Loved it

We stayed here for 10 days returned 9th September. We had our 3 year old daughter and 5 month old baby with us. We stayed in a superior apartment and it was lovely and clean and modern (I believe the others are a bit tired). The apartment was perfect for us -only thing I would add here is if staying here with young children it's probably best not to have an apartment near the pool as the show will keep them awake if you chose to have an early night. We went to the show the first few nights so didn't realise this until we were well and truely unpacked and couldn't be bothered moving room however tired my 3 year old was she would hear the show and want to go so we had tears the few nights we tried to get her to have a bit more sleep! We were half board the breakfast was good the evening meals were ok but with so many restaurants nearby it was a shame not to eat out. Daughter loved the splash zone and pool. The staff are wonderful here Rudy from the bar/restaurant never stopped and always had a smile. The animation team were brilliant if you have young children this is the perfect holiday. We will be back next year !More

Great Apartments

These apartments are great. We're just back from a week long holiday staying in a superior room with our 3 year old son. The resort is perfect for young children, the pool area is safe, clean and great fun. Rooms are lovely and modern. My parents came with us and stayed in an older room and though a bit tired in decor nothing wrong with it either. The only let down was the food. We stayed half board and the breakfasts were great but the dinners lacked choice and often had cold food. Only terrible French fries, no other type of potato or pasta most nights. Only 2 nights of decent food were the BBQ and the Mallorcan night which just shows that they can produce decent food but don't bother the rest of the time. If I went back again I would just go bed and breakfast.More

I have just returned from my sixth holiday here and rebooked for a return in 2015.This is a great place for families. Our room was as allways spotless with daily maid service. The hotel blocks are very clean and well maintained. The pools are cleaned every morning and there are plenty of sunbeds.Reservation of sunbeds is not tollerated at all and staff will and do remove towels if no one is around. This sometimes causes a few problems as if you are in the pool for a long time you may get back to the lounger to find your towel gone but staff are very good and take away the towels that people leave early morning then go to the beach untill the afternoon. The food is great and reasonably priced.Keep a receipt though as we were asked three times during our stay to pay for meals that we had the day before and not paid for.Fortunatly I had all the reciepts. The appartments are for self catering but it is possible to upgrade to B&B or half board or simply eat where you want. There are several supermarkets nearby the best and cheapest at the far end of the road on the roundabout.Well stocked, clean and cheap. There is plenty of entertainment in the evening at the hotel and also at other places around cala dor. There are several small beaches within ten minutes walking distance from the hotel.Any one with mobility problems may find it difficult in some places as it is hilly in places.Looking forward to going back.More

Fantastic in every way

My husband & I just returned on 20th September after 7 nights here, second visit, came with 2 teenagers also last year. Everything was of an excellent standard again. The welcome from check-in to bar staff, menu choices, location, entertainers, safety, security with a code to get in at night from both from back as well as front of resort. The pool is clean, and no worries about sunbeds! We stayed in a Superior room which had a fabulous shower, new looking kitchen equipment, glassware etc, great sea view from 3rd floor with excellent balcony, it was spotless & the housekeeping staff thorough. There is a lovely family feeling to the place, from the staff who seem happy to work here & many we recognised from last year. They can be seen eating together in the restaurant at lunch time, which we thought was lovely. Some bar items a little pricey, but worth paying it. We recommend this hotel for families and couples too.More
