Families have it covered at this beachside hotel, with its children’s splash park and choice of pools.
Water plays a big part at this hotel. It’s right by the sea, plus there are two pools, including a big, lake-style number. There’s a children’s splash park, too. On the dining front, there are 4 restaurants, including a tapas place.
This aparthotel is right on a golden-sand beach. The nearest bars and restaurants are less than a five-minute walk away, and it’s about the same time in a taxi to C’an Picafort’s main drag.
Full Board buffet meals, 3 dinners a week in alternative restaurants.
Unlimited local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks including beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, tea and coffee 10.00-24.00.
Snacks and ice-cream 10.00-18.00.
Designed for 3 to 11 year olds, Thomson Kids’ Club offers two hours of activities, five or six days a week. And that includes at least three evenings. It’s split into sections, with Tots for 3 to 5 year olds, Team for 6 to 8s, and Tribe for 9 to 11s. Best of all, most kids’ clubs activities are completely free. And outside of peak season, there are parent and toddler sessions three days a week, too. For your peace of mind, all Thomson Kids’ Club staff have advance DBS checks and hold NVQ Level 2 childcare qualifications. They’re First Aid trained, and there’ll be at least two of them on duty at all times.

I have visited this hotel five times with family, friends, and this time family and boyfriend.
I give four stars solely because the hotel is in a great location and is aesthetically beautiful.
My previous review of this place was gleaming, however two issues since my last stay.
The hotel now seems to cater solely to the people who have booked an all inclusive package. Getting served at the bar is even a nightmare as the people with these all inclusive wristbands are the sole focus of the waiters and barmen.
The entertainment at night used to be fantastic, you could stay at the hotel and not have to leave. Now it is the worst thing ever, provided solely by the reps who may as well have thrown it together ten minutes before the show starts. It is all over and dead by about 21.30 each night, so your options are go to bed or go back to the town which is quite far away. While I do accept it is a family place, to have absolutely no atmosphere on your holidays and having to go to bed at 21.30 at night sucks! It was never like this during my previous stays
The Hotel is still fabulous as ever, the rooms have been renovated and are modern, clean and really comfortable and attractivly decorated.
I don't think I'd like to go again, simply because I don't think the customer is priority anymore, theyv already gotten their money out of the all inclusive customer, so the overall customer service has gone downhill since my previous visitsMore

A very beautiful place, gorgeous hotel, beach literally outside your hotel. We had 6 kids with us and never had any bother keeping them happy. A pool, the sea, entertainment, discos, activities...lots of stuff to do nearby hotel, such as horse-riding, waterparks etc. We had an absolute ball. There was the usual ...getting up early to put your towel on a sun lounger, but other than that I can't fault this place. We even visited a nearby beach bar one night which was absolutely lovely, everyone very friendly.
In terms of hotel rooms, all I can say is I was impressed, everything was provided and spotlessly clean. There was even a fridge for keeping some beer cool, a balcony if you were too hot, and although we didn't have a sea view, I was very happy with my stay in Alcudia Pins and would definitely visit it again one day !More
Great Family Holiday!
The hotel was lovely...our apartment was clean & modern, fresh linen provided everyday. We did not eat in the hotel as we were self catering but a great shop just outside the hotel and plenty of places to eat in Alcudia and Can Picafort. Lots of things for children to do, lovely location- right on the beach! The hotel for us was very overcrowded although we were in peak school holiday season, it was still very busy around the pool and the beach was too. Although further down the beach it is sun bed free and much quieter. A nice hotel to stay but very busy.More

Average hotel with very small rooms
Stayed for one week: two adults and two kids. When entered into the room, we had to move the table out to the balcony as there was no space for luggages and so we couldn't move around. The all-inclusive package made it easy to enjoy life without searching a restaurant, however, you felt like eating all the time the same food even though the theme was changing every day. The quality of foow was average and we didn't get a single time excellent food. Wines were of low quality and beer also.
The positive poit was defenitely the beach: clear water and safe beach for kids. We spent all the days swimming in the sea and didn't want to go to the (dirty) swimming pools.
The evening programs were quite OK. Coctails served inclusive to the package weren't too good. They were prepared in the back room for some reason...More
