An introduction to Club Bahamas
A big whitewashed hotel pulled right up against a sandy beach, the Club Bahamas has grabbed a great spot in Playa D'en Bossa. It's just a five-minute walk from an aquapark and there's plenty of nightlife nearby, too. What's more, the beach here is great for watersports like waterskiing and jetskiing or you could even hire a catamaran.
Aside from the location, the hotel has plenty going for it. Take the pool scene for instance. It's big and comes with a good-sized main pool plus a smaller one for kids. They're both set in a huge sun terrace lined with sunbeds. And with a pool bar out here, too, you won't have far to wander for drinks and snacks.
If you're holidaying with kids, they'll be in their element at this place. The hotel-run Koala club gets children aged 4 to 12 joining in with hotel shows, while older kids can hang out at the Teenager Bratz club. And adults aren't left out either - there's everything from aerobics and an aquagym to football and volleyball here.
The hotel's restaurant, meanwhile, serves up international buffets, not to mention show cooking and themed evenings.
Finally, a word on the bedrooms. Decorated in calm pastels, they're simply furnished and come with extras like satellite TVs, ceiling fans and mini-fridges. Most have a sea or pool view and come with a private balcony, too.
