An impressive pool scene and a centre-of-town setting make the El Trebol a real all-rounder.
If you’re after an in-the-thick-of-it location, this place is ideal. It’s set in the heart of Costa Teguise, which means you’ve got a choice of shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Plus, you’re just a five-minute stroll from Las Cucharas beach, where you’ll find a long, sweeping stretch of sand.
Bedrooms have a classic feel. They’re decorated in shades of peach and cream, and kitted out with light-wood furniture. Well-equipped kitchenettes come as standard, so you can cook simple meals when you don’t fancy eating out.

Good Place to Sleep
Overall a good hotel.
Food was adequate, although very much the same food all the time which got tedious.
The bin in our room had not been emptied from the previous guests which made the room stink! How housekeeping didn't see or smell that I don't know.
Sat on the bed as soon as we arrived, only to end up on the floor as the bed only had 3 legs attached?!
Cleanliness of the rooms was good and Housekeeping did a good job.
Restaurant service was good, bar service was good.
Do not listen to the bad reviews!!
I must admit I was a bit unsure when I was heading over to this hotel because I read every single bad review and thought I was letting myself in for the worst trip ever. Without being rude, these reviews were obviously written by pompous old gits who thrive on sitting in a room through the duration of a holiday looking for things to moan about! Our room was immaculate, we were in 219. It was very spacious and well maintained by the maids. I must add that every holiday I have been on previously I have bought a safe but in this hotel I didn't. Both myself and my partner left both of our iPads AND phones in plain view in our room and they were never touched. The hotel as a whole is very clean and tidy, the pool side never had any litter. We were all inclusive so dined in the hotel several times a day, every single meal time they changed the food up and there was always something for everyone. There is honestly nothing I could complain about, the staff were brilliant they couldn't do enough for you. Ignore all the bad reviews, I would defo come back ððð¼ðð¼More
Never judge a book by its cover
Stayed here for a week in January by myself in a one bedroom apt. As has been said in previous reviews, apts definitely need a make over, and this is happening before the start of the new summer 2016 season.
The apts are approx five minute walk to shopping centre and beach. I stayed all inclusive, I don't eat breakfast but lunch and dinner were always good. Choice of Chicken, fish, and either beef, lamb, pork or veal every day. Any meat was always carved thickly and very tender.
There were a few themed nights, the best of which were the Canarian night and the Chinese night. I heard a few people complaining but I honestly don't think there was any basis for these complaints. Well done to all the chefs n dining room staff.
The entertainment staff worked hard. A music quiz most nights which was very enjoyable. Special mention to Kim n Mollie. One tip though - can you all please learn not to hold microphone so close to your mouth so as rest of us can make out what you are saying!!! The rock n roll night was brilliant. Well done.
Finally, a word of thanks to bar staff n indeed ground staff who work so hard, are always smiling n very friendly.
Wifi is available to buy or free in reception. No pool towels available but this might change after refurbishment. As has been noted in previous reviews, kettles, irons, hair dryers etc available to hire. Television remote must be hired also.
One minor suggestion - the gardens/walkway to n from bar n restaurant poorly lit. Also corridors where rooms are. This needs improved to help both from a health and safety perspective but also to provide some sense of security to women on their own.
No lift either so you have to carry cases up flights of stairs.
I look forward to coming back here again after the refurbishment. All in all, a great, relaxing holiday at an excellent price. More
Hotel okay, visitors not all okay
We just visited this location and did not book the all inclusive (fortunately!).
The staff is very friendly and helpful. You definitely do not pay to much for the apartment and facilities, but it seems that 90% of the visitors are a tipical kind of people. Loud speaking, making a lot of noise and yelling at each other in the middle of the night, reservate their sunbeds (while there are plenty) and most of them seem smokers. So if you close your eyes and listen to all the coughing it seems as if you are in a hospital for long diseases.
We will not come back...More
