Available from May 2017. Designed for 3 to 11-year-olds, our Kids’ Clubs by Family Life offer daytime activities, five times a week. To ensure all activities suit your little and not-so-little ones, we’ve split the Clubs into age groups and tailored the activities for each. Just like in our Family Life resorts, there’s Bamse Club for 3 to 5-year-olds and @611 Club for 6 to 11-year olds, so you and your kids get a taste of the full experience. For your peace of mind, all of our Kids’ Club team are trained to UK standards by TUI, and have undergone relevant checks.
These apartments bring in lots of natural light - plus you'll have a balcony or terrace for some outside space too. There's room for 4 people - there's a twin bedroom and an extra bed in your lounge and you also have a kitchenette.

Quite simply put, for the price you pay Cinco Plazas provides amazing value for money. If you want 5* accommodation and service then you can get it at a price, but what you get here is a lot more than you pay for.
Iâve just spent a week there with my extended family (7 adults and 5 children) and the accommodation, facilities, and location were great. I already had a pretty good idea of what we would be getting as we went stayed here at the same time last year and loved it. This is actually the first time Iâve gone back to the same place and I noticed there are a lot of people who return here (both to Cinco Plazas and Lanzarote in general) year after year, and I can understand why.
Anyway, Iâll try and keep this brief. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are fairly basic, but have everything you need (if what you need is a bed, bathroom, kitchen, tv etcâ¦). Outside you have your choice of pools to lounge around which is good as they pretty much offer something for all ages ranging from the baby pool, which can be put into the shade when it gets too hot, to the largest of the pools next to the restaurant. There is a bar and entertainment â all good enough â and we found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful (especially those working around the pool in the bar and the bar staff). There is a Kids Club we took full advantage of during the day to get a few hours of freedom, and I am sure they do some activities at night, but we always went out together in the evening. We didnât eat in the hotel restaurant as in the day we either bought food from the large supermarket next door or went out to eat â and if youâre heading out to eat there is a lot to choose from.
The hotel sits pretty much in the middle of the sprawling resort of Puerto Del Carmen with the old town off to one side and the larger hotels and airport over to the other. You are just a short walk from some of the liveliest shops, bars and restaurants and anything you canât face walking to you can just jump into a taxi, which youâll find waiting not too far away.
There are so many selling points for this hotel â cost, staff, facilities, location â Iâd have no hesitation about going back there.More

When you sign into the hotel, extremely poor instructions are given to your apartment location. We had to be guided by a member of the cleaning staff. Around the other side of the building we went up a flight of stairs covered with leaves. First impression the door neededa good painting. Went into the room, finishing on cupboards peeling off, looked like tiles behind sink needed a good scrub. The single beds looked as though they had come from an army barracks and as we're just as uncomfortable with one flat pillow. Outside by the pool it was like a Butlins camp with unrequired loud music being played by visitors along with playing in the pool with a hard ball. Nothing said by pool guards.Staff ok. Would definitely not recommend for peaceful comfortable holiday. Lanzarote itself excellent.More
Fantastic low cost apartments
Spacious, clean apartments. Flat screen Tv with freeview and a classic movie channel. Helpful reception staff. Decent wifi. Balcony in the sun. Great location near to the beach and some cracking restaurants. Could not really find fault in anything.More

To start with we had to go and buy our own cleaning products and clean the apartment it was filthy no air con but a fan in the room that was full of rust had to use our own towels the ones provided were like floor clothes if we could have taken clean sheets we would have changed them slept on same sheets for the entire holiday rang reception and was told sheets are changed once towels changed twice maid did keep knocking at the door with toilet rolls so we were ok for themMore
Quiet, convenient and imacculate
This is a very well laid out complex of apartments which, although quite large, doesn't feel cramped or over crowded. The upper floor apartments have very large balconies which are designed to be extremely private; the ground floor ones naturally are not so private and some will not be particularly sunny because of the number of plantings close by. The whole site is kept scrupulously clean and although the accommodation is not luxurious everything is in good order, with comfortable beds and good levels of equipment. Given the central location and the friendly and helpful staff one can't go wrong in staying there.More
