This hotel lines up stylish bedrooms, a luxurious spa* and a duo of curvy pools. Plus, it’s only 5 minutes from Sa Coma Beach.
The Protur Sa Coma Playa Hotel & Spa is set on a tree-lined road, 5 minutes’ walk from Sa Coma Beach. The shops and restaurants in the town centre aren’t much further – just 10 minutes or so.

Thoroughly enjoyed our second summer holiday (august 2013 and 2014) here with my wife and two teenage sons. Hotel is well run and organised in all departments. The food at both breakfast and evening meal is good and typical of this standard of hotel catering for large volumes. Rooms are spacious and kept very clean. WiFi worked well in many areas of the hotel for instance we could connect though not with a strong signal around the pool and in our room. Sa Coma itself is nothing special and lacks any decent shops.More

I'm a bit late with the review, but really wanted to write one as the hotel was so good. We travelled in June 2014, family holiday with my husband,23 month old and my dad. We went for the half board option. The rooms were so clean and spacious and very modern, lovely big bathroom with an amazing shower. we had a cot for our little girl which again was a good size and very clean. our room was on the ground floor with a lovely pool view. Food was very good we were half board so had breakfast and dinner, always lots of choice. Pool area was lovely, very spacious, lots of sunbeds and very clean. lovely big pool with seperate childrens area. All staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly - especially Martin who was in charge of entertainment. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely return.More

An excellent hotel to stay at and top class service and food
The staff are professional and nothing is too much trouble for anyone. Che is a wonderful ambassador for this hotel and he goes the extra mile and is very approachable. We always eat in the hotel in the evening and not in any other of the restaurants on the complex because we know the range and quality of the food and it suits us. There is no loud music around the hotel or the pool area which is important to my husband and myself. No one need be bored because there are plenty of activities for all on the complex. There are three pools in this hotel, one of which is indoor, a gym, bikes to use, a golf range and numerous other things on offer for both children and adults. A regular bus service to Porto Cristo, Cala Millor, Cala Bona and even to Majorca allows one to see the area and taxis are plentiful and do not cost the earth. In October 2014 I was taken ill, not the fault of the hotel I might add. The Thomson rep telephoned the doctor for me and after treatment at the clinic in Cala Millor I was transferred to the hospital in Muro. After first class treatment I returned to the hotel after three days. Che organised all the special drinks etc I needed and having emptied the fridge in our room he filled it with everything I needed. The Thomson rep once more proved her worth and went to the local pharmacy to have my prescriptions dispensed. This hotel and its staff provide five star service and are very very professional so much so that we have already booked to go again in 2015.More

Perfect family holiday
We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday in August 2014. It was our first holiday overseas for a few years. The rooms, staff and food were all great! The pool area was lovely, very clean and plenty of sunbeds for everyone and the beach is not too far away. Would definitely recommend and would happily revisit.More
Top class service!
We stayed at this hotel in August 2014 and it was the first solo break for my daughter and myself without my husband. I was naturally anxious and wrote to the hotel a week or so before to ask for a quiet room (on a previous trip to Mallorca we were opposite a karoke bar). When we arrived at the hotel we were met by Che, the manager, and escorted to a lovely room which also had complimentary wine and chocolates waiting for us. The complex is clean and the food was good and varied. The room was serviced daily and frsh towels supplied, the bathroom was spotless with shower, bath and WC. The pool area was always clean and tidy and we never struggled to get sun beds even though many guests did run down at 7am to reserve theirs. Also the pool area is very quiet is is ideal for a relaxing holiday - no music booming out which is what we like. The only negative I have is the dinner at one of the other restaurants on the complex. We tried to book for the Italian restaurant but it was full so we were booked into the Country Grill, the food was terrible with flies buzzing around plates of fresh fruit and chefs looked bored and filthy. We had a starter and then left to head back to the Playa hotel where we were just in time to get some decent food. I have to give a special mention to Che (as I know other reviewers have), he is brilliant at customer service and managed to make most people feel very special even though the hotel was full. He always had a kind word to say to my daughter and always asked about our day. A true professional! We would definitely return to this hotel, it's just a shame it's not in a prettier location.More
