Set in quiet gardens just minutes from the beach, these spacious whitewashed bungalows are perfect for an away-from-it-all escape.
The bungalows are in a sleepy part of Playa de los Pocillos, five minutes’ walk from a sandy beach. There’s a string of restaurants and bars nearby, and further down the promenade, you’ll find the buzzing nightlife of Puerto del Carmen.
Rooms are spacious and fresh, with crisp white walls and all the essentials for a family base, like microwaves, coffee-makers and toasters. They all come with little outdoor patios and a barbecue, so you’re all set for dinner outdoors.

Great Clean Modern Bungalows- Will return.
Arrived home yesterday after a 2 week stay at Hyde Park Lane Bungalows. -Bungalows recently had refit with gorgeous memory foam mattress and new sofas etc.Regular maid service and bed made/bungalow cleaned 5 days a week.Fresh towels on each occasion -All staff friendly and helpful - Pools clean and tidy with ample sunbeds.Pool with pool bar is warmest and biggest with access to wifi. - Wifi where we were 204 -across road from reception was virtually nill.Pool Bar/Reception have very strong wifi if needed. -Grounds are immaculate and well maintained. -Didnt eat onsite but plenty of local restaurants. We used the BBQ with our bungalow-asked at reception for a grill and it was delivered by maintenance man within minutes.Coals/lighters available cheaply from hiperdino. Only negative for us travelling with 1 child age 9) was the 3rd bed or lack of it.New L shape sofas made it awkward for sleeping arrangements and esp if had a younger child who didnt want to sleep in the lounge area away from mum and dad-assumed there would be a pull out bed of some sort not just sleeping on the sofa.Camp beds to use if required would be a brilliant addition as bedrooms big enough to accommodate A great stay and will return.More
Perfectly adequate and enjoyable stay
Had a week here 10 - 17 Jan 17, we had a non refurbished room and didn't have any issues, it suited us fine. No problems with the staff, all friendly and helpful. Excellent Pizza at the pool bar at lunchtimes. Pool water was heated and was swimmable without taking your breath away. My only gripe was that it was very cold at night in the apartments/bungalows, I don't know if the refurbished units have heating but IMO it's a must. Our clothes in the wardrobe started to smell damp after about 3 days. It's a bit of a walk down to the main area of town but no great issues, taxi back after a meal and a few drinks was only â¬4.More
Family holiday July 2016
We have visited these bungalows as a couple five times over the last few years. In July 2016 we had a family holiday which included 8 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 3 to 14. We all had bungalows close to each other which was great and the kids loved the pool although it was a bit cool. All the bungalows we had had been refurbished and there was a problem with two of the air con units not working properly but this was easily sorted out. The walk to the beach and local restaurants is about 20/30 minutes and a bit steep in places, the 3 year old needed a carry back after eating out at night! We did not try the on site restaurant so cannot comment on this. Certainly the supermarket at the bottom of the hill is better value than the on site shop. It is a good base for getting out and about and a hire car/cars is better value to see all the sights than the trips on offer. All in all the complex is very good and my husband and I are back again in six weeks time for our seventh visit, we are thinking of making this an annual event for a winter break!More
Fun in the sun
The accommodation consists of small semi-detached bungalows some with one on top and your neighbours can be noisy moving furniture around although overall a quiet location. We went self catering and found the kitchen adequate with a two ring cooker and microwave combi grill oven. The on site shop is reasonably priced and there are other Spar shops nearby which are well stocked . Just by the shop there are washing machines you can use. The site has two swimming pools but if you turned left from reception and went down the hill the sea was no more than a five minute walk with a lifeguard on duty. Take goggles you can see lots of lovely little fish swimming in the crystal clear water. We had one evening meal at the restaurant on site and it cost 17 euros each it was a buffet and there was a lot of variety but it was quite expensive compared to cooking for yourself. Our coffee brewer failed to work and was swiftly replaced with a brand new machine, other minor problems were resolved in similar manner.More
Pleasant and clean
Would have liked sat nav co ordinates as we found this place hard to find. Warm and informative welcome at reception was nice. Got to our pleasant new home but dissapointed not to get an actual bungalow, got one half of the bottom of a two storey house. Inside was neat and tidy and large rooms except for the tiny kitchen. No welcoming bottle of water meant we had to go back out and find a shop. No egg cups and although every house had a built in barbecue on the outside there was no tools or coals provided. Still we enjoyed our stay here in this quite area and there being two separate swimming pool areas was good. Will come here again.More
