Two ocean-view pools steal the show at this grand, adults-only hotel. The entertainment is well worth staying in for, too.
There’s a colonial feel to this stylish hotel, with its high ceilings and dark-wood detail. But the first thing you’re likely to notice is the ocean view – it’s particularly impressive from the two lagoon pools.
A mix of local and international dishes makes the menu in the buffet restaurant, while the entertainment features everything from piano music to flamenco dancing. The nearest beach and bars are only a 10-minute walk away.

Lovely hotel but.....
Stayed in July. From first impressions hotel seemed very lovely however... Rooms were ok, a little dated and was not cleaned to a great standard. Men have to wear trousers of an evening which is fine but not when woman are allowed to walk round with shorts on and jogging bottoms!! My partner had on tailored shorts and a button shirt and shoes and was told he wasn't allowed in. He only had ripped jeans and so the hotel restaurant would prefer you to wear ripped jeans and not smart shorts and a shirt and shoes! Ridiculous! Hotel trying to be something it isn't we felt. No need for men to have to wear trousers. I could understand it if the restaurant was amazing but it was a large dining hall with rows upon rows of tables with very slow service to get a drink of an evening and very repetitive food. Entertainment was good although was a shame that as soon as it finished it was like lights out all out.. would of been nice to have a little background music to listen to whilst you finished your drinks which i would like to point out that the pool area of an evening was understaffed. Took forever to get a drink and even when you went to the bar you waited at least 30 mins for one! Hotel looks grand from first impression but it isn't at all. I would say that this hotel is catered more for the older generation as a lot of older guests were complaining that the entertainment started too late! 9.30/9.45pm. For couples in their early 30's this hotel is pretty boring its pretty much dinner, entertainment and then silence! Everyone goes to bed by 11pm. Silence round the pool too. Would not go back to this hotel. I think there is probably better hotels that are adults only on the island however i must say that having hired a car and explored the Island, Playa Blanca is much nicer than the other resorts and definitely has one of the nicest beaches!More

First impressions of this hotel are very good reception staff exceptional. Its a pity this does not extend to other areas The service you get off the pool bar staff in evenings could at best be discribed as poor.staff dont seem to be reguarly assigned to this. Not enough staff to take orders and they often make mistakes .i ordered drinks that didnt come then to be charged twice. Entertainment poor. But nice Hotel if you just want to chill Think ill try timalfiya palace next timeMore
This is my 4th visit to Lanzarote but first to this Hotel ! Spent 7 days here with my husband had a lovely relaxing holiday . This is sensimar adults only hotel . The hotel is well maintained clean there is daily maid service and towels are changed as you require . The Restaurant is also clean we were half board and at both sittings there was plenty of choice again at breakfast and dinner there was a cooking station where food was freshly cooked with choices of meat or fish. Apart from breakfast drinks are not included so water soft drinks ,wine and beer you will have to pay for either by cash or to your room . There is an entertainment team with daily activities arranged to be honest it's not my thing so can't really comment .Entertainment in the evening touch and go some good acts ! This a quiet hotel so if you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is it! We had no issue getting sun beds or a parasol at this hotel ! The hotel is a 30 -35 minute walk to centre of Playa Blanca but this is pleasant as it's along the coast line and there are a few Restaurants to have a coffee or a cold drink ! Taxi about 5 euros ! We thought there were some lovely touches at this hotel free wifi, sun bed towels which can be changed as required, free safe . Water 2 bottles every 2nd /3rd day to room . We have been at other hotels where you pay for wifi and deposits on safe and towels. Fridge bar not free but there are tea/ coffee facilities which is a plus replenished every day ! The staff are friendly and helpful and we received a curtesy call from the reception staff a day into our holiday to check if we were happy and to let the hotel know if we had any concerns while we were there can't say fairer than that ! There is a restaurant called the Natura beach a stones walk great for lunch and drinks cheaper than the hotel ! Across the road a small supermarket there is a bar there but felt that it was a bit run down drank there but did not eat this has nothing to do with the hotel Would I go back to the Natura Palace definitely ! But remember no matter what time of year you go to Lanzarote it is a windy island as it's name suggests !! More
Very relaxing holiday, would return to this hotel
My husband and I stayed for a week beginning of July. I emailed the hotel a few days before we arrived to request a quiet room on a high floor. We were very pleased with our room on 3rd floor with side sea view and great views of mountains and the coastline towards Playa Blanca. The room decor was a little dated but the room was very clean with free of charge safe and free bottled water replenished every few days. Room minibar prices were quite expensive so we did not use it. The twin beds were comfortable with good quality bedding/pillows but the air con in the room did not work very well despite us leaving it on the coolest setting all night. The pool area had plenty of sunloungers and we had no trouble finding free ones but the pool area would benefit from more parasols. As it is an adult only hotel the pool area was quiet and relaxing with lovely palm trees. All public areas inside the hotel were very clean. We enjoy walking and enjoyed walking into Playa Blanca (40min each way), the marina (1 hour each way) and the lighthouse (30min each way). A major plus point for us was the food, there was a good choice every evening including steaks cooked to order and the breakfast offering was very good. The drinks service at dinner could be slow but we could see the waiting staff were extremely busy and doing their best. We tried the al a carte restaurant but preferred the main buffet food. When visiting the al a carte we waited 25 minutes for our food/drink order to be taken despite our attempts to get the busy waiting staffs attention. We did not see much of the evening entertainment, we visited the nearby Marea bar which serves lovely cocktails and the Sports Bar opposite the hotel. There was also a small supermarket opposite the hotel where we stocked up on drinks and bottled water. We had a lovely holiday at this hotel and would return as the ambience of the hotel is very relaxing.More
We have been back a week and are already looking to book again for next year. This is a beautiful hotel and well worth the 4 stars given by Thomson. The staff are all friendly and check in was quick and easy. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and all the staff work hard to keep it that way. Another bonus is the free safe in the rooms and free water every other day. Also pool towels are provided without a deposit. The only small nag is that the entertainment doesn't start until 9.45 pm and is only on for an hour each night. The acts that were there are brilliant but why so late and for such a small amount of time. Would definitely go back.More
