This hotel takes you to Ibiza’s tranquil side. Here you get a great pool, and you’re just footsteps from a sandy beach.
This whitewashed, three-storey hotel is in a beautiful bay, surrounded by mountains and pine trees. It’s right on a sand-and-pebble beach, and there are bars and restaurants five minutes' walk away.
There’s a big lagoon pool with views over the bay. And you get similarly grand views from the high-up buffet restaurant. At night, there are live performances, with everything from hypnotists to parrot shows.

Basic and clean
Very basic and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Only for families with children under 10. Quiet location, very pleasant, sandy beach 1 minute's walk from hotel. Take some bread to feed the fish which come right into the shallow water. Also souvenir/beach stuff shops 2 minute's walk away. Two pools at hotel, one very small, shallow one for babies and toddlers, and one larger one for older children with a slide. Make sure you take jelly sandals or similar for children as the surface around the pool gets extremely hot and burns little feet. We bought some jellies from a local shop and they were very expensive. There are plenty of sunbeds available around the pool, but reserve what you need with towels by 7.30 am if you want them around the pool. The rooms are basic and in need of a facelift but adequate for sleeping. Hard beds and noisy extractor fan in room, no extractor at all in bathroom, so it gets very steamed up after a shower. Nice food, plenty suitable for children, all fresh but not a huge choice. We were a family of 9 but had to sit on 2 separate tables as they refused to put tables together for us.More
Enjoyable Weeks Holiday
Following previous reviews i decided to add mine having just returned from a weeks all inclusive at this resort. This complex is in a good location with access to a lovely beach. A family hotel with a small pool which was very crowded during the day. We spent the days on the beach which was lovely. Excellent rooms, large and cleaned every day. We had a sea view and i liked the way the bathroom was seperate to the bedroom downstairs. Huge balcony with chairs. Air Con which was not noisy. Fresh towels daily couldnt fault the rooms. I took a kettle! The food was good with plenty to chose from each meal and the toasties were great in the evenings. We caught a bus into the old town which has a fab marina and shopping area. The caves are a must and you can walk to these from the hotel. Thompson reps were very good and always on hand. It is a family complex and as such there are plenty of children but come 11pm all went quiet. This complex needs updating thats for sure with a bigger pool but all in all a good week away in the sun.More
week in july
friendly staff, clean, bathrooms need updating, views that are fab, from the rooms and the restaurant, restaurant has themed night - the BBq one I fetched the meat and was cold as in cold meat cooked, same with the fish the salmon was cold, the Mexican night was excellent, the Chinese restaurant is lovely and free if all inclusive. family hotel as most entertainment was geared for children. a lot of lifts or walking as restaurant on 8th floor, pool on 0, then to get to the beach another lift or walk, which to be fair I did not mind. down side paying for Wi-Fi although per room should not have to pay for this, same if needed pool towels had to pay for them. the lower bar near entertainment needed a real update felt it was unkempt. overall would go again, the views and san Miguel are beautiful. staff always pleasant and helpful, you could purchase a large beaker for 2euro for drinks, which saved trips to the bar, but to be honest there was no waiting to be served. other excellent thing was the free ice-creams which were not just tubs, magnum style, fruit one's and cornetto style. cocktail bar opened late - could open alittle earlier.More

Great Family Holiday
Stayed during the 2 week holidays starting the end of May. Rooms very clean with clean linen and towels regular. Reception staff very friendly and approachable. In fact all staff are very friendly. Food very nice and reasonable choices for adults although I do feel children's food is very limited. Thompson reps this year helpful and chatty unlike last year. They were ignorant and miserable. Kids club a little disappointing this year. Very good team last year who were friendly and wanting to know about each child as an individual. This wasn't the case this year they didn't seem interested. Animation team recognised my son from last year and involved each child in the games. They never stop and always aim to please. They continue into the night time entertainment. Some of the acts that are brought in aren't great but Zorro and his team are fantastic. Lovely for families but will be a great loss of the rumours are true. My little boy was very upset and loved his time at San miguel beach club , as did we. More
