This place gets full marks for location – with a sandy beach and the best of Playa d’en Bossa’s bars and clubs on tap.
This hotel had a makeover in 2014 – and it comes with a great postcode, too. You’re right on a sandy beach, and 10 minutes’ walk gets you to the centre of town with plenty of shops, bars, clubs and restaurants.
This place has a big pool, with a bar on the side and a kids' pool at one end. Food is taken care of at the buffet restaurant and snack bar, while relaxation comes courtesy of the spa.

Not a Platinum hotel
We booked our family holiday to this hotel after reading some great reviews but the week before we were due to leave we read some pretty bad ones so arrived here with low standards. After requesting a pool view room we were told our room was 'very nice' however not the pool room we requested but a partial sea view room with a large open balcony which we thought was lovely until that night (and a further two nights) when the beachhouse right outside our room played very loud music until midnight. Not great when you're pregnant and have a four year old. The room was clean but plaster was coming away from the wall and the sofa bed wasn't provided with a pillow or sheets. Salty water from the taps so make sure you have drinking water on hand to brush your teeth. Cups weren't removed from the room or replaced so we had dirty teacups for the whole week. Room floor wasn't cleaned at all. The food was nice but a little repetitive, the snack bar was open all day and served various bits. You help yourself to drinks unless you want spirits which means no waiting around. Kids club was great, the entertainment team are very hardworking and the kiddie disco was great in the evenings. Loud music around the pool area during the day which didn't bother us. The restaurant and reception staff were both friendly and rude. Pool area was always busy, kids pool was closed for two days but we weren't told why. You have to get up quite early to get beds close to the pool. Overall it's a nice hotel but there are certain aspects that bring it down. Definitely not a Platinum hotel as Thomson state, the price we paid for a week here does not reflect this rating. We won't be coming here again.More
The first night we arrived we got given rooms and had to go and find them ourselves the hotel was very big with lots of different blocks after 10 minutes we found were we was staying, we got there to a room that looked terrible with shutters over the door and window with no privacy on the bottom floor me and my partner went in and it smelt terrible we phoned and said that we didn't want this room as we had no view only a bush, and we paid for a pool view room they moved us the next morning, the first night we arrived there is ment to be food put out for the guests returning late we went into the restaurant as was very hungry there was limited choice and freezing cold, my nan and grandfather and myself went hungry that night. The next day we moved rooms was a lot happier, most of the staff was very friendly including the reps every single one of them was lovely wheras some staff was very rude and not helpful we had a cooler in our room which we left a bottle of water in for 5 days and it was still boiling we phoned reception only for them to send someone after the 4th time phoning and they said it was only a cooler and that's how cool it goes where our water was completely boiling. We made friends with a few members of Staff and asked them in the night to send someone to have a look we got back to our room and we had a new fridge with our water put in and it was freezing within a hour. We stayed for 2 weeks food very nice but the same thing all the time gets very boring. The planes didn't bother us they are very low but you don't hear them through the night. Was a lovely and clean hotel had fresh towels every day and a clean room, maids were very friendly apart from one who was very rude and ignorant. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel but some members of staff need to be more friendly as its their job.More
My first time in Ibiza and I loved every second of it!! The hotel is lovely, the staff were always nice and friendly, there was always something happening round the pool to keep you entertained and the location was brilliant.. The food was ok but not brilliant, I've had a lot worse.. Our room overlooked the Hard Rock Hotel which looked beautiful on a night all lit up, and the planes came into land just over the hotel which was pretty cool, but if you're not one for noise at all hours it's no good for you as the planes are coming in all day everyday, you're talking one every 10-15mins.. We opted for getting a taxi from the airport instead of getting on the coach which was the better option as we were all checked in and in our room long before the other people turned up.. The beach is beautiful and there's a nice little beach club/bar right behind the hotel which is lovely on a night, sat on the beach under the stairs with a drink in hand and music playing, true bliss.. The nightlife on the other hand is on another level all together. Space, Pacha, Ushuaia, Amnesia to name a few, all unbelievable!! All round brilliant holiday, I'm already looking at booking for next year.. I didn't want to come home!!More

My wife and I aged between 67 and 62 spent hols here 19 to 27 June 2015. Rooms pool and food very good, hotel staff very good. Bus every 15mins into playa den bossa or Ibiza sfor 2 Euros. No matter what time of day you visited the pool you could acquire a sunbeds somewhere. Only disappointment was t.v in room had only BBC world news and sky news in english, but you don't go on hols to watch TV! Well done THOMSONS and club bahamasuMore
When first booking this hotel I had high hopes as it had been given Platinum rating by Thompson. When arriving the customer service, attitude of staff and the helpfulness was far from 'platinum'. We requested a pool side view, to which we were told we couldn't have and instead were put on the ground floor facing the busy road in a room that smelt awful. The room was not cleaned properly for the whole 7 days I stayed there, the bed sheets were not changed, cups were not taken out and the bathroom was left with sand and a dirty floor for my whole visit. Staff were not polite and at times quite rude. The noise levels woke me up early every morning. This hotel does not deserve its platinum badge, and I wouldn't want to stay here again.More
