It has to be said out of all the hotel's I've stopped in this is the best. I love being here. Bonus hairdryer. Iron and ironing board. Kettle. Toaster. Safety deposit box only â¬15 euros. Fantastic pools. Tv. Fridge freezer. All pots pans and even mugs. No noise at night and an incredible 2 minutes from everything until early hours of the morning. Supermarket smack bang across the road. Superb is an understatement ðððMore

Escape to the sun
Spent a great week at Parque Tropical Lanzarote. Our first visit to the island so decided to stay in the main part. Not dissappointed at all. The beach and main street for resturants shops etc is a few minutes walk from hotel downhill which was not very steep so good for exercise. Hotel was clean and towels sheets etc changed twice during our weeks stay. Pool area beauitful plenty of very comfy beds and lovely pool bar. Rooms were pleasent with patio area. Bathroom could do with a makeover but was clean and quite large. We only had one problem with our doorlock which when reported was repaired straight away. Staff very pleasent was even wished a Happy Birthday on arrival and later whilst settling in was given a Birthday card & bottle of bubbly. Such a lovely off the cuff thing to do. Good customer service. Lanzarote is very pretty and clean. Lots of walking from one end to the other. The old town and harbour are worth the stroll with plenty of watering places along the way to people watch and catch the rays. Ventured on the ferry boat to one of the other islands which was worth the â¬20. Plenty of lovely resturants we loved Spinnakers oppisite our hotel great food lovely staff and good nightly entertainment. Another favourite was the American bar along the main strip. Ribs to die for soooo yummy and great entertainment. We did visit others which were equally as good. If you love the beach then note it costs â¬12 per day to rent 2xbeds plus 1 umbrella so budget for this. The highlight of the holiday was our last night which coencided with the Carnival. Omg what a fabulous experience it went on for 4 hrs floats dancers etc such a great atmosphere. All the staff in the bars resturants shops etc dress up as do many of the holiday makers with people returning year after year to there for the carnival. It was something not to miss. So our first visit will not be our last to the lovely island of Lanzarote. More
Clean, comfortable and great value for money
Recently stayed in the hotel with group of friends. Honestly cannot fault the hotel. The pool and surrounding areas where extremely well kept. The pool side bar was great. The bar lady was cheerful and extremely friendly. The reception and high staff were also very friendly. The location of The hotel is only a short walk to the main street. I hope to return to this hotel in the future.More

Excellent clean apartments
Stayed here for the second time, everything excellent. The life guard ensures the pool side is kept very clean. She/he works hard all day picking up leaves that have blown off the trees with the wind and cleaning the very comfortable matresses on the sunbeds. Reception staff very friendly. Poolside bar offers a wide range of food, Nico;s restaurant is first class. close to all the bars on the front. Cannot wait until we return. No problems at all.More
