Two ocean-view pools steal the show at this grand hotel. The entertainment is well worth staying in for, too.
There’s a colonial feel to this stylish hotel, with its high ceilings and dark-wood detail. But the first thing you’re likely to notice is the ocean view – it’s particularly impressive from the two lagoon pools.
A mix of local and international dishes makes the menu in the buffet restaurant, while the entertainment features everything from piano music to flamenco dancing. The nearest beach and bars are only a 10-minute walk away.

Special dietary requirements can be catered for if reception are advised at least 48 hours in advance. If you'd like an à la carte item that isn't available from the buffet, a charge will apply. Just so you know, gentlemen will need to wear long trousers in the restaurant for dinner.
Pamper yourself with the range of luxuries on offer at the spa. With a variety of beauty treatments to choose from, you can pick from mud treatments and massages. There's also a sauna, whirlpool bath, Turkish bath and jet showers. If it's a special occasion or you'd just like to treat yourself, choose from the range of services at the hairdressers.

Still a great holiday
Returned for our second visit and were just as delighted as our first visit 3 years ago. We were greeted with a glass of cava which was a very nice touch. It was our 52nd wedding anniversary the day after our arrival and on our return to our room on the afternoon of our anniversary we were delighted to find a bottle of champagne, fresh strawberries and hand-made truffles with a card and the compliments of the management. The food is excellent as are all the waiting staff and this goes for the bar staff too. The chambermaids are also very efficient too. We hope to return next march or April and are looking forward to it already. i have only one suggestion to make, more umbrellas around the pools please.More

Very Nice but needs some TLC in bedrooms
Just back from a weeks stay and I would agree to what most people are saying about the hotel but have to disagree that the evening meals are repetitive,(not sure about vegetarian options) but hot plates and every night there are many choices of freshly cooked beef/pork/chicken/lamb seasonal fish and tuna steaks also a roasted joint (different each night) along with a huge pan of paella, stir fry or stew, prepared meats included veal/rabbit/venison/chicken/beef/pork in a variety of sauces mushroom/ spicy/ tomato/curry lots of different accompaniments sliced, boiled, mashed, sauté potatoes, chips, pasta rice at least 7 different veg and too many different salads to mention. So yes if on the 1st night you piled your plate with a bit of everything then it was the same every night...... Would think a choice of 10-15 starters and desserts along with a further 10 fresh pieces of fruits so far from repetitive.... Daytime entertainment very low key but Alesha in the Studio does a great job with the fitness classes a programme for all levels of fitness. Pool was lovely once you took the plunge and got in and you can change the towels as often as you liked. I contacted the hotel by email prior to arrival to ask for a room that was on a high floor with afternoon sun and that's what we got sun till 7pm. Basic room was large and airy huge bed and pillow menu! Fridge that stayed on all day and water replaced every few days. The fittings are just a bit tired and the room a bit lacking in plugs now we all have so much electronic equipment that needs charging but not enough of an issue to spoil your holiday. Can't comment on evening entertainment as did not go to any. Coach transfer 30 minutes first hotel drop off on the way out and last pick up on the way back. Welcome Meeting usual trip information but team unable to answer some basic questions however they did find out very quickly not enough local knowledge of what's on offer but it is early in the season however reception staff very knowledgeable and have little maps of walking routes etc Great holiday very relaxing in a very nice hotelMore

Had a too week break here and cannot fault the hotel or the staff. The room was clean and comfortable with a bath and shower. The food was delicious and the staff were efficient and friendly. Although the hotel is a little walk from the main town and beaches there are shops on site and nearby for essentials and the pools and jacuzzi along with plenty to keep you occupied. The hotel is now adults only. More
We have been to Lanzarote many times before, but this was our first stay at the Natura Palace. We were on the whole very happy with it-very spacious inside, lovely pools, well maintained gardens, extremely helpful friendly staff.I don't know whether the hotel was full during our stay, but dining room and public areas were always very quiet. No problem getting a sunbed! Our room was a premium room, which I thought were all in the main building, but ours was in the annexe. As there are no lifts in the annexe, if you are thinking of booking a prenium room for a little extra space, it would be worth emailing the hotel if you have any mobility problems to ensure you get one in the main building. Also, there a bar nearby which plays live music 3-4 times a week until about11.30 ish, which could be heard in our room. A nice touch was the two bottles of water replaced twice a week free of charge, and the pillow menu. Usual charge for the safe, and for water with the evening meal.which we have found to be standard in all of the hotels we have stayed in. Food was fine- evening meals a little repetitive, and the gala night didn't seem to be any different from the others, apart from the table setting and the chocolate fountain. The shows in the evening were varied and mainly enjoyable. but the stage could do with a curtain that opens when the act starts, and closes when they've finished, instead of the act coming onto the stage and starting when they've set up, and walking off at the end. Also, something before the show would be good to warm up the audience- dancing, quiz- such a waste of a lovely entertainment room. Lovely walks along the prom, but if you wanted the bus it is a good 10-15 walk from the hotel. As we had a late flight, we were given use of a courtesy room, but a twenty minute slot really isn't long enough for two people. There are showers near to reception that can be used at any time, but a curtain for privacy when getting dressed would be good. Lanzarote is a lovely island. with a lot to see and do there, and we would certainly consider staying at the Natura Palace again if we return to the island.More
Worth every penny!
Lovely hotel, lovely staff, great food and lovely weather. Good walks along the front to Playa Blanca centre or Lighthouse the other way (3 miles and !.5 miles) Only minor whinge is the 2.5 euros the hotel charge for water (500ml). Better to go to the supermarket opposite. You expect to pay more for drinks generally but thought the water was over the topMore
