Above all, the Inturotel Esmeralda Resort offers up a great pool scene. On the food front, the in-house barbecue and pizza place are guest favourites, plus Cala d'Or and its bars and restaurants are close to hand. A petite beach is even nearer.
The Inturotel Esmeralda Resort has an impressive location, hugging one of Cala d’Or’s peaceful little coves. What’s more, the property gives you easy access to the town centre’s shops, restaurants and bars – they’re around a 15-minute walk away.
The resort is made up of two hotels – the Esmeralda Park, which is on the beach, and the Cala Azul Garden, which is located just across the road from the Esmeralda – so there’s plenty in the way of facilities. Three swimming pools lead the way, flanked by grassy lawns, palms and greenery. Plus, you’ve got activities like minigolf and aerobics to choose from during the day.
In terms of food, the buffet restaurant features international cuisine and on-the-spot cooking stations in. If you fancy a change, though, there’s also a barbecue grill, and a pizzeria where you can get food to go.
You'll find two pools at Esmeralda Park hotel, one of them is an activity pool and comes with its own children's area. If that wasn't enough, there's another pool at Cala Azul Garden designed for fun with the family. Both have spacious sun terraces and are dotted with sunbeds and parasols. A deposit is required for pool towels.

We spent 5 nights in esmeralda park and while it was an ok hotel, Location was great but our room was old and in desperate need of refurbishment - block O was much nicer. As a couple there was just too many kids in this resort for us! The food in the beach bar was not great but good beers! Staff were always polite and helpful. We rented the beach beds everyday (â¬3.95) per bed, a lot of hotel guests were not happy about this charge... But I thought it was reasonable. Make sure to take a trip to the marina for food, much better than anything in the centre! More
on arrival our first surprise was that the hotel was a resort hotel not a conventional hotel, the rooms are located in blocks and no lifts which made taking luggage to the top floor a challenge, the hotel dining deserves a 5 star rating the food was superb, and the dining room was split for adult only dining.it was spotlessly clean throughout and the bathrooms were excellent
Just come back from a week at the inturotel azul hotel. Was a bit difficult to find as we had a car but found it in the end. Receptionist was lovely and very helpful. We asked for a ground apartment with having a pram which we got. The apartment was lovely and clean. The cleaners came in everyday apart from two days. They always did a lovely job of making everything clean and tidy. We took our 2 year old who also enjoyed himself in and out the pools. All in all great stay and would stay there again. More

Beautiful premium apartments, Great resort
All was excellent, but they should have provided free wifi in the rooms. Beautiful scenery. Very clean. Did not try the restaurant. The premium apartments were modern, fresh and spacious. Too many chilien running around for my taste but that should be expected at a family resort.More
Nice please for people with small children
This hotel is good. Nice beach good swimming pool, friendly staff. The room we've had was outdated, but cleaned 5 times a week. There are a lot of stairs over the terrain what can be annoying when you have carry a buggy.More
