This comfortable villa is located beside Villas Daniel and Daniella and is separated from them by a courtyard. The villa's lovely rural setting is complemented by a beautiful backdrop of mountains with the towns of Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca just a short drive away. Daniel Gran has a large private swimming pool with shower, sunbathing terraces and a covered verandah with stone-built barbecue, which provides a beautiful setting in which to relax or dine. The pool is fully gated, which is ideal for families with small children.
The traditionally furnished and homely combined lounge-dining room with Majorcan wood burning stove feature has double doors that lead onto the spacious covered terrace overlooking the pool and private tennis court, which guests may use. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and microwave, breakfast table and chairs. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, one full bathroom and one separate shower room.
