Great Family Birthday Adventure

Stayed here end of July for 60th Birthday and came with all family including 3 grandchildren. Had a fantastic holiday and really glad we decided on All-Inclusive. It was excellent value for money. We had 3 rooms all beside each other on ground floor. Everyone had plenty to do, weather was fantastic and 2 youngest grand sons aged 4 and 7 spent many hours in the 3 different swimming pools. The resort is brilliant with superb beach and plenty of life and shops for the evening stroll from hotel. It has the best location in Playa Blanca. If I had anything to comment on about Hotel we had stayed here 2 years previous and It is starting to show signs of wear and tear and I really do not get the segregation of Delux and the rest. It only lends to splitting guests up. Hisperia you have so many great things in and about this Hotel take a tip and pull it all together for the greater good. Thanks for the great Family all inclusive holiday and Birthday.More

The good bad and everything else

We have just returned from a first visit 2 week stay as DELUXE all inclusive guests The Good; Excellent location,5 mins walk to the marina or playa blanca along the promenade great views looking over to Fuerteventura great pools most of the staff were very hospitable rooms were cleaned daily the hotel itself was a very clean hotel There was a large selection of food available The bad: Qs Qs and more Qs at the pool bar we have been to other AI hotels were they have self service, in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner SLOW the main reasons they were only cooking to order ie you go for brekkie and you had to wait for a fried egg surely its common sense to have say 6 ready to go and then carry on making more now at dinner we had concerns regarding the uncooked fish and meat on show and not in fridges then if you picked either you then had to wait while it was cooked surely if its a choice of 2 or 3 they could have some already cooked Everything else Firstly it advertised a 9 hole golf course its not its a pitch and putt but was closed and looked very over grown. The animation team who looked like they had been picked off the street and thrown together were not very entertaining they did two shows and they were awful. We think the hotel needs to decide what it wants to be AI B&B HB it has to many different scenarios going on the DELUXE AI isn't worth the extra Would we stay at this hotel again?? Probably but it would have to be way cheaper to what we paid this summerMore

Andrew H,

Lovely people, lovely time

We have just returned from a week at this lovely hotel. The only fault we found was that the guests were a little noisy going back to their rooms at night, but this is to be expected as everyone seemed to be having such a good time. The hotel itself was lovely. It was kept clean and maintained to a good standard - one night during our stay a man tripped on the stairs and went through one of the glass hand rail panels (other than bruising his ego he was fine). The next day the panel was fixed. I also saw someone painting one of the inside walls. The choice of food was good - especially for my daughter who is a Coeliac and needs to have a gluten free diet. She could eat virtually as much as us. The chefs came out most nights to advise what she could and couldn't eat, but as I said there wasn't really that much that she couldn't have. The waiting staff deserve a mention - particularly Maria and Sylvia. They always had a smile on their face, even though they were very busy most days and would have a conversation and a joke with you. The cleaning staff were excellent as the rooms were cleaned every day. The pools were clean and the ones at the 'front' of the hotel - facing the ocean - were busier. We tended to use the pools at the back. These were quieter and it was easier to get a sunbed. The bar was quieter too! The entertainment was good - especially the carnival night and the Ibiza style foam pool party. We would recommend anyone to go to this hotel and wouldn't recommend the deluxe package unless you really wanted a seaview from your room as we didn't think it was worth the extra 30 euros per person per night.More

Jade A,

Ideal location

Enjoyed a nice family holiday at this hotel - no significant complaints. Evening entertainment was average at best with the exception of the Brazilian band which was superb! Great local beach side restaurants offers better value than AI.More
