Lovely resort with fabulous staff!

This was our first visit to Majorca and I had read great reviews about this hotel and decided it was for us. We weren't disappointed! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were 3 of us so our teenage daughter slept on the sofa bed which was more than adequate. The food was of a good standard for mass catering, with a good variety every evening to suit all tastes. Champagne for breakfast was a nice little touch! The staff are all very friendly, polite and helpful. We spent our week at the tranquillity pool which is a nice touch for adults and over 16's to swim and relax away from the main pool area. Sa Coma is a friendly town with a good buzz but not too busy or loud. A beautiful sandy beach and nice evening walks made it a very pleasant place to be. We only took one excursion to the Caves of Drach which I highly recommend. As a bonus you are offered a meal at one of the other resort restaurants (but still part of your all inclusive deal). We chose the Italian over the road at the Protur Safari....don't bother! I have never tasted a pizza quite so disgusting in my life! In fact I didn't really know anyone could go wrong with chesse & tomato but apparently you can! I would definitely recommend Protur Sa Coma Playa and we would stay here again.More

Great Hotel for families

Just came back from Sa Coma and must say that this is probably the best family hotel I've stayed in. We travelled with a small baby (10 months) and all needs for the small one was serviced - even baby food was part of the all inclusive package. The hotel is located very close to the beach and very close to a larger supermarket (Eroski) that had all things needed for the baby, like diapers and cleaning pads. We tried the Tennis courts, since they were included in the All Inclusive package - even with rented rackets and balls. Great quality. Highest recommendation to everyone except maybe single party people.More

Marcus J,

If Carlsberg did hotels...

This was a family trip to our favourite hotel. This hotel never disappoints. As usual the staff are superb, the food is very good, the rooms are comfortable. This hotel is very supportive for people with visible and invisible disabilities. It is our other home. If you are travelling with some one with a disability Palma airport offers superb support. Look for "Sin Bararres". It allows you to skip the queues etc. The only downside on this trip for me was the service provided by Thomson; it took for ever for them to answer a simple request. I am thinking of going direct next year!More

Lovely holiday

Just come back from Sa Coma playa hotel, 1st time to this area and hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We was in a big group and they tried there hardest to cater for us all the time and managed to get our rooms close by as well. Very clean and a variety of food. Beach not to far either and close to shops etc. The only negative review is the toilets were not child friendly sinks/hand dryer way to high for the little ones but that was all. More
