These apartments come with three pools. There’s one in each part of the complex, and the two smallest ones are for chilling out. Come mealtimes, there’s a restaurant with an à la carte menu.
It’s a 10-minute downhill walk to a long sandy Blue Flag beach. And Puerto del Carmen’s shops, bars and restaurants are even closer.

GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY "BUT COULD BE BETTER"
We booked this last minute through thomson 2 adults and 3 kids at a not unreasonable £950, having stayed at various canary locations i wasnt expecting to be happily surprised, however on arrival the reception staff where very friendly and we where allocated room 1203, not a bad size appartment reasonably clean and fairly presentable decor and lucky for us located on the upper level, it would appear from our stay this complex is favoured by the swedes, we were among a handfull of brits ,so although not the greatest place to meet new friends we didnt suffer alot of noise around the daytime, 3 pools only one heated, pool attendents very friendly a credit to the place, evening entertainment good , the small shop is reasonable although a 2minwalk and you find a large supermarket, overall for what we spent the hotels value for money , however there is room for improvement in the following areas *bed linen wasnt changed at all in the week we stayed there and in all honesty the linens very tired and worn *tv is an extra 20 euros a week *internets again extra *pull out beds beyond its sell by date , ive seen better offerings at the ymca shop *appartments and there furnishings felt damp throughout our stay.something other guests had mentioned in conversation finally and this isnt aimed at the hotel , the thomson reps where like ghosts throughout our stay , it would appear as with all my previous canary stays, that unless you want to spend lots of cash booking trips your of no use! in summary well done cinco but throw some cash at the bedding!!More
Never again (room 1209)
I can't believe how bad this hotel is, after emailing them 3 times before arrival say we needed a downstairs apartment with pool views, we have a disabled son who sleeps in the afternoon and a 10 year old who's always in the pool, so they have gave a a room on the far side of the plaza upstairs and with a view of a brick wall, we are very disappointed the reception doesn't seem interested, the reps are good but there saying if there no spare rooms there's nothing that can be done.More
Value for Money
Stayed for Christmas and New Year arriving late evening. Room allocated was good but then work started in rooms nearby, staff were very good though and relocated us within 24 hours to a quieter area. Had terrace area both front and back which was good as the back caught the sun most of the day. Room had ample space and housekeeping maintained cleanliness. Bar was not busy and some evenings we were the only customers. Normally we do all inclusive so are used to busy hotel bars with plenty to do and people to talk to. Although entertainment was held on some evenings, as soon as it ended the bar emptied so no real mixing of families / guests was taking place. Location was good, a nice walk down to the main area for the beach, bars and restaurants, however I would recommend turning down the side street to walk down rather than walking down the steep hill. The few occasions we ate at the hotel, the food was very good. All staff are helpful and attentive. Only big downside was there are only 4 outdoor tables to sit at in the bar/pool area to enjoy a drink in the sun. Plus side, the bar next door (Spinnaker) is fantastic and good valueMore
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Plenty of sun beds. Supermarket round corner and open until very late. Main Street where bars and restaurants are is down hill about 10 minutes walk. Beach is about 15 minutes walk, very clean.Good place to stay.More
