Very good hotel
When you arrive you are greeted with a drink, the check in is not always the quickest but the staff are very good and polite. The hotel is very clean, with a large pool and pool bar. This is our second visit to the hotel so they must be doing something right, the rooms are of good size and are cleaned daily. They come with double bed large flat screen TV and a fridge, there is also a safe which is you are charged for(I think this should be free). On this visit I stayed in a third floor room which had fantastic views of the hotel and and sea. The only down side to this room was the lack of hot water when wanting a shower between 5pm and 730pm when wanting to get ready to go out to eat and go out in the evening. When I go on holiday I don't want to be going in at 3.30pm for shower. I was told this was due to the amount of people having a shower at the same time and with being on top floor water cold when gets to us. This didn't help as this would always happen with full hotel and didn't happen last time when staying on second floor. If this is a problem they need to either tell guests so can refuse room or give at a discounted rate as people don't always want to go out late. The food in the hotel was great but a little busy in the evening but only as all want to eat at same time. The pool bar can get busy but not a problem, and the pool has plenty of sun beds. There is a gate to the beach at the back of the hotel, and this is a golden sand beach great for walking or trying out bars or watching beach party's starting early or people relaxing to recover from night before. The evening entertainment is good for a hotel, the bar is busy and from around 9.30 start serving in plastic. This is the evening and think you should always have glass, people were keeping there glasses. You can walk to the local shops and bars and clubs, but watch prices I don't think I've yet go over paying 18 euro for water a short and mixer. The same drinks at bar next door was 8 Euro (and you got nutsð) It's a short bus ride from the old town and I think it's worth a visit, day and night. You have a late night bar where you have to pay for drinks, wifi which is free. The hotel is about ten minutes from airport with planes flying over head but this is not a problem. I left Manchester airport at around 6.45am and was around the pool by 11am what else can you ask for. I've been told they are changing this hotel to adults only, I don't have children but would be a shame as also good for children. I will be coming back as very nice place to stay. More
Where can i start? Cancel this dump as soon as you can. Salt water showers...and pools. Constance noise supposed to be music! Poor drinks , food, and rooms. Cant understand how Thomson can sell this hell hole as 4 star platinum. Official rating 3 star! I wouldnt give it 2.More

Loud but awesome
Close to the Aiport and therefore a bit loud but you will get used to it. The room we had was clean and big. From old to young, for singles or couples, everyone seemed to be able to enjoy their time there. The food was great and delicious and enough to not know what to eat first. The Staff was friendly.More

Lack of water
We arrived late on a very hot night to find our air con not working. Waited 45 minutes for someone in reception to sort it eventually after being passed from around to different staff members. Another day we woke up to no electric. The hotel also runs out of water EVERY DAY. It can vary from no cold water to no hot water or no water at all! One night we got back in just after 3 to have no water at all which isnt what you expect early hours of the morning. Food wasnt that spectacular but the toastie maker in the pool bar was good. The access to beach through the back gate was good but just be sure to wear footwear as there was some sharp twigs in the sand if you detour off the path. I wouldnt return here.More
Some advice please :o)
Hi just reading the reviews and checking which is best floor to request a room that has sea views, but also hot water as from what I read the higher floors are best to avoid :o) Any other tips for staying in the hotel this May 2017 would be appreciated!More
