The whitewashed Hotel Pollentia is just across from the beach and close to bus routes that open up Majorca’s north and north-west coasts.
From Hotel Pollentia you can take in the Bay of Pollensa, where white sands give way to the sea. Cast your eyes further afield, and you’ll also glimpse Puerto Pollensa marina and the mountains.
Behind the hotel’s whitewashed walls are 70 bedrooms spread over several floors. It’s all just a 20-minute walk from the main square in Puerto Pollensa. This hotel is part of the Simply Travel collection until April 2017. It will then join our Small & Friendly range – home to holidays with an authentic and intimate feel.

Nice little hotel. Mainly older clientelle. Great location opposite the beach. We opted for bed and breakfast as there are loads of great restaurants to try in the town. This is our second time at this hotel. Will be back again.More
So good we stayed twice
Our first trip was for 5 nights in June, our second was for 6 nights in September. Situated at the more peaceful end of the resort, in front of the best part of the beach, the hotel is separated from the sand by a road and the promenade. Steps up to the plantation style terrace that leads in to the reception area. A very traditional Spanish hotel, exceptionally clean and full of character. The staff are very friendly and happy and helpful. Our room at the back of the hotel had lovely country views. This hotel is better suited to couples, singles and friends but might not suit families with small children as no kids clubs or daytime entertainment. evening entertainment nightly but more suited to adults. We spent a lot of time sitting on the terrace facing the beach watching the world go by and gazing at the beautiful bay. We could have sat there all day. Waiter service on the terrace for coffee, alcohol and snacks. The rooms are traditional and adequate and spacious. Cleaned daily with towells changed. At busy times of the day the hot water could be hit and miss, in June, but in September, the hotel was still full, and the hot water issue had been rectified as it was available constantly. The breakfast choice was good and varied with seating inside and on an outside terrace. Half board is also available but we booked bed and breakfast as preferred to eat out locally, plenty of choice in the town which was a 15 minute stroll, with plenty of sea front restaurants on the way. If ever back in Puerto Pollensa we will without a doubt stay at this hotel. Most of the guests we met had stayed there many times before. Small, friendly, traditional, and if this is what you like then this is the place to stay.More
Very disappointed, will not return, due to room.
our room was at the back of hotel,(room 417) it was small, dark, depressing.!! No balcony, there for made airing beach towels & clothes impossible. Bathroom very small, but did have a hot powerful shower. rooms were kept spotless, comfy bed, , aircon was good. Breakfast was ok, luke warm and by the time you had got back to it with your tea & toast it was almost cold. I surjest it may be solved by waiters bringing tea & toast to your table. The hotel is in a lovely location on beach front. The receptionist staff were friendly and helpful. There are some excellent restaurants ,can ferra / la maina / nicos. We would not return to this hotel due to the room.More
Fantastic location, really friendly staff
Our room was a decent size, but unfortunately was at the back so no sea view or balcony which made it a bit difficult to dry swimsuits. The terrace at the front of the hotel however had lovely views across the sea to the mountains, a lovely place to sit for a pre-dinner drink. There isn't a hairdryer in every room, I had to ait about an hour the first night to get one from reception so I bought a travel one the next day. Apart from that, it was a lovely place to stay.More
Location location location
Lovely authentic Spanish hotel on promenade over looking the beach. Staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Room was basic but extremely clean. Beds were memory foam and very comfortable. Balcony views were beautiful. Breakfast was very good catering for every taste. Would recommend B&B as lots of good quality restaurants 3 minutes away. Pool small but sufficient. Bar area and lounge very relaxing. Would definitely stay again.More
