These apartments give you three pools to choose from. And it’s a 10-minute walk to the Blue Flag beach.
These apartments come with three pools. There’s one in each part of the complex, and the two smallest ones are for chilling out. Come mealtimes, there’s a buffet restaurant with a bonus à la carte option.
It’s a 10-minute downhill walk to a long sandy Blue Flag beach. And Puerto del Carmen’s shops, bars and restaurants are even closer.

Stayed 1 week in late April 2016 in a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony. Spacious apartment with all facilities required for a self catering holiday including fridge, microwave etc. Probably in need of freshening up in respect of general paintwork and shower tile grouting etc. but otherwise fine.
We had booked half board which we regretted as the food was not the greatest to be honest and we ate out most of the time. Nice spacious balcony with pool view. Apartment was clean and towels changed once but not bed linen which was disappointing. 10 minutes walk downhill to seafront/main strip. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from to suit most people's budgets.
All staff were very pleasant and helpful and the complex was kept spotlessly clean and tidy.
Would return to Cinco Plazas on a self catering basis.More
Stay twice a year
We love this place, clean rooms and a good standard, with plenty of space, the staff are very friendly as well, the apartments are in a good location ,with the main stripe at the bottom of the hill, the hill itself is not a problem as one of our party was an amputee and managed fineMore
Lovely 11 nights at Cinco Plazas. Very quiet and relaxing apartments .
We stayed at Cinco Plazas in April for 11 nights. It was very relaxing and so close to the main beach and all the shops and restaurants. It is self catering and well fitted.
There is a buffet restaurant where you can have half board or just breakfast. That overlooks the main pool which is super.
We stayed in 2116 and it was up the ramp right in the middle by another pool so super for sunbathing. We had ground floor and it was perfect we were at Plaza Montana pool.. A lovely spotlessly clean complex with super staff. We would return.
My only criticism is that you had to pay for wi-fi which in this day and age I was surprised at. It could easily have been added to the holiday booking as this is very important to us.
However it was a fabulous holiday and I would look forward to going there again.More
Visited again lovely atmosphere only thing booked through Thomson asked if wanted terrace or balcony assumed from this ground floor or first floor asked for balcony but got terrace not cinco plaza fault but Thomson booking page. Pools are great and good weatherMore
Would stay there again
Spent a week there in April in a 2 bed apartment on a self-catering basis. We went with friends who had been to the island several times but it was our first visit. The complex is large with 3 pools (lifeguards on duty 10-6) and everywhere, including the accommodation, was very clean. The equipment (cutlery, crockery, pans) in the apartment is basic but sufficient. A coffee maker and toaster are also provided. Lovely to have a constant supply of extremely hot water (solar of course) but I felt there should be a notice in the apartment about the hot water as it would not be difficult for a child to turn on the shower/bath and get scalded. There is a mini-market onsite but 2 mins away a large supermarket which is not expensive. Lots of restaurant choice only a few minutes walk down the hill to the "promenade". We had no problem with noise but there were not many people at the complex - possibly a different story in high season. The staff on Reception all spoke English and were always helpful and polite. We had a rental car and found the resort central for going north or south. Cannot comment on the restaurant or bar as we did not use them. Would definitely stay here again.More
