The H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens is a favourite with families, thanks to its first-rate entertainment, children’s splash park and busy kids’ clubs.
The hotel’s a few minutes’ walk from the beach. It’s a little further to Costa Teguise, with its seafront full of shops and restaurants. There’s also a bus stop outside for services to Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen.
This place has just had a makeover, so expect everything in tip-top shape. As well as revamped rooms and public areas, there’s a new splash pool with slides and a pirate-themed kids’ buffet section.

Arrived at 9.30pm to friendly welcoming staff on reception was told too late to go into the restaurant and was presented with a little pick nick which was nice of the hotel to provide. Found our room only downside to this was 2 beds in the bedroom and a single bed next to the patio doors. You cant expect a child to sleep in the room by himself so me and my son slept in the bedroom, and my husband slept in the room. Room had a little kitchen TV with English channels, bathroom had little nic naks shower gel shampoo etc was really nice. Restaurant morning breakfasts was great hot and cold food to choice from plus free drinks even though we were half board. Watch out for the English sausages as it stated they were chicken and not pork, my husband laughed so hard when I took a bit out of one to find it was chicken flavored. Evening meal this was our first time to half board and didn't know what the plan was so we helped ourselves to Fanta pop to be told off by the waitress and then told off later on in the week when my son folded the drinks receipt into his pocket the waitress came to our table again and issued us with another bill. Food you had a different theme every night we didn't like the Spanish theme as it was a lot of seafood on show. I tried a little piece of Squid one night and the next morning my eyes had ballooned up they were like slits, allergic reaction to Squid but they went down after a couple of days. Swimming pool the main pool was absolutely freezing and too deep to stand up in we got told off again for taking our inflatable into it. The other pool was a lot warmer and was salted so spent most off our time in there. There was only 1 lifeguard on show and he wasn't watching all the pools. I have to say on the other comments about the incident the life guards had quadrupled up after that. The main pool is too deep for the slides for the kids to go down, one of the slides was never open when we were there. Entertainment was mediocre if you like that sort off thing. The show's I was gobsmacked when the entertainment show came out miming that put you off watching them. Mini disco was excellent could have gone on a bit longer than 30mins but my son loved it and Daisy. The hotel is not too far from the beach and nearby shops and restaurants, we went for a walk up the side street to the local spa shop and there a was run down mini golf area, H10 could take this on as part off there hotel activities as every child loves mini golf. This was our first time here as a family holiday and will be returning next year.More
We stayed in lanzarote gardens for 1 week . This is definitely not for couples as it is full of kids . Entertainment to suit the kids of a daytime and also evening . Nothing for adults so had to leave the resort a few nights and also a few nights we ate out as we were all inclusive tho the good was not much and we found it to only be warm . Always had to queue as we found the tables were not cleared quick enough . Also the sunbeds were on top of each other . They either sat upright or one down lower and flat no in between so found them uncomfortable . We were in a room looking over the balcony at a park football pitch and kids club which was noisy. We never booked this hotel as the one we did was fully booked so Thomas cook rang us to tell us and said we will be very happy here . at lanzarote gardens for us which I can't believe they put us there knowing that it is a good family hoIiday for kids . We will not be returning tho like I said lovely hotel very clean ......More

Another Amazing Holiday!
Travelled to H10 Lanzarote Gardens early June with our son who is just over 3. Having had a superb holiday at the same hotel last year we were keen to return, but wondered if we would have as good an experience the second time around. We needn't of worried - we had another amazing holiday! Check in was smooth. We emailed the hotel prior to arriving and requested a ground floor room in the same block we were in last year. The hotel team kindly arranged this. Our room was spotlessly clean - rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels also daily. Food was good. We were All Inclusive and enjoyed the variety available. After being in a couple of AI hotels this was toward the top end. Themed nights resulted in plenty of choice. We did choose to eat out one night to break up the routine. Drinks were excellent. Freshly made up cocktails, the local cerveza was good as was the cava. The hotel team help to make the holiday. Special thanks to Lita in the pool bar who recognised us from our previous stay. Blue Team are incredibly hard working, engaging with holidaymakers as much as people want. Georgie, Paco, Anthony, Jeffery, Daphne to name a few... All the team do an amazing role in making the hotel relaxing yet fun and enjoyable. Pool towels can be changed for €1 each. Free wifi was good. Local area has some souvenir shops and a small supermarket. Lots of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. All in all we'd definitely return again. More
Excellent hotel for young families
Just got back from a May half term holiday. Lanzarote gardens is a great family hotel if children are aged under 11. My children are aged 12 and 14 and there weren't many others that age. Younger children looked to be having a great time with the activities provided and the pool area was perfect. It's good that my teenagers were sometimes allowed to join the optional adult activities (e.g. Football, darts, water polo) but not always due to their age, for safety reasons. Hotel is very clean. We booked two family suites, one for my husband and myself, and one for the boys. I was worried we may be put in rooms far apart, but was delighted to be put in adjacent rooms with inter-connecting doors. Each suite has a large bedroom and lounge space with bathroom.Plenty of storage space, good aircon. Bathroom contains hairdryer and bottles of shampoo ( not conditioner), soap, shower gel and a toothbrush. Towels were changed whenever needed and rooms cleaned nicely each day. We went half- board and felt this was definitely best value. Buffet breakfast was the same each day- plenty of choice, hot and cold, and the boys particularly liked the freshly cooked crepes. Evening buffet had a theme each night, e.g. Italian, Spanish etc and the food was of good quality with many options including a great separate low buffet pirates table of plain cooked children's food, e.g. Pasta, fishfingers, chips, plain cooked veg. At peak time there was usually a short wait of 5 minutes for a table, but come early or late to avoid it. Waiters are very efficient at clearing away dirty plates. Half board does not include any drink in the evening, not even water, so be prepared for that ( breakfast drinks are included). Each bedroom has a fridge, and we bought drinks from a local supermarket to keep in our rooms. The pool area is clean and lots of sun beds, but people reserve them with towels, although they are not meant to. We just moved some one day and used the beds anyway then 2 hours later a woman (English) turned up and moaned at me but I just ignored her. We booked some day trips with a local company called First Minute, and they were reliable and recommended. We hired a car for one day for 30 euros from a local firm, Payless, which only took 5 mins to organise. Town itself bit boring. On our last day we had to check out at noon, and the hotel have a free room to store baggage before the transfer coach came later. They also have a courtesy shower as long as pre-arranged. Currently still on holiday with my Husband and 2 young kids. We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and have loved every minute , an absolute gem of a place, from the food to the staff who always greeted us with a smile, the facilities, pool etc. Food at the hotel has plenty of choice, also some lovely restaurants to eat in.. Have seen reviews regarding the little boy almost drowning and people blaming the lifeguard which is extremely unfair as I saw him at the baby pool when the incident happened and he ran straight to help as soon as he heard the shouting.. at the end of the day it's his parents job to look after their kids.. Will definitely be returning to this hotel..More
