Stayed at this adults only hotel for 1 week. The hotel is in a lovely location, with the beach and shops on the door step. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with lovely staff and the food is excellent. There is a huge problem with the sun beds which unfortunately lets the standard of the hotel down. There aren't simply enough sun beds for the guests who must be queuing all night to make sure they get one, we witnessed adults running to get their chosen sun beds everyday! Please management you need to address this situation!!More

This was our first holiday together, I haven't been on holiday for over 12 years! What can I say it will be hard to find anywhere that will live up to the week we spent here!!!
The hotel was clean, room spotless just like photos we had seen, fantastic views of the sea & Calla Bona. Massive double bed!!!
Food was great never a shortage & lots to choose from.
Staff were friendly & up for a laugh ð
We spent our time chilling on the beach which was a stone throw from the hotel as the pool area was always busy. We could not believe how quiet it was but a 5 minute walk we were in the busy town packed with shops. We loved the chill out area where we could just sit back & chill with sea views. I'm sure people walking past felt envious of our beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be going back to this hotel.
Keep up the good work all the staff at Protur Playa Cala Millor!!! More
We had a brilliant stay at this hotel! Gorgeous pool area, excellent location and even though we booked a "limited sea view" room we actually had a great view of the sea anyway. Atmosphere was always relaxed and it was lovely not having screaming kids running around! We especially loved the elephant chill out area!
There was always loads of food variety both at breakfast and at dinner and most it it was a very good quality. We also ate lunch at the hotel most days and we enjoyed the value for money. There is everything you need at this hotel so we found that we rarely left the hotel grounds itself.
Rooms are very modern with plenty of space for both of us and they are cleaned daily with fresh towels and free bottles of water every day. The hotel itself is always spotless and clean.
The staff at the hotel are wonderful, they are all so polite and go out of their way to make sure you have the best holiday!
The entertainment is good though it is often repeated each night. We are a young couple so we felt that nighttime at the hotel was strangely quiet but there are plenty of bars within the resort anyway! Though at times the relaxed, quiet atmosphere in the evening was quite nice.
Just a point about the sunbeds. Before we went away we had read many comments suggesting that you can't get a decent sunbed however this really is not the case. Yes people do queue up crazy early to put towels out to get the nice beds but we got a sunbed with an umbrella everyday and we just made sure we put our towels out before going for breakfast. The hotel does try to manage this but unfortunately there are some who will still do everything they can to get a perfect sunbed.
We had a lovely time at the hotel and we would definitely return!More

August 2015 trip
What a wonderful hotel.
The staff, grounds, facilities and food are really really good. The hotel is kept so clean. It's modern chic and really comfortable. We had booked a sea view room and it was just that, lovely view off a nice sized balcony. The room itself is modern and comfortable - iPod docking station (blu tooth) a large fridge. English TV channels (including Sky Sports 1) in the room. Hair-dryers provided. Litre bottle of water left everyday and the room cleaned everyday by friendly staff.
The staff really make the hotel - from the moment we checked in (with a nice glass of Cava) all the staff we encountered were polite and happy and really gave the impression that they were happy to be serving you.
There is an immense selection of food at both breakfast and dinner. Having travelled extensively I can honestly say I have not come across a better buffet style service there really is something for everyone. The lunch options are lovely and fairly priced. I felt the bar prices were fair - a bottle of white wine costing approx 12 euros.
Entertainment was low key but we liked that.
The pool area is the usual scrum for beds but in general we always found one and by mid afternoon people around the pool thinned out so there were opportunities to get to the comfy beds.
There is a shop and car rental place across the road and it is both a short walk to other bars/restaurants and to the beach which was clean as was the water.
All in all a great hotel which we had a really great stay at for 10 nights.More
Best hotel we've stayed in
All other comments are spot on, but the best thing about the Hotel was the total lack of screaming, shouting, running, bickering, annoying children. Plenty of space to relax if you, like us didn't want to join the rush for a sun-bed. The queue started at 7.15 on the day we left! There are relaxing chill out areas, Hammocks and a jacuzzi. The Hotel fronts onto a clean, sandy beach, where space is no problem.
Only stayed for three nights after a cruise but will go back!More
