To ensure all activities suit your little and not-so-little ones, we’ve split the Clubs into age groups and tailored the activities for each. Just like in our Family Life resorts, there’s Bamse Club for 3 to 5-year-olds and @611 Club for 6 to 11-year olds, so you and your kids get a taste of the full experience. For your peace of mind, all of our Kids’ Club team are trained to UK standards by TUI, and have undergone relevant checks. It's in the neighbouring hotel Safari Park.
The buffet restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just so you know, gentlemen must wear long trousers in the restaurant for dinner.

One of the best.
I had the absolute time of my life in this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Rooms were spacious and cool. My only fault here was that the sofa bed was a bit hard for my liking but other than that rooms were clean and airy. The restaurant was phenomenal. Quite possibly the best all inclusive restaurant I have been to. Special mention to Xavi, Yeray, Alex and Paloma who were always exceptional. The entertainment was always good and the bar staff always ensured you never had an empty glass. It was the most relaxing 2 weeks I've had in a while so thank you for making my stay wonderful! More
We've just got back from this great hotel it's a great place for families old and young I took my elderly parents and my 3 very young grandchildren myself my husband and our 30yr old son We all loved everything about this hotel lovely bug rooms spotlessly clean the entertainment was excellent and the kids entertainment was the best Ive ever known Stephan was amazing with kids the pool was great but could have done with a little baby pool and perhaps a little slide etc but my grandchildren loved it anyway the walk to the beach was a little more than 5 minutes away more like 15minutes and very awkward with 3 kids and a pushchair we only went to the beach once We went all inclusive and found the food ok not excellent I would recommend this hotel and I'd like to go back with my grandchildren again they didn't want to come home The only complaint was my elderly mother had a fall not serious just badly bruised some of the paving area is uneven and dangerous And it's quite along journey from the airport about an hrMore

This was our first visit to the Protur Sa Coma Playa but our second to a hotel in this complex in Sa Coma. We stayed at the beginning of June and had a really lovely week. The hotel was busy but never felt crowded and we always managed to find sunbeds without a problem. The staff are friendly, particularly in the restaurant where we were always warmly welcomed. Initially we were a little disappointed with the variety of food on offer but we found ways round this and largely enjoyed our meals there. We always tried to find a table outside for dinner but there is not a great deal of outside space and so this either meant a short wait or a table inside. Our rooms were very nice and were kept very clean. The only negative we had about the hotel was the bar area which we found rather unwelcoming and so we preferred to go out after dinner. It's worth noting that if you have a customer card for this hotel you can then use the bars at the other hotels in the chain, such as the Protur Biomar just next door, and have your drinks charged to your hotel account. All in all, a very nice family-orientated hotel, very clean and friendly, with great sporting facilities and a spa as part of the complex if you wish to use them.More
An excellent hotel
We have stayed in the Protur Sa Coma Playa Hotel 3 times and love the hotel! This year we travelled with our 5 year old son and 1 year old daughter and we booked a suite. The room was clean, spacious, modern and well equipped. The staff are incredible at the hotel, particularly the manager Chez, but all staff are excellent. The hotel has a wide range of services (free bikes, tennis, daily activities) and caters very well for families. Food is very good - this year they have added a "Kids" section which is a big help! The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the beach (for families) and the area around the hotel is beautiful. A superb hotel which makes for a memorable family holiday. We are already planning our trip for next year! More
