The Seaside Los Jameos Playa Hotel is a cut above, offering tropical-look pools and a buffet restaurant that TripAdvisor reviewers rave about.
The Seaside Los Jameos Playa Hotel is a stone’s throw away from the sandy beach. The harbour town of Puerto del Carmen is a few minutes’ drive along the coast.
Local artist and architect César Manrique inspired the hotel’s palm gardens and cavernous, lantern-lit lobby.

First visit to this hotel and won't be the last. We stayed for 1week staff can't do enough for you and work extremely hard. Rooms are of a good size for a family of 3. Even though the hotel was full you still felt like it was spacious. Fabulous outdoor eating and food was of a very good standard. Will definitely return. Thank you for a lovely relaxing holiday!More
We are staying here at the moment, great hotel, rooms are clean and well kitted out. Food is amazing! First time I have went all inclusive and don't want to go out for dinner for 'a change'. My only gripe on this hotel is the sunbeds! Hotel says you cannot reserve beds before 9.00am but this is definitely not the case people are out at 6.30 in the morning putting towels down!! And I thought we were on holiday!! Someone from the hotel does go around removing the odd towel but by no manner if means could she possible manage all the towels that are left before 9.00am When I have visited other hotels the pool is cordoned off until it opens so this cannot happen. Would happily return
We have just returned from an 11 night stay in a family room. The room was a good size for the three of us (2 adults & 1 child). Very clean and comfortable, however, the hairdryer was not very powerful ( in fact it was pretty useless) so if this is a 'must have' for your holiday I would suggest taking your own. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food was plentiful and varied but some of it was very salty, despite this we never went hungry! The pools are a bit chilly but fine once you're in. As it was high season it was a bit difficult getting decent sun beds unless you were up really early.....the ones near the pool were pretty much all taken by 8am. A really nice touch is that the laundry facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer & ironing board) are provided free of charge. Despite the minor issues, we had a great time at this hotel and would happily return.More
Went for my father in laws surprise 60th and had a fantastic time. Food and hotel were great! Couldn't be more pleased. The only disappointment was to find it was fully booked for next year:( Swimming pools children friendly, staff incredible and the location was just perfect. Lots to see and do nearby and we would love to return. More
Los Jameos Player
Have just arrived back from this lovely hotel, well placed in a beautiful area with a lovely sandy beach at the back of the hotel, the hotel is beautiful, clean and well kept, the staff are amazing always smiling and a friendly word and always willing to help. The rooms are modern and comfortable and cleaned daily to a good standard the room has a roomy safe for a small rental charge a fridge and small kettle for tea and coffee making, the food at this hotel is a very high standard and for this alone I would return again. The pool areas are well kept and clean but tend to be crowded, however there is a quite area at the back of the hotel ( a grassy garden area) which we tended to use as it was peaceful and never crowded and near enough to the pool if you wanted a dip. If you are thinking of booking this hotel you will not be disappointedMore
