Don't know what people can complain about! Lovely staff, clean rooms, nice food and not far from the nightlife of Playa D'en Bossa. It's a good hotel for couples, friends and families, there's a bit of everything for everyone. Only 5-10 minute transfer from the airport which was perfect & got us checked in quick and easy, because we had a late flight they opened up the restaurant for us upon arrival! Cannot fault this hotel!More
I went on a weeks holiday here and loved it! Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Spoilt for choice at the buffet! Drinks all day and as many as you would like! It was in a great location aswell it was a 15 minute, €1.90 bus journey from the Ibiza old town which is a lovely place! It was right on the beach and it was a 5 minute walk if that away from Ushuaia, Hi Ibiza and hard rock hotel. It also had a strip of bars and restaurants and a lot of beach bars aswell all within a 15 minute walk. I would defiantly come back here!!More
Had a great time here, room was good, food to please everyone. We got to Hotel at 10.40am didn't get room until 3.40pm, was annoyed with this waiting 5 hours. All staff polite and helpful. Had to pay €20 per week for safe, €10 each for a towel but you do get this back. Paid €24.40 for tax for 2 of us which was good as we were told it may cost us €60 when we booked at travel agents. There are plenty of trips you can take or just get on a bus to the old town costing €1.90 each way. A must is to go to 9th floor of the Hard Rock Hotel which is practically next door free to go up to. All in all a great time was hadMore
Got back yesterday after a weeks stay here. On arrival at 2am, was told where room was and unfortunately the door wouldn't shut, rang reception who sent security up who told us just slam it a few times! At 3am we really didn't want to be slamming doors, but this seemed to happen to many people and is a common noise throughout the night. The showers are saltwater but this was never a problem for us and never dried your hair out. The pool was great and always easy to find a sun bed. The beach is amazing and the sea is shallow enough to wade out up to your waist comfortably. The food here is good and does change daily, but we did find there was ALOT of fish dishes and i didn't like fish. They do have a pizza section and chips you are a fussy eater and do cook some meats infront of you which we liked. The entertainment is not good, its boring and don't start until 10pm. They do a quiz or bingo sometimes at 9pm where you win a bottle of champagne, but when your all inclusive you can get that anyway. entertainment team try but are slightly pushy around the pool often saying don't be lazy come play, I'm on holiday if i want to be lazy i will! It is near the airport and it is noisy when they go over but after day 2 you get used to it. Drink options are good. Could do with a bit of a re paint. Checkout is at 12pm and if on late flight there is an ok shower room with hairdryer in. Good 3star hotel. Definitely not a premier 4*More
Not as bad as people make out
We stayed at the hotel in May in half term week, had no trouble with clubbers as the clubs had not opened yet. we found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful, it was not a platinum hotel as Thompson stated when we ask they said it was because of the A la carte and guest ratings.we found the food hot and plenty of choice and the drinks were large if you asked. our rooms were cleaned every day and the towels were changed also we had a large room with sea view. entertainment was basic unless they got someone in,bingo was crap.beach was lovely just outside the back gate,we went because it was adults only quite a mixed age group, met some lovely people had no trouble with the younger ones.had a couple of issues which were sorted straight away by the two Thompson reps, yes the pool was a bit salty and the shower but it does state this in the brochure and you get a free bottle of water everyday great location would go backMore
