Was good for a long weekend!
Me and the girls visited August of last year and we thoroughly enjoyed! Typically there were no acts performing whilst we were there for our four days but even if there was our balcony was facing the quieter pool so wouldn't made made a difference either way! The reps were very helpful upon arrival and when it came to purchasing tickets for all of the acts... the rooms are pretty basic but when in Ibiza your hardly in them so didn't bother us so much. There's a really good convenience store just outside the hotel so that came in really handy when low on food and drink! The strip is only a 5 minute walk away so the location is great if your thinking about staying here :)More

Ok, you pay for what you get
I stayed here for closing parties, but in hindsight would have probably stayed near bora bora as that seemed more fun that ibiza rocks. I guess you pay for what you get, so its cheap and cheerful. The highlight for me was seeing kaiser chiefs on one of the nights. The downside however was witnessing someone die, outside the hotel, being attacked by this same person, and the hotel didnt really care or apologise. Oh and the fact that the third bed in the room was on the floor, was definitely not great at all. As mine was covered in bugs. Would never stay here again. But thats because it was only for one use - a party holiday and that was that.More

Stayed in October 2014 for the closing parties.
Well, I thought crap Ibiza rocks will be horrid..... How wrong was I!! The room was amazing had a hdtv to chill to the morning after and beautiful black out curtains to help sleep the hangover off. Very Strict on noise. making the hotel at night very quiet, which when I wanted a night off was amazing. Had a room with HDTV in so on my night off dying in there i had the comforts of E4 and British digital tele. They did have exchange facility's for cash and wifi to pay for throughout the hotel. But tbh you could sit in the lobby for free. Im on 02 and unlimited internet on my account was 99p per day, that and whatsapp was a god sent. worked out cheaper than paying for wifi. Pool area and stage area AMAZING and depending on where your room is you also got a brilliant view of the bands. And all prices are inclusive of venues there too. Air con : didnt use it too expensive. Fridge great for cooling down your beers. Not a holiday to go with the mrs on go with the boys.More

30th birthday celebration
Group of 6 of us travelled to ibiza to see if we still had it in us to party. What a place. The hotel was excellent and very clean everything was accessible. The atmosphere around the pool was brilliant and the partys at night were brilliant. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a good time.More
Level of service and quality of rooms lets down otherwise great venue
Let's start by saying that, on paper, this is one of the best hotels you can stay in, in terms of constant partying. Music starts around midday, right next to the pool, live DJs and big events at night (which your stay entitles you to), so if you're there for drink and music, you're set. Room prices vary, depending on whether or not your room offers a view of the main arena/pool area, and almost all allow you to at the very least hear what's going on in the arena at any given time. Balcony size varies too, all being decent. However, the level of service provided by the staff is dreadful. Like, seriously guff. Our air conditioning packed in three times in the first day, and if you've been to Ibiza before, you'll appreciate that it's a necessity. They said it was a "known issue", which made it all the more frustrating considering they took our money for it before letting us in the room! Each time, we were promised a visit by the caretaker, who only turned up when he said we would once of the FIVE times we had to get him up to the room; the other four times we had to walk back to reception to chase him up - in fact, one of those times, the receptionist had just gone home without even mentioning to him! Anyway, we eventually gave up sweating our bits off, and requested a room move (which to be fair, they eventually agreed to after FOUR broken visit promise), and the room certainly had a better view than we had originally paid for. When we arrived at the room, more than half of our bulbs were out (!!!!), and the receptionist said that we would need to wait until the morning to get them replaced due to the caretaker being at home (!!!!!). This meant that we had to get ready for our first night out in Ibiza in virtaul darkness. NOT amusing, especially when your girlfriend has a penchant for excessive makeup application. There was also a chair which broke under my weight (I'M A HEALTHY WEIGHT FOR MY SIZE YOU CHEEKY GITS) as it was past its best, no outside chairs, a toilet which didn't flush, and a handful of other reasonably minor niggles which all added up. I complained to the holiday organisers regarding these upon my return home, and, not surprisingly, the hotel never even responded to the organisers, so they basically don't give a flying funk. I finally received a £30 refunded yesterday, but again, that was down to the organisers' goodwill, as opposed to from the hotel themselves. To summarise, if you decide to go here, you will enjoy it for the ideal location which is only two minutes from the main strip in San An, local amenities, local supermarkets, poolside shenanigans, and of course the party atmosphere, however do NOT expect much from the staff, as you WILL be left feling disappointed.More
