These rooms are a great base for exploring the local area. You'll find air-conditioning provided so you'll be able to keep your room cool and you'll also have further space outside provided by the balcony.
These twin rooms are a great base for your holiday and you'll find your basic holiday essentials. There's air-conditioning if you'd like to keep your room cool and further space outside that's provided by a balcony. These rooms sleep 4 people with 4 single beds.
Basically the hotel is perfect for a group holiday. It's safe, relatively clean, has working air conditioning, clean bedding and so close to the strip. (Opposite end to BCM)
Lots of supper markets and restaurants just out side of the hotel. And the tobacconist is also just down the road.
Would just say to always remember to lock your door, even when your inside. As the reps had a tendency to just appear in our room. Fair to say when one of your mates is still in her towel we're not gonna be joking in on the planed bar crawl.
Payed about £300 for a week at the end of the season but met people there who said they booked for about £150 (my advice would be book the week before and get a bargain!)

Perfect to relax and lose yourself
My husband, Derek (famous TV spiritualist medium) booked the Lively Magalia Hotel and promised me a relaxing getaway. Being married to a renowned psychic and medium can be tough. Even on holiday, the spirits still come to him.
The hotel looked a little shabby on the outside, but the rooms were big and clean. And the reception staff were very helpful.
On the first night, Derek was on the balcony waving to some young ladies walking past. He then went into a trance before springing out of his seat shouting 'hola senorita'. He did a funny little flamenco dance and said he was Don Juan, the most famous lover the world has ever seen. He kissed my arm and told me he was on a quest and had to visit the main strip in Magaluf on his own.
"But Derek, Don Juan is a fictional character" I said, a little confused.
He put his finger on my lips, ssshhed me and left with all our Euros.
After a few hours I wandered up to the main strip to see if I could find Derek. To my surprise I saw him at the Icon bar with a group of young ladies. I'm not sure what he was saying as he put his arm round one of them, but she pushed him away and threw her drink over him. He looked quite startled when I walked over and joined him. He said he'd asked her to throw the drink in his face to help expel the spirit of Don Juan and that it had worked and he was back to his old self.
Unfortunately, Don Juan possessed him the very next day. This time I couldn't find him until the morning we were due to leave. He looked absolutely exhausted, bless him.More

Great budget hotel
Stopped at this hotel with one girlfriend from 11-19 sept..stayed in room 110. For the price you pay it's a great hotel!! Rooms are basic but clean, bit annoying there isn't a kettle or fridge. Air con was really powerful when balcony door was shut ( all balconies have a pool view). Breakfast was served up until 12.30 and there was a lot of choice. Can't recommend "Pizzeria Gabriel" opposite the hotel enough!!! 9inch pizza made right infront of you for â¬5! We didn't eat anywhere else. There are supermarkets dotted all around the hotel for soft drinks, food, pre drinks etc...all cheap! The beach is just a short walk away, although it's 100 steps down..we did find another beach "palma nova" which was 10 times nicer and easier to get too...just turn right outside hotel and follow road down. The strip is just a short walk down road..."Lennons" was our favourite bar. Beware of reps though as they basically stop you in your tracks and pull you inside their bar all offering you "the best and cheapest deals on the strip". Wouldn't recommend "Western water park" for a day out as you have pay â¬23 to get in plus extras once you get there for lockers and sunbeds etc..And if you are mad enough to get a tattoo over there,go to "sailor tattoo parlour" got my scaffolding piercing done at the nearest one to this hotel and he was very clean and professional. All in all..great low cost hotel, perfect location, clean and you do get â¬50 back (have to hand it over when you check in per person) once check out without them even checking your room for damage!! :) More
Perfect low budget holiday holiday!!
After staying in Lively Magaluf for a week and having the best holiday of my life!! I feel i need to write a review to put all these moaning complaining people straight hahah
The exterior of the hotel is very bright colourful and clean. They have music playing all day, a decent sized pool compared to most hotels you will see in maga, lots of sun loungers and 4 poster bed style sun loungers surrounding the pool, the pool/sunbathing area is cleaned every morning before the pool opens at 8, the bar is open all day and sells cheap drinks and food, there is a pool table downstairs along with comfy chairs.
The staff at livelys reception, bar and maids are very friendly and helpful! You can get fresh towels for your room every day and they change your bedding at least twice in a week!
The reps at lively are very welcoming and help you settle in really easily, they do bombard you and try to make you pay for every single event but thats there job! Personally I wouldn't recommend the MCP bands.. But i did go nearer the end of the season so maybe in peak times the clubs would be busier and it would be more useful as it gets you into 5 clubs for free every night with unlimited drinks!
The rooms in lively are very basic but what do you expect for such a cheap hotel! our room was very very clean with zero faults! The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfy!
The breakfasts at lively are really nice with lots of choice! Breakfast is served from 9:30-12 which is amazing on those days you just don't want to move out of bed early!
You are a 2 minute walk from the beach but there is exactly 100 steps to get there hahaha but its worth it because the beach is beautiful and you have a wide choice of beach front restaurants and bars! The main strip is also just a 5 minute walk away so everything is really close but not so close that the noise will keep you up all night! Restaurants go all the way up the street from lively so you have lots of choice as to where to eat!
So if your looking for a convenient, cheap, friendly, lively and enjoyable holiday lively magaluf is perfect!! I will definitely be going again next year!!
