The best hotel
Everything was excellent facilities the rooms the pool the staff were very friendly and helpful the food was great eat as much as you want very helpful you pay for what you get five star hotel I would say More
Dumped about 500yds away as the bus couldn't get near the hotel. We were told, four star all inclusive. We were all inclusive but only for local drinks in plastic cups. You could purchase All Inclusive for quite a lot of money but decided against. Then purchased wifi at 24 euros per week . Wifi didn't work but told by reception staff we could use the wifi at the pub along the street, FREE, as they did because wifi didn't work here. I was refused water at 10.40am as I had choked, but could not get that till 11, when the bar opened. Had to go to reception but told I needed to buy water from the machine at 2 euros for a small bottle but they couldn't give me change at the moment but I could ask bar staff. The rest was very good, food, entertainment but the greed for more and more money really put me offMore
Stayed in this hotel a few times, cannot fault it, rooms clean, pool area great, snack bar one of the best in alinc, food great choice breakfast very very good, entertainment well it's the same old , mini disco could be longer 20 mins isn't a long time esp when children are waiting for it too start. Pity we won't be visiting again as it is now Thomson self catering and in Aug it's 3300 for a family of 3 absolutely overpriced , Es Cana is a lovely resort but I don't think enough choice for eating out esp for a fortnight, the hotel now we think has been spoiled going sc, a lot of familes look for alinc save on hol cost, we didn't pay anywhere near what they are charging for alinc, Thomson do have a hotel across the rd which we have stayed in also and now that has gone alinc, so perhaps that is why Thomson have changed the Atlantic to sc, in our view very bad decision More
This hotel is great for family's. they have loads off entertainment for children for all ages. Hotel as a boat taxi that takes you to the other side off the island if you want to sample the Ibiza night life.More

Had a great weeks break on an all inclusive basis with my 18 year old daughter. The check in was easy and quick, we checked in well before the 2pm time and our room was ready. The room was great with plenty of storage, the sofa bed was made up and there were also two single beds. We had a nice TV but we never watch tv when we are away, there was a full size fridge, sink and microwave but as we were AI we only used the fridge. The bathroom was lovely with plenty of clean towels each day. The breakfast was really good and the evening meal but we preferred to eat at the snack bar on a lunch time. The only negative I can say is the vegetarian choice on an evening wasn't the best we've had, but as it was the last week the hotel was open and all the rest of the food was great we could live with it. What can I say about the drinks? They were the best AI drinks we have ever had and the bar staff we really polite. The lady that ran the snack bar was adorable. The pool was ok but as with any hotel far too many people putting towels on the beds and disappearing for the best part of the day, (why do they do it?). Would we stay in this hotel again. Definitely yes.More
