The Mimosa Park Hotel has modern interiors and a good-sized, good-looking pool. As for the cherry on top, the centre-of-town location brings British-style bars and clubs within easy reach. And Palma Nova's beach is just a few minutes' walk away.
The Mimosa Park hotel has everything close by. Palma Nova Beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and you can be at the main hub of clubs and bars in 5. Plus, the superclubs in Magaluf are a 20-minute walk with several bars and pubs along the way.
Inside, things are nice and smart. The spacious lobby, for example, has marble-effect floors and long, low-backed sofas. And bedrooms have a contemporary feel, with white walls and floors, pale-wood furniture and block-coloured bedding.
Outside, the pool is pretty big, and has an island sprouting with palms in the middle. You’ll find a pool bar just to one side, too. There’s also a mini-pool for children with a waterfall to splash about under. The whole area is overlooked by a high-ceilinged, conservatory-style buffet restaurant.
Stayed here end of Aug 10nights, on arrival impressed how clean it was. Staff very helpful& maids excellent. Always found plenty to eat at meal times. Even though heard plenty moan not sure what they were expecting?
Self service could be a problem but hey it was'nt life threatening if had to try couple of times to get through could walk round other side & get in no problems. Biggest problem were guests who just made it their mission to make sure they got their moneys worth!! Same as sunbeds not my idea of getting up 6am to grab sunbeds, there was a lovely sun terrace where got sunbeds no problem & didnt have to put up with the "get as much drink down you guest" Staff we encountered very
polite& helpful. Been said needs a refurbishment & is going to happen. All in all enjoyed 10nights at the hotelMore

Many different views
We loved this hotel, but different people viewed this hotel differently. We booked last minute (3wks before) for our 31st wedding anniversary and emailed them direct for which type of floor, room we would like. And they gave us what we asked for. Hotel staff were very nice. We were all inclusive, and the food was brilliant. Now... Other people said that there wasn't much choice ,that's not really true. The breakfast had the same food every day but with four or five different choices. I"E... Cereal,Spanish breakfast, fry up,toast or continental. So there was a choice. Free tea and coffee and cakes.so I don't really know what they moaned about. Lunch and dinner was different EVERY day and delious.so I'm not going to complain about any of the food. Hotel is a bit dated, but is being refurbished as I write this. The entertainment was dire. The young staff did their best, but it was rubbish, sorry. They could do a lot more there. We had free drinks all night, they weren't very strong but you could get doubles. We would have a few drinks at the hotel before going into Palma nova at night, which was only five minutes walk from the hotel.the pool was nice and clean,we always got a sunbed and parasol. Over all,we would definitely stay here again.Loved it.More
Would advise not to stay here!
Went away with 4 other friends, location was perfect, not far from the beach and not too far from the airport. The hotel itself isn't too bad, like others it could do with a refurb. It was kept reasonable clean with a maid everyday to clean your room. Food was average, if chips is what you want everyday then this is the place. I feel it is very unsafe for any guest to stay here due to an incident that occurred during my stay. One evening an elderly lady had fallen down a poorly lighted set of stairs leading to the pool. Medical assistance was required as she had hit her head. After running to reception and asking for an ambulance, the receptionist said she would not phone because she didn't not know the lady's name bearing in mind she has just hit her head and was disorientated. I asked for a first aider, she then said there was NO first aiders on duty throughout the hotel. Next do you have a first aid box 'yes', well can I have it, it's locked away at poolside and the lifeguard is the only one with access, who is also the only first aid trained worker who works 10-6. We eventually found a name for the lady and an ambulance turned up 20 minutes later. The paramedics didn't speak fluent English so I asked for a translater, the receptionist is the only one and would not leave her spot. We later heard that the lady spent two nights in hospital and had a broken wrist. This incident could of been a lot worst and it was only thanks to other guests that she was okay. So if your 100% sure your not going to have an accident, then this may be the place for you! More

Good Value for Money!
Just returned from Mimosa Park and yes agree with other reviews, it needs a refurb, however the food and drink was good, never struggled to get a sunbed no matter what time we went to the pool. Staff very friendly so for the price couldnt fault it at all, as it is a cheap place to go to. Entertainment that we saw was ok, Elvis was good however we went out for a couple of nights, walked into Magaluf probably 20 minute walk, 5 Euros in a taxi and we had some great nights in the Piano Bar, Britannia, Plaza & the new bar Sterio - also in all couldnt fault - would i go back to that hotel, probably not unless it did have a refurb but then the cost would go up!More
