Great hotel but water situation needs sorted
Stayed here 4th-11th March with my wife June. We had a fab stay. Food was really good for all inclusive and we always found something tasty for lunch and dinner. Two things let the hotel down. One is they don't supply bottles of water only small plastic cups, so make sure you buy a couple of bottles on your flight out and keep hold of them as you can refill them from a machine in the restaurant and also the people at the pool bar will also refill for you. My wife takes a raft of pills morning and night so we needed bottles of water not plastic cups. There is a supermarket 10 mins walk from the back of the hotel where you can buy water. The other problem is access. If you arrive on a coach, you will have to lug your cases up 25 steps to get to the hotel, if you arrive in a taxi, you have 11 steps to negotiate. Nobody offers to help with cases and nobody shows you to your room which I think they should. The hotel is spotlessly clean and all the staff are really friendly, special mention to Nicole and Tania on reception who were really helpful in booking trips and arranging for our shower to be fixed. If they sort the water and cases issue, this hotel would be great.More
Loved it, nice and peaceful, five minute walk from the sea front, staff very friendly, if you want to relax it's ideal, rooms are clean and modern, I loved the food, lots of choice but my wife struggled a bit with it, plenty of pizza and burgers so always something for fussy eaters.More
Individual apartments with good accommodation. Spotlessly clean but no kettle or fridge. Friendly staff. Fabulous sea views from restaurant. Excellent food with lots of fresh fish, salads and vegetables. Good pool area and own sun loungers next to apartment. Just need a kettle and a small fridge!More

I have just returned from staying at this hotel with my wife, and must congratulate the hotel and staff, they are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was lovely, and was great to have sun beds on your own private patio. Food was among the best we have seen at a hotel of this price, always something even for the fussy eater, which we are not. Good location with views of the sea, only blip is poor Wi-Fi, but hey you're on holiday. Give my best to Simone on reception, she was great help when our key decided not to work! Thanks for a great stay, we will be back.More

Peaceful calm holiday, small friendly hotel
Chose this hotel as outside of main resort with the view we could always walk to town! Hmm was quite a walk but regular buses and taxis for â¬4 meant was easily accessible. Mainly semi detached bungalows with a lounge one bedroom and bathroom, loads of space. Outside you had a patio with table and chairs plus 2 loungers surrounded by a wall which I guess gave wind shelter should you need it. All was kept lovely and clean. Staff were friendly if not in short supply at the pool bar which doubled up for evening entertainment area. Entertainment was patchy but the one girl did her v best with all nationalities. Pool was freezing but ok once you'd swum a lap! Food whilst plentiful was ok but not the best dinning experience as felt a bit cafeteria like. All inclusive drinks were ok and you could get them as strong as you wanted. Fantastic views over to the islands and Fuerteventura. Would happily go back again at the right price.More
