Set in quiet gardens just minutes from the beach, these spacious whitewashed bungalows are perfect for an away-from-it-all escape.
The bungalows are in a sleepy part of Playa de los Pocillos, five minutes’ walk from a sandy beach. There’s a string of restaurants and bars nearby, and further down the promenade, you’ll find the buzzing nightlife of Puerto del Carmen.
Rooms are spacious and fresh, with crisp white walls and all the essentials for a family base, like microwaves, coffee-makers and toasters. They all come with little outdoor patios and a barbecue, so you’re all set for dinner outdoors.

Quiet, Clean and Relaxing
Stayed in one of the apartments that has not been renovated. Nevertheless it was in perfect condition, apart from a wonky wardrobe door, with really comfortable beds. It was around 100 metres from the reception and the wifi coverage suffered, not always easy to connect and a pretty low download rate. In the reception and pool area it was an excellent 10 Mb/sec. The buffet served at dinner was excellent and great value with a wide choice of dishes. The surrounding gardens were well kept and overall the resort had a looked after appearance.More
What do people want for the money ,
We are in a re furbished apt because I read the reviews and emailed the hotel. Room 202 one of the biggest apt I have been in and that's 35 years of coming to the island. ig walk in shower no clambering over a bath. I disagree with previous comments re reception staff found them helpful, I like extra pillows and coat hangers not a problem. Day 5 and have already had towels changed 3 times, yes it's very quiet but if you want to be rowdy go somewhere else. We are B&B, plenty of choice for breakfast. For the money would I come back yes.More
Just returned from our 2nd visit to Hyde Park Lane Bungalows, and i must say that we were greatly impressed with the changes that had been made since our last visit. We were given bungalow number 36 right next to the pool and reception which was great for us as it had been upgraded and was spotless, we could not have wanted better for our stay. The cleaning staff came every day and kept our room in tip top condition, we also found the reception staff extremely helpful and helped with places to visit and bus time tables. We were self catering only, but i do believe that this option will not be available after 1st of May a shame really as we like to sit on the terrace in our own time and enjoy a relaxing breakfast. We did not eat there so can't comment on the food, though we found the drinks reasonably priced and enjoyed a drink in the bar. Overall this is an excellent place for a relaxing holiday, we would return again but only on a S/C basis. michael macMore
