Great location for bars not for the big nightclubs. Rooms are dated. No safes provided. Great there are 2 pools - but still no where near enough room for the amount or rooms. Food different prices at different bars. Queue to check in/out, put money on card are far too longMore

Decent hotel but overrated personally!!!

Stayed here August 2013 with a small group of girls! Paid quite a bit for this hotel, this was meant to be the ultimate Ibiza experience and personally found Jet MUCH BETTER!!! Rooms are cleaned daily, great size, in Ibiza so not expecting 5* but this hotel was really set out nice! Pool is a great size, was too quite during the day and played same music over and over... First time in Ibiza and it was really quite in the hotel... Party scene out there is epic! Just the hotel wasnt what I was expecting and sold to me as crazy party town! Glad I stayed here though as have Cafe Mambo round the corner and short walk into Westend! Would I go back... Maybe but I prefer crazy parts of Ibiza this was too peaceful for me! :-)More

My Stag Do

Very mixed feelings about this hotel but on the whole I enjoyed my stay there and would prob stay again. I travelled with 30 other lads for 4 nights and upon arrival we had no issues and stay were great. My room was great, had a big balcony etc however a few of the lads had rooms with a poor view and really quite small. He party atmosphere that they advertise is not what we expected. We were hounded for making noise at 11pm!! Other than that though the hotel was great. Would recommend to others More

Party time!!!

Amazing hotel to party and have a laugh with the lads. Just don't fall asleep on the balcony like me 😂. Would recommend any to go there if you've never been. Music playing all day can be a bit annoying if you've just rolled in at 6 in the morning. Just a shame boy better know where there the week before us so we had to make do with ms dynamite which is OK I suppose.More

Worst hotel of all time

I recently joined trip advisor and I just need to write a review of this awful hotel to warn others. Even though my visit was a couple of years ago this holiday still gives me nightmares. During my time at Ibiza rocks my rooms front door got kicked down and left wide open for an entire night only for me to discover it on my arrival back at the hotel at 4am after being out at a club. God knows how many hours the door to our hotel room was wide open for any opportunists to have a free for all on me and my friends belongings. Luckily for me whoever had kicked the door down was probably just a drunken lunatic and had not taken anything and as it was low season there was not many guests around. Upon discovering the state of what was once the door to our room, I went down to the reception to complain expecting at the very least a sincere apology. What I got was a rude Spanish woman who showed no sympathy whatsoever and even though the hotel was probably 25 percent full they asked me to remain in the room overnight and that the maintenance man would fix the door in the morning. To which I laughed as the door was beyond repair it hadn't just come off the hinges it had an enormous dent in it as it had been kicked with such force, there was no place this door was going except into the skip. After a long conversation and me refusing to spend the night in a room with the front door missing she eventually agreed to move me to a new room. I practically had to beg by this stage! Other than this horrible night, the entire hotel was a complete hole. The walls inside our room had graffiti all over them, I slept in my clothes every night on top of the covers as the bedding was so filthy, and the bed was what I imagine a prison cells bed to feel like. there was a broken piece of sharp glass on our hotel rooms floor by my bed and a rusty nail that we found the first night we got there. the cupboard was filthy and had only 2 coat hangers in it for all of me and my friends clothes. The coat hangers had clearly been left by previous guests as they were completely different colours and sizes. It was just the most disgusting horrible awful hell hole I have ever encountered in my entire life. Following the holiday I wrote a letter to the management to which i didn't even get an apology or response to. I rarely write reviews as I know how damaging it can be to a business, but I was so disgusted by the way I was treated and the state of this hotel (prison) I have to warn others about the Ibiza rocks hotelMore
