I stayed here for 3 nights in August, after reading some reviews I was concerned as many people had possessions stolen by the cleaners and had trouble with dodgy ladies at the front door. I had no issues at all, our room was never cleaned but we were given fresh towels every day and nothing was stolen. We had a corner room by the stage, great views! Perfect for a short break if all your doing is going out partying! More

Myself and a friend stayed at Ibiza Rocks Hotel 26th August-31st August. We arrived early and was unable to check in till after 3pm. This wasn't so bad as we layed down by the pool. On the way home our pick up wasn't until 20:30 and we had to be out the room by 12pm. Showers are available but only 3 and no where to change privately except the toilets. I did request late check out when we arrived but this wasn't available until on the day in which this still wasn't available when requested due to being fully booked. We have a stage view room. I had booked a pool view room but due to being fully booked this wasn't available even though I had booked this. We was given 120 on arrival, this room was ground floor and a massage tent was blocking it. We then moved to room 220. For stage performances was well worth the atmosphere. All staff were friendly. Would stay again but make sure you buy drink at the shop and drink in the room as pool food and drink is expensive. More

Simple things ruin the experience
I went away for a few days with friends and booked this hotel with the idea in mind that it would be a good place for young people to stay which it was. It was a nice hotel with all amenities you would need, two pools, snooker tables, internet kiosks and two shops on site which were really handy. The host team were also really friendly and easy to talk to. However there was points to this hotel which seriously need to be addressed by management. Firstly the vast majority of staff on reception are completely uninterested in helping you in any way and just generally don't have great attitudes or interest in what they are doing. This happened several times as they couldnt seemed to tell us when our room would be ready. In the end we were left waiting three and a half hours for it which was a bit of a joke considering I said when I would be arriving. That brings me onto to the maids who I have to say were terrible, the rooms werent clean to the standard you would expect of a 'hotel', they are also extremely rude and walk into rooms without knocking. I was in the shower and she was going to walk in only my friend prevented her from doing so which was just the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen to happen in a hotel. A passsport and hoody went missing from our room also which in fairness could have been an accident but isn't something that should happen at all really. The reception also let us down again here and didn't offer any helpo besides a woman called 'Jusi' I think, a slightly older lady and she was extremely friendly and helpful compared to her colleagues. Seriously need some more training in reception and cleaning department. On the plus side the hotel was good fun with live gigs on wednesday on friday by the hotel pool (these are especially good if you have a pool view balcony) with free into a club afterwards. Boat parties organised by hotel are also worth a look. Tickets for sale in lobby to gigs around the island are pricey but I think its worth the money to go and see one or two of these. Hotel also organises airport transfer for a tenner each way which I would recommend getting as drop off and pick up point is right beside hotel. Hotel isn't for families only for young people travelling with friends. Overall not a bad visit.More

I was under the impression that ibiza rocks was the place to be to party in Ibiza, I was wrong. The bar staff and reception staff here made mine and my groups stay here hard work to say the least. We took a rather large group of 18 and straight away we we're treat like trouble causer's. The reps and shop staff on the other hand made us feel welcome and really made an effort. My advice is if your a large group of lads is stay in some apartments somewhere else, they try to be too strict here and it just comes across as rude.More
Wouldn't reccomend it!
Me and my friend were really looking forward to going to stay in Ibiza rocks after seeing all the photos and knowing the concerts would be free to watch, however for a start upon arrival we were dropped around a dark corner not actually outside the hotel, we were told other coaches were going to be dropping guests outside the hotel but that was not the case for us! So after lugging all our suitcases around three bends and up a steep hill we came to check in. We were promised a pool facing room which we paid EXTRA for however because we arrived at 1am there were none left available which means somebody else was allocated our room without being charged extra for it! Next issue was they don't accept card payments so without knowing the area we had to leave our luggage and try walk around the dark streets trying to find a cash machine just to pay our deposit. Not starting on a good note to be honest. Rooms were very basic could of done with the air con but didn't fancy paying 6euros a day for it so when we did finally get back each night to sleep had to leave the patio doors open right above the entrance which was extremely noisy! The things I can credit were obviously the main concerts for free on 3 of the nights we were there, the helpful reps and the shop on site to get cheap alcohol and food for the rooms :) On a good note the weather was amazing and still one of the best holidays of our lives would recommend amnesia nightclub and paying 8 euros on a speed boat to go to playa cal basa beach its beautiful! Just next time I will be staying elsewhere.More
