger. The buffet dinner and breakfast were fantastic, the waiters and staff efficient, the guys behind the hot plates always smiling as flames flared the Wok - I was sweating just watching! Wifi was available but patchy, but at least we knew we'd find our son in reception area :) The sports complex is just up the road tho more attached to parent hotel Safari. They had a reasonable selection available and it was refreshing to keep hearing "there is no charge" as we booked up. They also had trial events like Scuba diving, but weren't more than a few seconds (more later). We tried everything, the bikes were a great way to get around and the minigolf was brilliant, lots of laughs and never had to queue. The onsite entertainement was ok, let down by the small seating area, why not outside like nearby safari? The drink prices were fair but I'd seriously look at all inclusive if the cost was reasonable as its easy to consume when its so hot. There are nearby supermarkets but its a hassle. We ventured over to neighbouring hotel Safari on several oocasions - it was packed and made me glad we stayed where we did altho my son said next time he'd stay at the Safari as easier to meet kids in the sports complex. Don't believe the brochures, the beach is a fair walk away but its worth it, warm sea, lots to do and so nice not to feel like an intruder as you find a spot between the sunbeds. Great to meander around without dodging the touts. Ok the downside. We had the option of going to a themed restaurant and chose the Italian La Fontana. We had no say on the date and it came in on our last evening. A BIG mistake. Slow service, non-descript food, a letdown and disappointement, I mentioned to the waitress and a shrug - I was glad to get out and wanted to go back to our great hotel buffet. My son liked the trial scuba diving and wanted to do more but the only option was a trip out on a boat where they jumped off and no way were we letting our novice son do that alone! Biking around we came across a diving school training in a nearby cove, walking in off the beach seemed best way to start and I rushed around to the office which is near the horse drawn carriage area - called delphinus ( and booked him in for a trial dive next day. My wife went frantic fearing the worst, but didn't need to worry - they were fantastic and professional, confident training and full1:1 in the water, he loved it and wanted more...recommended. I loved the easygoing no hassle friendly atmosphere of the resort, try the scooters - they're great! I'd come back again and love Majorca!More

after waiting all year to get our holidays we went to this hotel after looking at many reviews, the hotel itself is very good, the room we were in was excellent ,the manager in the dining room was excellent ,so was most of the dining staff, the bar staff on the other hand need to change there attitude, cant really say if this was for adults ,families or what there was nothing really for my daughter who was 16 to do , most of the activities was across the road at the Safari, the idea of no sunbeds reserved before 9.0am did not work on the day we left people were racing out at 7.0am , would probably visit again but just me and my wife, as we could go in the adults pool area, the hotel offers you the option to have dining in its themed areas this did not work we were told that out of the four options you could choose one for each week but could not have the same, after the first week being almost over we went to ask what was happening for them to give us the two places in the second week both for the Italian, after much arguing we eventually got them to change one to the Indian, the reception staff were not helpful at all each one passing it on to the other until i asked to speak to the general manager and by a miracle they instantly changed it.More
