Families have it covered at this beachside hotel, with its children’s splash park and choice of pools.
Water plays a big part at this hotel. It’s right by the sea, plus there are 2 pools, including a big, lake-style number. There’s a children’s splash park, too. On the dining front, there are 4 restaurants, including a tapas place.
This aparthotel is right on a golden-sand beach. The nearest bars and restaurants are less than a 5-minute walk away, and it’s about the same time in a taxi to C’an Picafort’s main drag.

First all inclusive experience
This was first hotel me and my family ever visited with all inclusibe, wich costed a little extra in this hotel. It was really nice hotel and staff was always very happy. Food was great. My favorite was sushi in japanese night and grilled cheese sandwiches. There was many options of what to eat. Desserts were just amazing. Pool bar was good too. Many drinks. My favorite was san francisco. I didn't try it with alcohol, but alcohol free version was great. There was also this snack bar near the beach that we all LOVED. All food there was so good. Hamburgers, pizza, fries, ice cream. Full 5 stars for snack bar. We tried ala carte two times. First was italian. It was good, but kalzone pizza was quite messy. Then here was this BBQ ala carte restaurant. We didn't have very good experience there. Hot dog was a horrible tasting wiener, and burger was thin burned steak. After tasting our dishes we chose buffet instead. So. Food in general was good, with some little faults though. I didn't like the fact that we payed extra of all inclusive, but still it wasn't ALL inclusive. Some dishes in ala carte, drinks and wine costed extra. Pools were nice. Warm enough, clean. But you had to get up quite early to take your towels to poolchairs, so you would have places there. Beach was very good. Not too rocky. And there were really big waves in water some day, kids really enjoyed the waves. I liked them too. There were shows every night. Some days they were great, some days a little less great. Some shows were a little bland. Here was shows for little kids before the actual show. They were good. I remember best the snake show and parrot show.More

Hotell is in a perfect place by the sea in the Best beach in Mallorca
Hotell's restaurang was one of the best i can recomand, food always fresh made by the chef's on the order standin in a several open kitchen's in the restaurang. And not to forget the buffé of lot of kindes of the food and dessert's, personal always with a smile in the face. Service in the reception exelent with room service untill midnight. Rooms are somehow late 90's design and bad soffa is not to recoman for use!!! Old and not comforible for sleep!!! Otherwise nice rooms with micro wave and kitchen! Bathrooms modern nice and clean. For family's with children lot of activitys for kids and as well gym for older ones! Bars by the pools wery good service and fast food all the time Recomend this hotel. 9 of 10More

Direct access for beach
Stayed here for a week in August with my family. Rooms although small had everything we needed, the bathroom was not very well lit and very dark. We loved the location, being able to be so close to the beach. We went all inclusive, the food was nice, lots of variety. Would have been improved by by having a snack bar for later in the evening. Pool area quite busy but we were happier on the beach. Not much else in the immediate area but it is easy to get the bus if you want to go into town for a bit of shopping. Bar staff very friendly, especially Dom who made great cocktails. Football pitch next to entertainment area so was good for our boys. This hotel probably would not suit couples as is child orientated. When we arrived to check in we had lots of people pushing in, this is something that should be changed by staff by maybe giving you a numbered ticket when it's your turn. The pool was always cold. We would return to this hotel. More
Very good and enjoyable
This was a fab holiday for a first holiday away from the parents with my boyfriend. The staff inc Thomson reps were brilliant, the hotel was fab, beds were comfy and the room was lovely, despite only one mirror. The entertainment was fab and the hotel was right in the beach! There was plenty of food choice and If your all inclusive they offer packed lunches, which was really nice. Overall I'd come back again More

Best All Inclusive Hotel I've ever been to!
We spent 1 wonderful week at Alcudia Pins in August 2014, The hotel was absolutely amazing! I would definitly recomend people to go there, the food was the best i've ever eaten at a All Inclusive hotel (and i've been to 5), the room was absolutely amazing, clean and beautifly decorated. You could tell the furniture were new, we only saw pictures of the rooms on a website but the one we got in the building in front of the reception was even better! The pool area is so beautiful and the beach was dreamy! There was a lot of people but you could always find a spot either at the beach or by the pool area. Love that the hotel doesn't let people put dibs and go in the middle of the night and put your towles on the sunbeds. That fair to me! A tip would be that there sometimes were a few spare sunbeds just before the glass windows to the left which you could take if you wanted to squeeze them in between (there were room for some more). The staff was always very helpful and polite, we enjoyed our stay very much! The entertainment was really good, they had for kids as well as adults later at night. The only thing i would say was negative with our stay would be that we would have wanted there to be more markets and shops nearby. We never had a noice problem, they were never keeping it that loud too late! If you're on vacation you should expect a little bit of noice people.. Never disturbed us! So over all a really lovely hotel, If you go to Alcudia then Alcudia Pins is the perfect option!More
