This hotel has a beach on its doorstep and easy access to Cala d'Or's restaurants and nightlife.
This place has an exclusive location, overlooking the pretty cove of Cala Gran. It’s fronted by a curve of golden sand, and it is less than a 5-minute walk from Cala d’Or’s cosmopolitan town centre.
The hotel has just been made over, so you’ll walk in to box-fresh interiors. Everything has a minimalist feel. Rooms, for instance, feature stark white walls and furniture, offset by colourful, arty murals.
These modern double rooms will have either a balcony or terrace providing you with some outside space. Inside your room will be air-conditioned so you'll be able to control the temperature. Rooms have a contemporary décor and provide ample space as a base for your holiday.
There's lots of natural light in these double rooms provided by the doors out to your balcony or terrace - and from here you'll have views of the hotel gardens. Your room will be bright and modern with Wi-Fi available so you can get online and there's air-conditioning too if you like to keep your room cool.

Visited in September 2015 for one week. Room fine, but could not sit on balcony as sofa was broken, reported twice, but not removed and fixed. Food OK, bearing in mind this is an official 3 star hotel. Plates were cold and food not very hot. If visiting again, would book bed and breakfast as there are so many restaurants to choose from. Rooms starting 13-- is a walk way to the outside area and restaurant, so constant people traffic!. Grassed sun bathing area could have a few more beds with sun umbrellas per two beds. You were lucky to be able to find this after 8:30, from our room we watched people putting their towels on the best beds from 7:30!. Would also suggest a walkway is opened form the large pool area to the grassed area outside so that you do not have to walk past the indoor shop to get back to your bed after having a swim Dripping water everywhere on a tiled floor. Whilst Thomson Holidays state on the beach, it should mention steep steps, which anyone with walking problems would not be able to manage.More

Clean and spacious
Fairly late booking - season finished end of October
Hotel refurbished and it looks good
Lots of space in public areas as well as some charming artwork
Hotel staff very helpful and attentive
Outdoor infinity pool area lacks character
Spa/fitness area is fine
Buffet always plentiful but not too adventurous
Bars, restaurants, shops very close as is lovely small beach just a few steep steps away
Lovely outside garden 'chill out' area
Another cafe/bar would be goodMore

Great hotel in wonderful location
We came back a week ago from a relaxing and carefree week at this hotel. The staff were excellent, being attentive and concerned for us to enjoy every aspect of the hotel and our stay. From the maids to the hotel manager, everyone was simply great.
We needed gluten free food and found this hotel well able to cope, indeed they excelled. This is the first hotel that we have stayed in that could provide a gluten free dessert every evening. We also noticed the choice of milks to suit every allergy that we are aware of. Overall an excellent stay, particularly for those looking for a chilled and relaxing getaway. Well done Rocador - we will be back!!!More

We have just come back from Rocador we had an amazing time the staff were so helpful and attentive at all times . We had a laugh with the pool side games and the sangria party on Friday. The hotel is very clean and modern and very relaxing . The food was nice and plenty to choose from . On arrival a huge welcome with cava and chocolate dipped strawberries and then once booked on a nice bottle of cava in your room how lovely . The room was as clean and welcoming the beds are massive and the balcony is nice colour co ordinated with the pictures and bedding . The entertainment was good the bar staff were pleasant and you get Smirnoff vodka no cheap stuff . Baston the entertainment guy was a laugh at all times and worked so hard what a credit to the hotel. We had a problem with our safe and it was resolved in ten mins lewis came and sorted it out even though he was in the middle of a busy restaurant session . I wanted to re book to go back next year before I even left I will be returning next year . Outside of the hotel there is an abundance of shops and restaurants to visit Cala d or what a lovely place to visit . All there is left to say is thankyou Rocador and all your staff for an amazing holiday ð More
Lovely week in a bright modern hotel with friendly staff and in a great location
Enjoyed our week from 13th October We had a side sea view room 1303.Worth booking a sea, pool or garden room as all of these are on the right hand side of the hotel as you face it, where all the facilities are located The third floor is actually on the ground floor where reception is. Some of the rooms were downstairs from reception (on the left side of the hotel) and I believe these were smaller. I also understand that the hotel is 2 former hotels combined to make one....the balconies on the rooms on the left side of the hotel also looked smaller. All staff were friendly and helpful. The recently refurbished rooms had fridges kettles with tea and coffee making facilities and the water and champage was a nice welcoming touch. Spa facilities weren't fully functioning which was a bit disappointing but it was the end of the season.Food was good but we have had better, but absolutely nothing to complain about.Hotel provided pool towels at no cost. Hotel is in a great location and we really enjoyed the resident duo.The weekly a la carte meal in the Mediterraneo restaurant was great and you could have breakfast in this smaller restaurant if you wanted. The terrace overlooked the sea which was lovely. We looked at the Rocamarina hotel whilst we were in Cala Dor but the location and foyer of the Rocamarina didn't impress. If youre choosing between the two hotels choose the Rocador. More
