This place has a lake-style pool and buffet restaurant. Plus, it’s easy to get to one of Ibiza’s liveliest resorts.
In the middle of the complex is a huge, sprawling pool. It’s got a built-in whirlpool, and a bar serving snacks all day. For mealtimes, there’s the buffet restaurant, which puts on a range of theme nights.
This place lies right on a golden-sand beach, and it’s just outside buzzy Playa d’en Bossa. And while it’s away from the main action, the shops, restaurants and bars are only a 10-minute walk.

Sad end to a good three years
We'll guys we have just returned from a lovely two weeks in this lovely hotel, yet again it brings the biggest smiles to me and my children's faces, with a few changes for the better and new entertainment team, who once again where fantastic, the sad news there is big big changes happening for next year with rumours of a name change to White Island resort and spa, nobody really knows what is happening it's being upgraded to a 5 star like all the other palladium property's,which you got it going bye hard rock and Ushuaia prices it will be dear,I hope it just has a room and maybe pool revamp as all the people who have coming here for years say it's all it needs. To sum up I love this island the people and the hotel many happy times had.More

Brilliant family holiday
We had a family room for myself, my husband, our 3 year old and five year old. OK, so maybe the rooms are a little dated, but you don't go to Ibiza to stay in your hotel all day - the rooms were very clean and properly cleaned daily. The pool area is very nice and the toddlers' pool was really perfect for young children. Music at poolside during the day, but not too loud that you can't hear yourself think. Entertainment very good and all went quiet around midnight so the kids had a good night's sleep. A VERY short walk to the beach (quick tip - turn right on the beach if you want a quiet stroll away from music, touts etc). Even the 1-rated reviews of this hotel say the food is good and it really is VERY good. There is plenty of choice at every meal and all choices are replenished regularly. The real 5 star part of this hotel is the staff - genuinely exceptional client service where you were made to feel special. This was all the staff on reception, in the restaurant, cleaners etc, but huge gold stars to Doris, Boss, Miriam, Ainhoua and Gemma. You seriously made our family holiday exceptional. If you have a chance to go before the refurbishment, I would thoroughly recommend.More

Excellent family holiday.
Ok can I just say that if you're the type of person who goes on holiday and photographs the cobwebs in un-reachable corners and the pipes behind the bathroom sink you may find the hotel rooms 'dated'. We found them absolutely fine, well cleaned and plenty of room. I travelled with my wife and 9 year old son. The food was exceptional, our first time all inclusive, I was worried we'd quickly get bored of the restaurant but the variety of food, cleanliness of the place and pleasant staff made it really enjoyable. The local beer was also nice and the plastic cups provided were large enough and sturdy. The pool area is fantastic, always fairly loud music and lively without being deafening. It's easy to curl up with a book somewhere a bit more 'out the way' if you like to. The staff were great, happy and smiley. Everyone made a fuss of the kids. Lots of rumours around about the hotel after its re-vamp this winter. Maybe the guy who comments on the reviews could shed some light? It would be great if it stays as a family destination. Just a final word on the resort of Playa den bossa, We enjoyed a few strolls around at night and stopped off for a beer here and there, lots of kids about, but later on at night you might not want them to see some of the goings on! That said, the high streets at home are just as bad these days. GREAT holiday. Ola Hayley, Lee and Josh.More
I stayed at the Hotel for 2 weeks with friends. I returned yesterday and I am really sad about that. It was beautiful there and all the People who worked there were nice and funny exspecially the Animation Team. i really enjoyed it. ( Could somebody tell me what the names of the one guy was which from the Animation Team?I mean the man who said 'jak sche masch ' all the time:D he was really friendly.) The rooms were always clean and the food tasted good. me and my friends had a lot of fun. i want to go back next year.More

All in not bad but the rooms are ready for a refurb. Stayed for 11 nights and the bed sheets were changed after 9 days. Food is excellent with good choice and the entertainment team are very good. Personally I Was disappointed with the standard of the room I've had 2 stars self catering cleaner and in better condition. But it's in a good location and quite after 11pm More
